Ayden Construction did phenomenal work completely rehabilitating my kitchen after a sink leak ruined a portion of our cabinetry and flooring. Marcial responded quickly and provided a reasonable and accurate estimate for the work. The team skillfully removed and reattached my granite counter without a scratch, custom built and stained a replacement cabinet (the original was no longer manufactured), flawlessly installed replacement segments of flooring and reconnected the plumbing. Crew chief Edward was always on time and friendly and finished the project ahead of schedule. I've already started talking to them about other projects. I look forward to working them again soon!

This company is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. They installed a guest bedroom and bathroom in our unfinished basement. The job was more complicated than either they or I realized at the beginning. But they hung in there and did a quality job. I would definitely recommend them.

Highly recommend. This company is licensed, very professional, and dedicated to delivering high quality. Ayden remodeled our master bathroom and provided information up front and gave transparency to what was being done beforehand. This was a bathtub to shower stall renovation to prepare for our senior years. I had purchased a vanity and found out it was a "furniture" vanity so the floor underneath could be seen and the tile did not extend underneath the floor with two versions of tile underneath. This was a complex project, and the Ayden team handled the challenges well. When working on the floor work, they found water damage, so they repaired the floor before replacing the tile floor. In addition to tile work, we needed an exhaust fan and lighting. We also had a small plumbing project on our outside faucet that they fixed while working on the bathroom renovation. Everything looks and works much better than it was before!

Ayden remodeled our kitchen and provided information up front and gave transparency to what was being done beforehand. Both Marcial and his contractors were incredibly friendly and did a fantastic job. Their attention to detail and quality is a breath of fresh air - yet they still completed the job quicker than expected -without any reduction in the quality of the completed product.We have every intention of working with them again in the future.

We’ve worked with Ayden construction twice and both experiences were great. The first project in May of this year was to update our basement after our water heater broke and partially flooded it. We needed new carpet, patched up drywall, baseboards and paint. We also decided to update the lighting and get railing for our staircase. Marcial was quick to stop by our house to inspect our basement and provided a very reasonable quote. Marcial and his team were all extremely professional, efficient and nice to work with. The team always showed up when they said they would and always aimed to finish the task they had scheduled for the day. We really appreciated that Marcial was constantly checking in to make sure everything was going well and responded to all of our questions and concerns. The project progressed very quickly and we are extremely happy with the final results! We reached back out to Marcial a few weeks ago after one of our toilets started leaking from a crack in the tank. Again, Marcial was quick to provide an estimate and Alex took the necessary time and care installing the new toilet and getting additional parts to make sure it was in good working condition. We are extremely pleased with the services we have received from Ayden construction and highly recommend them for remodeling projects!

We used Ayden Construction for a renovation of our (20 unit) condo building in the spring of 2023. Marcial was wonderful to work with, he was always on time (usually early), and had a professional team of electricians, painters, and carpenters. He was at the building every morning to make sure the workers were there and keeping up with the relatively tight schedule. Any issues that came up he worked with me to troubleshoot them immediately. The work that his team did was beautiful and he helped make great recommendations that we were not even thinking of before we met with him to start the project. He understood that I had a very demanding eye for detail and ensured that any minor issues (paint touch ups, drywall clean up) were addressed to my satisfaction. His team cleaned up after themselves every night and made sure the building was still livable while they did their work. They also finished right on time.

In short, he was a great contractor and we would be happy to work with him again (and probably will).

Ayden construction remodeled my kitchen and three bathrooms. I was extremely happy with the results. The kitchen cabinets look great and functions well. I have been working with Ayden Construction for the last 6 month on a home addition project that will be adding 1,500 sqft. of indoor/outdoor living spaces to our home. From the very beginning the team has been very professional and customer-centric with a can-do attitude that makes working with them a pleasure. I had my project priced out by three separate contractors and Ayden Construction offered the best pricing for the project. As you might expect with a project of this size, change orders are frequent but I have found that the team continues to price these change orders fairly.

Ayden Construction just completed a 3-sean sunroom and adjoining deck on our property. We are very happy with the work - quality and workmanship are all at a high level. Work was done promptly - even with the current supply chain shortages, owner Marcial was always able to procure supplies and make sure they were on-site the day before the work. Various tasks were well coordinated. Staff were polite and professional. We are very pleased with the result, and would both use them again and recommend them to others.

Marcial and Ayden Construction were superb. My porch renovation was unique but not overly expensive. I wanted to retain my upper wooden deck and rebuild and expand the lower deck with composite wood. I also wanted to use an aluminum/polycarbonate canopy and glass railings that I found online. I interviewed several contractors and all of them wanted to rebuild my porch from scratch using their standard template. The first thing I liked about Marcial is that he was a great at communicating. He always replied immediately whenever I reached out. That was important as I ordered the canopy and glass railings myself. While these were new to his carpentry crew they were expert craftsman and fitted everything perfectly. Marcial told me when my ideas were not feasible and rolled with the ones that were. I am very happy with the result and to have chosen a family business like Ayden Construction.

Ayden Construction remodeled our upstairs bathroom, which required knocking down a wall, and updating all of the fixtures, including the tile, tub/surround, toilet, shower head/faucet and sinks. The contractors showed up on time each day and were very competent and polite. They gracefully navigated a barking dog and an over-zealous 7-year-old with the utmost patience! The end result is a gorgeous, modern bathroom that is clean, functional and pleasing to the eye. The contractor also incorporated my ideas into the design, and was very accessible to us when questions arose. We were very satisfied with the work and would recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Marcial and his team did a great job working on my home. All communications with them were prompt and courteous. They are skilled and helped with also fixing woodwork and other outdoor issues including replacing a door.. A very respectful crew who took pride in keeping things tidy. I wanted to put pavers under an existing deck to avoid water accumulation and directing the water away from the house. Marcial and his team did tremendous work at my house. Within about two weeks they build a 300 sq foot patio with concrete and pavers. They also rebuild from the ground up a 23 feet long by 4 feet height retaining wall (cinderblock & bricks). It’s absolutely professional grade work at a great price.

Marcial is a trustworthy GC and can handle residential or commercial projects. He provided a quote to my commercial tenant which was high quality but also cost effective.
