Bob King replaced a flat roof in 2022. We paid extra for a tapered system so water would not puddle according to Bob. It puddled the next rain, I sent Bob pictures, he would not look at them & said I don't know what you are worried about, this roof is guaranteed for ten years, within 2 months it leaked , it has leaked 2 to 3 times each year since, Bob would not respond to numerous calls & texts until I agreed to remove a complaint I filed with the BBB. Each time it happens, he becomes angry, says "his roofs don't leak", he has come out 4 times in the last 3 years but it takes weeks to reach him each time. Now he says it should have been flashed, he will flash it if we pay more, but can't say when he will come out to bid. It has ruined the ceiling, and a laptop. We can't replace the ceiling because it keeps leaking. He escalates quickly on the phone, says he's had problems with this system against"rough brick."If it needed flashing, it should have been part of the bid in the first place. When we replaced a roof, we expected it not to leak and if it did, for the problem to be fixed in a timely professional way. This has been a nightmare. We are calling another company and getting an attorney.

I was very pleased with B KING ROOFING. They completed in one day a tear down, replaced many 4 X 8 plywood areas, reinstalled a damaged soffit and shingled the roof. The job was professionally done with a very good work crew. The owner, Bob King, was easy to work with and had a pleasant demeanor. Thanks for the great work Bob, the job was completed on time, on schedule and looks great. And at a fair price.
