They were recommended by a neighbor, and I'm so happy he did. Emiliano and the Aztec crew did an outstanding job creating an A-Frame metal roof for my mobile home, which had a curved rubber coated roof. They also installed vinyl siding. What a difference it made! The crew was very meticulous in their work with great attention to every detail. They were courteous and made sure to clean up the entire property. After the completion of the outside, I wanted to keep going, so I asked about replacing my ceiling, as it had begun to sag over the years. Sure enough, they could take care of that, too. The 2-man crew ripped down my old ceiling and replaced it in no time. What an outstanding job! Israel and his helper were courteous and actually fun to talk to. They were very thorough, paying great attention to every detail. Cleanup was done, and now I have a new house! Please let Aztec take care of your roofing and other remodeling needs. Aztec Roofing did a great job replacing the roof on my home in Pawleys Island after the recent storm. Emiliano came out shortly after calling them to evaluate the roof, and I had a quote within 24 hours. He stayed in touch throughout the process as they planned and installed the new roof. Repairs look good but will not know for sure until we have a rain event. I thought a water test would have been required after the completion to insure the area does not leak
Some damage was incurred: destroyed a chippendale planter box and dents in new gutter that was just installed 3 weeks ago. Hopefully it is not pulled away from the facia board
Wow, great response from management. They were out the next morning as a follow up. Water test was perfect and willing to address the minor damage which was not really necessary. My next roof will definitely be with these guys.!

I recently worked with Aztec Roofing to install a new roof on my property in Georgetown, SC. I cannot say enough about the positive experience, from beginning to end. I worked with Adrian to plan our project, and he was incredibly professional, communicated regularly, was so patient with my (many) questions and follow ups, and truly made the entire process easy and seamless. He worked with me to make sure we received exactly what we wanted and the quality of the work/end result is unmatched. I would highly recommend the Aztec team to anyone in need of a new roof!

IMPORTANCE OF GOOD COMMUNICATION: Aztec Roofing’s management maintained excellent contact throughout the entire project. Aztec’s representative promptly provided quotes for both asphalt and metal installation and proposed starting dates. A clear and concise explanation of the entire process was provided. With changing conditions, scheduling delays were quickly updated.
Our roof problems began back in December after a couple of shingles tore off in a windstorm. The first roofing company we contacted promptly responded and after a lengthy discussion convinced us to submit a homeowners insurance claim. After two months of delays with our insurance company the roofing contractor was notified and provided with the necessary documents. After multiple calls to their office, three and half weeks passed before I was contacted. With my patience exhausted I contacted Aztec Roofing per the recommendations from several of our neighbors. There is nothing more frustrating than being ignored by a contractor. Dealing with the unprofessional contractor only reinforced the importance and value of good communications.
We opted for a Masterrib metal roof which presented some difficult challenges for Aztec Roofing. Here are some important key observations. Rather than relying on the Google Maps Survey/Estimate software, Aztec’s management took actual precise measurements of our roof to insure an accurate quote and material requirements. The overall dimension and pitch of our roof required 30 feet long sections of metal roofing to insure there were no seams from overlapping sheets. Considering the difficulties the pitch of the roof presented, the installers were meticulous in every detail while maintaining good safety practices. For the duration of five days the roofing crew started promptly and worked diligently to complete the project. The work site was cleared at the end of each day and the final cleanup was thorough and satisfactory.
In hindsight, the lack of action by the unprofessional roofer resulted in us contacting of Aztec Roofing leaving my wife and me with a deeply held confidence and sense of security in our new metal roof.

Highly recommend Aztec Roofing. The roofing crew were great to work with and Amanda in the office kept me updated throughout the process of reroofing my home.

I reached out to Aztec Roofing regarding a small repair to a ridge cap on my hip roof. The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely professional and told me someone would be out the next day.

That morning I received a call from the technician told me he would be there within the hour.

He arrived on time Inspected what needed to be done and proceeded to repair my roof Not only did he fix what I asked him to, but he noticed my roof vent pipes needed to be resealed which he did, and removed a nail that was sticking up and sealed that as well

Aztec Roofing stunned us with their great customer service, prompt response to our problem, and professional and courteous staff. The day before Thanksgiving, our roof started leaking. When we called Aztec, they managed to squeeze us in that day to inspect the leak and give us an estimate. Even though the leak originated from the side of the house and not the roof, they were still willing and able to complete the job. We were delighted to have them come back the day after Thanksgiving to thoroughly locate the problem and work to fix it. The crew that came did not immediately find the issue, but instead of making some quick false fix, they spent the time getting to the root of the problem and properly diagnosing and fixing the issue. We were further impressed by Aztec’s team for coming to complete the project first thing on the following day (a Saturday morning). The did fix our leak, but we feel confident that even if the leak wasn’t fixed, this is the company that would come back to fix it.
If you’re looking for an honest, dependable, and transparent company, then Aztec Roofing is absolutely the company to use.

My highest recommendations for Aztec Roofing! Affordable, professional, thorough, trustworthy. They put a beautiful gold metal roof on my sister's house a year ago with zero problems since.
We purchased a house last year with an 11 year old roof. My insurance company was set to cancel my policy in 2 months because they said I had roof issues. Aztec gave me a very competitive quote, and put a gorgeous metal roof on my house in 2 days and ahead of the deadline, and color matched the red roof on my new shed. Now we will be eligible for an insurance discount, too! Done on my birthday and ahead of Christmas. Talk about happy endings!

I just so happened to need someone to locate a problem. They found the issue and then worked with me to quickly repair my problem. They made the needed repairs, explained what had been going on and all work got done for a fair cost. I recommend Aztec Roofing for any and all roof investigations and repairs.

We have had issues with our sunroom leaking. Aztec was responsive, sent a crew into diagnose the problem and fixed the issue. They did not try and sell me a new roof, did not pressure me into spending unnecessary monies and fixed the problem in an economical and timely fashion. I could not be more pleased.

My roof looks amazing! The crew did a great job even through all the rain storms. I really felt for them during those storms.

A couple of issues did occur during the project with the roof in my Carolina room and also water coming in through the ceiling of my living room. Both of these issues were resolved.

The clean up looks great and I am hoping this will be the last roof I will need in the future.

Aztec Roofing replaced our roof a few years ago and completed a few minor repairs around our window sills. They saw a need for some guttering and installed that. We later had an issue with a leak around our chimney which they repaired. We recently lost one small section of shingles on our dormer during Hurricane Dorian, which they replaced for the cost of the bundle of shingles. Their work is well-priced. They are prompt, courteous and clean up after the jobs. An all-around good job by good people.

Only company you should consider if you want a roof. Beautiful work very customer friendly great work. Paid the down payment while the old Roof was coming off on Thursday by beginning of the week I had a beautiful Roof on. If you don't get Aztec Roofing you will be sorry!!!

I meet Aztec several years ago.They finished putting hardie siding on house after the other Co.was fired.Since I have had driveway metal roof,back concrete patio and back door replaced with two windows. They always do a great job. Very professional. Kept us informed about everything. Would highly recommend them.

We called a bunch of places for estimates half didn't even call back including some that say there the number one roofer in Myrtle Beach. I hired another company that brought the stuff to do the roof then never showed with a crew and fired them. My wife found these guys through a guy we know that sells roofing supplies. He came that night ,jumped up on the roof and gave me a price on the spot. Even came in under the price of the ones we could get to show up. They not only had me done in 2 days they replaced the wood in 3 spots and included it in the price he gave me . Most charge more for that. They did my roof about a week before the recent hurricane. A week after they showed up just to make sure the roof was ok being as it was so new. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a roof. Honest, dependable,on time, and do what they say their going to do for the price they give you. No hidden fees or BS!

These guys that work for this family run company, have an extreme contentious work ethic. They are courteous and respectful of my property.
