I recommend this company highly. I have had 2 pellet stoves purchased and installed. They are professional and always on time. Very friendly personal. Clean up after each job. Wouldn't go anywhere else for chimney cleaning or service.

Excellent service. Mathew and Matt were exceptional. Very professional polite and paid attention to detail. Explained everything. Even rearranged my washer and dryer so that it was functioning better and adjusted cleaned the dryer vents. Left everything clean and in perfect shape. Very impressed, fine gentleman, and company.

We have used Baileys to completely rebuild three fireplaces and also chimney sweep. They always show up when scheduled, are knowledgeable about their jobs and enjoyable nice people. I highly recommend them for any chimney service!

Matthew is a really great communicator and very knowledgeable. He showed me pictures taken of the inside of the chimney and gave me several options on repairing/ replacing the problem areas. Very professional, I'm glad I called them.

Gabe and Nick did a thorough cleaning and check out of our chimney, firebox and damper. They put down tarps and took care in cleaning the flue. They found some issues that pose possible hazards and know how to address them so that we can use our fireplace safely. We will definitely use them again!

Mathew and Nick were able to fit me in to their schedule a week early. They quickly located where the dryer vented to the outside, and oh my - it was a mess. It was cleaned in no time! Will definitely be calling Bailey's Chimney in the future for routine maintenance.

We have used Bailey’s for a few years now - annual chimney cleaning, converting old kiva to stove & chimney pipe replacement of older stove. Excellent work & leave home cleaner than it was. These folks are great. They arrived early. Were clear in their explanations. Showed us pictures of the work before and after. And they were very friendly... a pleasure to have working in our home.

We had an excellent experience with Bailey's yesterday. Both the young gentlemen who came to inspect and service our wood stove were very professional and courteous. They took the time to explain what they were doing and what their inspection discovered. They were also able to clean our dryer vent which was clogged with lint, something we didn't realize. It's very refreshing to have such competent and friendly folks doing a great job.

Baileys just completed our annual stove cleaning and inspection. Gabe and Devan did an excellent job, were professional, thorough, and cleaned up after. I had a question on the stove that Gabe didn’t know the answer so he called the manufacture and got the info I was looking for. Nice touch Gabe. I like that they provide a written report with photos.

They’re a bit pricey but provide excellent service.

As always, Bailey’s did a great job. Techs were polite, professional and efficient. The full report they send as part of their yearly check helps me feel confident we won’t have problems when we start the first cold season fire.

The two technicians that came to my house were on time, super friendly, and very professional. They gave me photographs of their work before and after, and I was very impressed. This is the first time they’ve come to my house, and I just called Bailey’s to schedule this service annually. I highly recommend them. They are a bit more pricey than other places but the care and attention is worth it.

Another year and another 5 star service experience!

I haven’t updated in a few years. Still 5 Stars. We get an inspection and cleaning yearly. Our tech Matthew is the best! Knowledgeable, friendly, I always enjoy chatting with him for a minute and hearing how his family is doing. We also bought a new stove from them last year and love it. So far it has been significantly more efficient than the one we replaced. We had some water leaking issues after the new pipe was put in, they responded immediately and fixed it. I find them to be honest, knowledgeable, and they stand behind their work!

These guys are the best. Extremely knowledgeable, thorough, friendly. Listen to concerns and questions, explain things well. I am lucky they are here.
