They're incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted my bathroom to look like, but they helped me get a vision (alongside helping pick out the best tile, color palette, and various accents/accessories). They are quick as well, completing the work ahead of schedule and making sure that everything was as I wanted it. When problems arose, they always provide solutions and each of them also fit into the vision we had for the project. Balteza Property Services completely renovated our master bath & guest bath & painted our master bedroom. Floors & furniture in the work areas were consistently protected from dirt & dust. Exceptional cleanup was done at the end of the day & was impeccable upon completion of the project. Bledar and Vasil did a fantastic job on our home! Initially, we had issues with some rotted wood on an exterior door, but we also had some concerns with our home's exterior. Bledar and Vasil came over and gave us a comprehensive explanation of what needed to be repaired on our house. More importantly, they told us honestly what could wait. We were on a budget, so having someone be so candid was very refreshing. Even more helpful was that Balteza was willing to agree to convenient financing terms that allowed us to repair some very serious issues on our home within our budget and on a timeline that worked best for our family. In terms of the work itself, we were blown away by how amazing our home looked once Balteza's projects were complete. They painted our entire home, all the trim, made extensive repairs to damaged areas on the exterior of our home, and completely rebuilt our front and side stoops with beautiful stone. We couldn't be happier with how things turned out from beginning to end! Bledar and Vasil were super approachable with questions and were always willing to text or call to explain their work. Bledar even lent me yard equipment to do some landscaping that I'd been putting off. Overall, we were incredibly pleased with their work and absolutely recommend them for any home project!

I cannot emphasize enough how happy we are with the service provided by Balteza Property Service!
My husband and I were so tired of the way our bedroom was position. The door to the bedroom opens straight into our bed and directly into the bathroom. We always had to be very careful when opening the door making sure not to expose each other when coming in and out. After 4 years of dealing with this, we decided to start getting quotes and ideas on how to resolve this issue.
We called several companies, some didn’t respond, others promised an estimate and we never heard back.  After trying one last time as (we almost give up), we came across Balteza Property. Bledar responded right away in a very friendly manner and was very flexible with our times to meet.
When he came by to give us the estimate it was him and his brother Vasil. They were both very respectful of our home and ourselves. They remember our names right away and they made sure to call us by them every time.
By the end of the visit, we knew we wanted to move on with the project. The project turned out better than expected. The door was removed, and the hole was made part of the wall so seemingly. The entire thing looks like it was there the whole time. No sign of a door ever being there shows. The door was then open via our closet, kind of odd for a master bedroom toe be in a closet, yes, but believe me this makes 100% more sense on how the design of the bed is. We can now utilize wasted space which I hate.
Any project that has to be done on any living space it’s never easy. Which I am very impress on how well the team managed this with minimum inconvenience to us. They entire process was great, they make sure to be as careful as they can be, setting up for the project and cleaning every time they left. Again, always respectful. Also, the communication as the project advance was clear always. I also wasn’t to give shoutouts to Vasil, because my husband and I made so many changes, and he was so kind and did everything we asked with a smile.  I truly recommend them for any project you have. We will  calling them back for other projects we have.

I'm an absentee landlord. The tenant called and said water was leaking from around the chandler in the living room. I hired Bledar and crew based on a recommendation from a realitor. Turns out the plumbing behind the bathtub on an upper floor had corroded.

My house is in Old Town Alexandria and has a lot of deferred maintenance. Bledar come over the next day and removed part of the living room ceiling and walls in the bath. It was pretty bad. He recommend a full renovation. He worked with the tentant and together they visited various stores to pick out tile, fixtures ...

It turned out great!!! So good that I immediately hired him to renovate a 2nd bath which was also leaking and an adjoining area. Again he went with the tenant and handled all of the details. I can't recommend Bledar enough! Spectacular work, friendly, fast, diligent and very reasonably priced (I had 2 other contractors price the work).

He cleaned up everything after each demo and handled all of the details involved with a complete bath remodel down to the studs - including new sub flooring in one of the bath. Couldn't be happier with Bledar and his crew's (including his brother) work ethic and results! By the way - I have never met Bledar, I live in CA.
