AZ Quality Roofing and Painting

I appreciate these two gentlemen father & son who I felt a great vibe with first meeting …they looked my roof and told me exactly what they would do and did at the negotiated price which was $8500 less than another estimate for the very same work, what a life saver for a senior on a fixed income and did this in a timely fashion and cleaned up afterwards, they who you want for roof patching & coating … I thank them so much !!!!

AZ Quality Roofing and Painting went above and beyond my expectations for painting my property. Everything they said they would do, they did, plus they did the little extras to make the finished product look great overall. Each crew member was polite, fun to talk to. This was a solid team to work on my family home.

James and his crew did a wonderful job on our mobile home, transforming it into the colors my wife has wanted for so long.
They helped us to find the exact colors we wanted and they were able to power wash and complete the all the painting in one day. It looks great and it was done for a great price!
My wife and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a truly professional paint job at an affordable price.

James and his crew responded almost immediately to our request and did a quick and thorough job. My wife and I are very happy and will without a doubt utilize James’s services in the future.

Soit came time to get my roof replaced/fix & we knew we were basically going to have to win the lottery to pay for it . I got estimates from about 6 places including AZ Quality Painting & Roof. We went with them for a few reasons, first its a father/son owned small business, 2nd the Son James was very knowledgeable ZERO pressure & answered all my questions & 3rd, payment is due once complete which in my opinion is a VERY big indicator of trust & quality. These guys seem to do business on a handshake, I mean when they tell you somethings going to be done, it's done. The crew started at around 5am on 8/19, worked 12-13 hrs days & I'm writing this review at 1240pm on 8/22 & jobs is complete. James took me up to check it out, showed me progress pics/video(proof of all the work), and still was available if I needed/wanted anything else. From start to finish we didn't have one issue & they made us feel in charge & comfortable the entire process. If I could give 100 stars I would.

If you need your roof done it would be stupid not to go with these guys. They charged an EXTREMELY fair price and held up thier end of the deal. One thing ill note is, sometimes you never know what to expect when the crew shows up but thier crew was the most polite, hard working awesome guys out there. I'm extremely happy I went with them plus we were able to help support a small business.

Id also like to say that the gentleman who started this business, something like 45+ yrs agao(we will call him Pops) you can tell Pops is old school business(which I LOVE). Pops built this business off of hardworking, trust and not screwing people over. You don't find that nowadays and his son James is filling his shoes to the tee..

We’ve had to have some repairs done to the roof over the last few years and finally bit the bullet to do the whole roof. AZ quality painting and Roofing was very timely with coming out and scheduling an appointment after hours when I could meet over a weekend which was a good sign.

Responsive to all calls, voicemails, emails and text messages. More responsive them me.

They did a full roof inspection and gave us options to do additional repairs or replace the whole roof. They did not ask us to replace all the tile like some of the roofing quote we were getting. They weren’t the most expensive. They also weren’t the cheapest but I think their pricing was fair.

The quality was good from what we can tell but time will tell over the next 10 years since we did get a 10 year warranty with it. Ready for the monsoons now. Fingers crossed.

Their crew did a great job. It took then a total of four days to do a multi level home with about 4500 ft.² of tile.

The business owners are on site first thing in the morning and again at the end of the day to assess the quality of their crew and gave us updates daily. The crew cleaned up nails daily on the property so we would not get tire punctures and they kept the site clean while they worked.

So in summary if you’re looking for the right roofing company that is ROC in general contracting, in the state of Arizona and can give you a fair price and quality work. You should probably consider these guys as one of your quotes.

I was very pleased with the roof repairs that were done on my home by AZ Quality Painting and Roofing. I received next day service and excellent quality at a fair price. I had some broken roof tiles that caused leaking so the fascia had deteriorated and the paint was peeling. After the work was completed, it looked new again. James did a great job!

AZ Quailty Painting and Roofing just finished replacing our roof and painting our home. Wow, what a great experience this was. The owners, Isaac and James, were quick to respond to our questions and gave us a great quote. The workers were polite, prompt and focused on the job. We could not be happier with the end result.

They came out and gave me a good price for the work and they were very professional and quick. Isaac was very polite and kept an eye on the whole process. Would highly recommend!

Awful. The paint is peeling off my walls. They will not answer my calls. I've got to pay to have patch work done. My curtain rods are destroyed. They promised to replace them. 3day blinds are replacing them. For a lot of money. So much more. Stay away if you can. I paid them $2,000.more than my contract, because the father ,said the sons bid was to low, however, they treated me like that. I sent them photos. They have my money and, they don't care..

Awesome job! From the owner that came out to give me the quote to the actual painters that did the job. Everything was done in a very professional manner. From prep to clean up everything looks great, we would highly recommend him!
