Ball Maintenance and Remodeling LLC

We had William Ball Maintenance and Remodeling at our home for some repair and remodeling work this summer. The results are amazing. William worked with us prior to commencing the project on the design and planning of the job.
Our back porch was originally screened floor to ceiling with rough 2 x 4s, which needed to be replaced, and an unfinished ceiling. We did not want to make the screened porch a traditional sun room but wanted to keep the full ventilation, and something done to allow us to also enjoy it in the winter months. William took our concept for the back porch and made it a reality. An 18-inch knee wall was built with screens to the ceiling, a cypress ceiling, and custom-made, matching cypress panels for the tempered glass to put up in the winter months making our outdoor summer space usable year ‘round. William designed and built a moving cypress wall that serves as a closet to store the glass windows when not in use. Looking at it, you would never know there is storage behind the wall. All trim work was done in cypress, and the attention to detail is impressive. All of the cypress was clear coated, which made the wood look more beautiful. William also designed and built a cypress screen door. For our front porch, a matching cypress ceiling and tile flooring was added making our entry-way more welcoming.
Along with some repair work on the eves of our house, all exterior surfaces were meticulously painted. William was also able to resolve a design flaw in our house, which is present in other homes. Our dryer vented into the garage creating a consistent lint buildup. William and his crew re-routed the exhaust pipe to the exterior wall, passing through the brick-work. So as not to leave a free-hanging vent pipe, a high-quality cabinet was built, with doors, creating storage space inside and allowing for shelving above it.
A consistent work crew was present for our project daily, as promised. Once the project began, the crew was on site until it was finished. Everyone in the crew was polite, respectful, and attentive to their work.
We highly recommend William Ball for any home remodeling or building projects. He went above and beyond our expectations and readily complied with any change orders as the project progressed. We will definitely have William Ball Maintenance and Remodeling return for any future projects.
