Small business, with expected issues of delays due to other jobs. But I’m ok with that, to support local. When they got here they worked like crazy, finishing the job after dark. Haven’t had a rainstorm yet on my new roof but it looks good! If it leaks I’ll change my review!!

Baez Roofing and Siding is an excellent choice. I recently bought an old house and needed a new roof ASAP. Jose was able to give me a quote before the competitors and it was easily the best price, even with additional work to the chimney. He and his crew are hard-working, meticulous, and flexible. My roof was in bad shape and needed more work than initially quoted, and he gave me some options and the additional costs, and they were still able to get the roof done in just a couple of days. They also took care and left the property in better shape than when they started. My roof looks terrific and I know I've found someone local to trust with any future work on my old house.

I had Jose Beaz put my back storm door on he did a shorty job on it. He told me come back and fix it once the front door came in, he wouldn’t get back to and than out of the blue called and expected to be at my house on Monday at 11am to put the front door in. As I mentioned to Mr Beaz before that was too late because I had to work than he told me he be there aTues at 9:30am. I called him at 9:45am he said he be there and hung up abruptly. At 1:27pm he showed up at my house to instal the storm door. He knew I work at 2pm because he use to work with me. I told him you didn’t even show up on time or apologized and I had no idea he was gonna show up because it wasn’t the time we discussed and I didn’t want him at my house with no one home.
I am very disappointed in his professional work ethics or lack of.
He had a door delivered to my house without my knowledge or permission then called the police stating I had his property!

We are extremely happy with the job Baez Roofing and Siding did for us. Our new roof is beautiful. Excellent product and workmanship. All promises kept. We highly recommend them.

So thankful for Jose and his crew! Within a week of agreeing to services, they came today and replaced my very old roof. There were two layers of shingles on my roof but they got right through them. I could not be happier! The whole team was quick, efficient, and clean. I highly recommended!

Jose was quick and amazing to say the least. I had a leak in my roof came out to check it out and fixed it on the spot. I highly recommend calling Jose if you want your work done right. 5 stars is not enough if I could give 50 stars I would. He is straight to the point with no bull in between unlike other roofing and siding companies you may call. A++ service best roofing and siding company in NH by far.

Took down some old satellites quick and easy. They replaced the shingles under them instead of just patching the holes like the last people tried to do. We plan to use them again.

Jose Baez did a superb job of snow plowing and shoveling of my home. He did a very neat, clean job. I was impressed.

I have used this company a new door installation, siding and a rotten sill replacement. Jose and is his team are very professional, priced fairly and did a wonderful job! Jose is a perfectionist and wants things done right. I continue to use his services for snow plowing and for other construction and repairs as needed. He always does a great job and gets every last bit of snow off my drive. Priced very fairly. Highly recommend!

Excellent work, and reasonably priced, Jose and his energetic
crew replaced the ridgecaps and installed a new roof over the attached porch. Although we were told by other roofers that the current house shingle color was no longer available, Jose found a comparable color that blended perfectly with the existing shingles. We found Jose to be trustworthy and his work and that of his tireless crew was meticulous and precise, and all debris was hauled away when the job was completed. We would not hesitate to work with Jose and his crew again.

Jose & his crew were a pleasure to deal with. I called Jose for an estimate and he showed up that afternoon and I had a quote by 10 o’clock that night. That is exceptional service and impressed me immediately. It’s hard to get a contractor today to even return your calls when you inquire about doing a job for you. Jose was always truthful and kept me informed during the entire process. I needed several windows and 4 posts on my front porch replaced and Jose was able to do that work also.
I knew I had some water damage but when Jose stripped the old siding it was worse than we thought. Jose & Mike had to do some extensive repairs but did a great job and didn’t charge me anymore.
Jose always tried to keep the disruption of the work to a minimal. The yard was always cleaned at the end of each work day and his crew was very respectful. You can tell Jose & Mike take great pride in their work and it shows in the final product.

I'm very impressed with the job Jose and his crew did on my roof this past weekend. Within about a week or so of signing off on the estimate, Jose called to confirm what I wanted. He ordered everything and a few days later the order was delivered and the crew was onsite. They stripped two layers of existing roofing, weather proofed the roof and did all new shingles. They showed up about 9am and were done 5pm or so. They did a great job with cleanup and the roof looks great! I'm going to use Baez for some siding work too....

Jose and his team did a great job replacing the failing ridge cap on my home. He was responsive throughout the whole process and completed the work as promised. He also beat the prices of all the other roofing specialists that I had spoken with by a significant amount! I will surely use him again for any roofing or siding needs.

What can I say? Jose and his crew did a fantastic job! They worked fast but did a real, clean professional job and observed all safety regulations. They cleaned up after - I think my yard was cleaner than before! He kept me up to date on the progress and kept to his schedule. The pricing was fair and competitive and the materials used were top notch. I highly recommend Baez and will be using him for more jobs in the future.

He was asked to come and put a new roof on and when he came and inspected he said we did not need a new roof just a repair such an honest person. He did a wonderful repair.

My insurance company required that I replace two roofs sections ASAP. I contacted three roofing companies, including Baez Roofing and Siding LLC. Baez was the first to produce a quote, which included the various options we had discussed. His quote was reasonable and he was available within a few weeks. He came when he said he would, dropped off materials before requesting a first payment, and worked competently, knowledgeably, and tirelessly. He was fastidiously neat, and was very conscious of the weather. I am very happy with his workmanship and professionalism and will be sure to contact him for any future home and yard jobs.
