We had multiple roofers offer to replace our roof. None of them were reputable. Bass replaced our neighbors roof and did such a great job we reached out to them. Dan Grimes walked us through the process of everything. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel like we were making the right choice. The crew that replaced the roof was efficient and polite. They completed our roof in 1 day. Since we replaced the roof our insurance gave us a large discount also. Thank you so much Dan.

Their in house adjuster and Bass roofing handled all the paperwork with insurance company but failed to keep track of the checks they received and then tried to accuse us of holding out checks and not paying. Which they could of easily called the insurance company and verified the check was mailed to the Adjuster. After they couldn't locate the check they lost the insurance company had no issue mailing a new one to them. Never heard an apology from them for the accusations. Just very unprofessional.

I received clear information; courteous communication by phone and in person; and a complete understanding of choices and materials being used. Bass Roofing did an excellent job from our first introductory meeting through complete clean up once the job was finished. I’m very pleased with the appearance of my new roof and gutters. My home looks young again!

After the crazy April 2021 hail storm, I needed a reputable roofing contractor. A friend recommended Bass Roofing and Siding and I’m so glad they did! I thought I was going to have to deal with multiple contractors because of all the damage but Kirk and Dustin handled everything! Their professionalism was unmatched!! They kept me informed throughout the entire process and always delivered as promised. I definitely won’t use anyone else for any future work I need done!!

Following the monster hail storm in April 2021, we hired Bass Roofing & Siding to handle all of the repair work for our home, including but not limited to the roof, windows and gutters. We are thrilled with the quality of work, professionalism and care that was poured into our home. Living in Oklahoma, we are not strangers to having our roof replaced. This is far and away the best company we have used.
