We were putting our house up for sale and had a new kitchen vinyl floor installed. The very next day after the floor was finished it rained and water came in through the exterior french doors and settled on the new floor. Two different contractors told us the 2 french doors were installed improperly. So we hired A-Z Home Improvement Llc to reinstall and seal the door correctly. Upon removing the door they found mold on the bottom frame of the door. They did mold prevention, then they had to pull up a few rows of the new flooring where the rainwater came in and found that the water over time had damaged the subflooring. They cut out and replaced the subflooring. Then they relaid the flooring and repainted the door and trim, all done perfectly. All this was done by a two man team, and they did it all in one 15 hour day so that we were able to put our house up for sale on time. And kudos to the owner Varinia Aliss who came out numerous times making sure the job went smoothly and quickly and running out to the store to get her workers the products they needed every time a new problem arose like the mold prevention chemicals and subflooring. This is the best work of any contractor I have EVER used and highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

We have used this company several times for various projects. Good price and good quality. We trust them. No doubt would use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

We’ve used AZ Home Improvement about half a dozen times now and have been very satisfied with their responsiveness and the quality of their work. We used their services on a handful of smaller jobs (including screen and door replacement, faucet replacement, front walkway restoration and more) as well as a recent large flooring replacement project to mitigate a mold issue. Varinia and Edwar are extremely honest regarding what needs to be done and work diligently to meet their client needs. Their pricing is transparent and fair. As a local family business, they are our go-to contractor for projects large and small!

I can't even begin to express how happy I am to have found AtoZ Home Improvement! I contacted a contractor at the beginning of March to have a few projects done in order to complete my kitchen re-model that I began last year (trying to do it all by myself). I had a deadline because of family who were coming for a visit at the end of April (tomorrow). After three weeks and very little progress, I decided to cut my losses and search for someone else to finish the job. I am so glad I did. I found Ms. Varinia and the team at AtoZ! Shortly after I contacted Ms. Varinia, I received a response with an appointment for site visit. Later that evening I received an estimate for all the work that needed to be done..and some extra work. They came out the monday following our meeting and got to work first thing! Mr. Edwin showed up on time every day and he worked methodically, and was very organized. He paid great attention to details ensuring that the end result was perfect and just how I would have done it (if i had the skill LOL!). AtoZ completed all of the projects and a few more within one week!!! I am soo incredibly happy with this experience. If you're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and will get the job done--DO NOT HESITATE to call AtoZ...You will not regret it! I tried Angie and that was a terrible experience and didn't use them. I did my own search and found this female owned and operated business. I extremely glad I went with them. They did several projects and I was very happy with the results. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

This is a review for services on 2 different projects/locations. I initially chose AZ due to their estimate and professionalism. They replaced the trim around exterior doors & garage, stained and painted the front deck, and fixed the swing of interior doors.
I was very pleased with Varinia's responsiveness and professionalism in every communication/encounter. I appreciated that she listened attentively to what I wanted done but also that she offered her suggestions on what she thought would look/work better. One recommendation, not related directly to the work they did, was that we find an exterminator to address an ant issue they noted. We followed-up on that advice and as a result the other company found a snake skin at an entry point to our home! Thank you AZ for prompting us to take action on an unrelated area of your project.
Lastly, I was pleased with the quality of the work as well as the 'feeling' their work gave. When I drive by/up to our home, it makes me proud of how the exterior of our home now looks.

A couple of weeks later, I contacted AZ for some repairs needed on a home our family had put on the market. They fixed/stained and brought up to code some deck stairs/railing, installed new patio pavers & fixed drainage issues, and performed yard clean-up, mowing, & mulch laying. I want to thank AZ that because of the work they did, the house went from having no viable offers after about 10 days on the market (we then took it off for repairs) to 5+ offers within 5 days after we put it back on the market!

I hired them to fix and replace exterior trim and do exterior painting.

I was so happy with their work, I decided to have them restore wood flooring on my second floor that was hidden beneath carpet.

AZ Home Improvement is an excellent contractor offering a variety of services.
