Balmor Construciton has been a great help and I can’t recommend this company enough. Our gutters had been cleaned by another company and after charging us an unbelievable amount just for a cleaning they told us our gutters were not pitched properly and couldn’t be fixed, but had to be replaced. We were quoted over $1000 to replace just our front side gutter. We called Balmor Construction for a second opinion and to our delight they were able to fix our existing gutters and saved us a ton of money. They also recommended us to move a drain that was causing our basement to take on water, which also solved another problem for us! Again, I can’t recommend this company enough! They are extremely professional, honest, and super reliable. Thank you Balmor Construction!

Balmor Construction replaced an old leaking flat roof with fire rated plywood substrate at my home. They were very responsive and provided quality work and materials. The team was very professional and left my property very clean with no visible debris. The owner Hernan was very pleasant and responsive during the entire process including sending updated progress photos throught the roof replacement. I am very pleased and definately recommend them for roof work!

Hired Balmor Construction three times over the past two years. Always fast in getting back to me. Used them the first time to fix some vent pipe flashing, helped with some issues with birds getting into my attic, and also had them replace my roof which was done in one day and everything around was cleaned up perfectly.. Great job Hernan! Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a roofer.
