These guys bailed me out!!! Frozen gutters and ice on the roof caused multiple roof leaks! Within 3 hours they showed up!!!
They came quickly and their pricing was better than several other local roofers. Work was done very quickly.

I called to see if I could get an estimate on a new roof or repair and the lady that answered the phone told me “we don’t do that, I’m getting another call” and hung up on me.

If they are that rude and unprofessional on the phone, I could only imagine what their completed work isn’t like.

These guys bailed me out!!!
Frozen gutters and ice on the roof caused multiple roof leaks! Within 3 hours they showed up!!! I had water leaking in multiple spots!!! Cleared gutters and got snow and ice off of roof!!! I used them for my business and house! Now I know I made the best choice in central Ohio!!!

I called to set up time to come look at some damage from a tree that hit my house. They came quickly and their pricing was better than several other local roofers. Work was done very quickly. I'd definitely use them again.

Great prices, very nice people, an overall quality service. Got a new roof put on after I noticed leaks in my previous roof that was put on eight years back from a different company. I went to the shop and the receptionist help me browse a wide variety of roofs that would fit my house. We found one I loved so we made a deal and they were out there working on it the next week. Speedy process and beautiful outcome! Company gets an A+ all around.

We just moved into a new home. The roof needed some repair and the inspector said we should go with the company who put the roof on initially. So we called Dick Baker roofing.

We received an estimate which was mailed to us. We signed, agreed to it, and mailed it back. My wife called to be sure they received it. They said they would get back to us to schedule the appointment. After 2 weeks of not hearing from them I called the owner and then the next morning a guy showed up. The issue was I had 5 other people doing things on my home. Later that afternoon, the receptionist calls me and says she won't be able to send anyone out to work on the roof until 4:30pm?

Huh? The guy was already there.

Communication is terrible. The only reason I give it three stars is because they fixed my roof.

The Dick Baker Roofing Company is WONDERFUL!!! I have just (April 9, 2012) had the Dick Baker Roofing company put a new roof on my home and detached garage, and they did an absolutely fabulous job! My roofs look great; the crew worked very well together, they were fast, very nice, and they did a great job of cleaning up afterward! The gentleman from this company who came out afterward and installed a gutter-guard system and painted the flashings and valleys was also very nice and thorough.

I'd had several companies give me a bid and the best bid of all was from the Dick Baker Roofing Company. Actually, the Dick Baker Roofing company had put a new roof on this home and garage when I first bought, plenty years ago, and it held up beautifully with never a problem. The company had also put new roofs on several different homes my parents had owned and they never had any problems either. I highly recommend the Dick Baker Roofing Company to you! They have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and an A rating on Angie's List.
