AWS is a solid company who showed up on time with reasonable pricing. We have a leaking roof and I had other roofers attempt to fix. AWS fixed the issues and came back after a heavy rain to spot check and do more repairs. Would trust them with big jobs.

My roof is 19 years old and I noticed some missing shingles after a storm. I called AWS Restoration and they quickly dispatched a technician, Alex, the following day to assess my roof. Alex gave an honest assessment advising me that I still had a good 3-5 years left in my roof. He gave me a quote the same day to repair the damage and within a week the job was done. It was refreshing to encounter a company that didn’t try to upsell me. I know who I will call when it’s time to replace my roof, AWS Restoration. Thanks Alex!

AWS is an awesome company. In 2025 I used them to put up new vinyl siding and some more windows and new trim and gutters for the house. I have previously use them in 2023 for installing a new roof some doors and windows. Needless to say they are my go to guys for any house issues. I Highly recommend. After starting with another outfit for hail damage to our entire house, I called AWS and was pleasantly surprised at the lack of sale pitch, but rather expert advice and fair pricing, plus knowledgeable advice and access to top-shelf materials. Alex took our project as if it was his own house with that level of attention to detail. We ended up with an upgraded situation for the roof, siding and gutters thanks to his design work. All his crews were very skilled specially the siding and gutter folks, and extremely polite. They recommended many improvements over the builder-quality stuff they were replacing. I was able to tap their expertise and ended up with surpassed expectations. The neighbors are also complimenting the finished product. Window replacement is probably one of the biggest headaches for homeowners. You have to deal with the annoying sales pitches and wonder if you’re being screwed over. I’m so glad I heard about AWS to avoid this battle completely! It was so incredibly easy to work with them. They’ll come by for a consultation, then a measuring appt, installation, and final check. 4 easy appts! Every person I interacted with were so nice and answered my questions. They worked with me when there was a tiny miscommunication and apologized profusely for the mishap. It wasn’t even a big deal, but it spoke a lot to the morality of the company and its people. Would highly recommend them for any window job!

While we were out of town, a hailstorm hit our area, and we were incredibly lucky to catch Alex Billman’s Facebook post with photos of the affected areas. He shared images of the massive hail and provided helpful information on how AWS could assist with repairs. Alex handled everything with total professionalism, managing each step from our initial meeting to coordinating the various crews and handling all necessary insurance interactions and filings. Our entire outside needed replacing so various crews were expertly coordinated - roofing, siding, gutters, etc. and we were constantly kept up to date -- it was awesome.

Also, totally appreciated Ricardo's communication during the roofing install -- he called regularly to let us know what would be happening next and when.

Replaced all 22 windows. It was a pleasure working with Ed and his team. Very professional and honest. They even went the extra mile to replace water-damaged wood in the bay windows before applying new capping. Would certainly highly recommend. Special mention of Han who was very courteous. I had roof leak. Jason came the next morning. He found the problem. He sent one of his subcontractors (Roberto) with in two days.while he was completing the repair it started Lightening followed by a steady rain.Robberto remained on the roof working to complete the repairs. It finally stopped raining. Roberto installed a new Attic Fan and new shingles to complete the repair. If you need a roofer for any job, AWS Restorations are the ones to call!

Alex and the team from AWS were great. He explained everything, they delivered and installed it when they said they would, and worked extra hours to finish in one day. The cleanup was excellent, I only found 2 nails so far! I recommend this local business for yur home improvements.

I don't think I can say enough good things about my experience with AWS to do them proper justice! Jason and Lindsey were phenomenal to work with and they made sure I understood everything step of the process starting with Jason helping to file the claim with my insurance company to replace my entire roof, all siding, gutters, down spouts, and window shutters due to hail damage. The insurance claim was filed in minutes and paid out within a week then work started. They even made sure the scope of work addressed colors/material types so my HOA approval went through first try.
My replacement took place in three seperare phases as AWS has teams that specialize in each repair and the replacement workers were amazing! I have a garden in front of my house I love and they took steps to protect it while working to ensure nothing was damaged. If it weren't for the fact that my house looks brand new and will last another 30 years I would surely work with AWS Restorations again in a heartbeat!!

I called AWS Restorations because I noticed that I had water on my garage ceiling. They got back to me right away and were out the same day. They gave me two options for the roof repair. We chose the one with waterproofing. The guys that came did a great job on the repairs. Very thorough and took photos of everything to show what they did. I would highly recommend this company.

I scheduled a roof inspection by AWS Restorations (based on a friend's rave reviews) to check for hail damage. Jason validated we've had minor/cosmetic damage and supported my decision to not file an insurance claim. He also shared pictures of nail pops and moss on our sunroom roof and advised on how to address those issues myself to avoid future roof problems. The inspection was free and I now have peace of mind for today, as well as confidence in Jason's honesty for the future.

AWS was ready and willing to replace our 30 year old townhouse siding, windows, slider, and front door (unlike other contractors who wouldn’t take the job because it was too small). They worked with us to ensure our HOA committee would approve of the changes before work started. Once the windows, doors, and siding were ready, AWS teams quickly installed the windows and doors in just one day, carefully ensuring a proper fit. The siding took two days and the new gutters took only half a day. The price was right and all personnel were polite and friendly. Highly recommended.

Alex was great! We initially had our insurance denied, but Alex went to bat for us and got it approved. He answered all of my questions and followed up appropriately. We had a little mishap with the dumpster, but they were truly professional and worked to solve the problem while the people on the roof kept right on going!

AWS has done an amazing job. Alex, in Sales, is wonderful, ensuring each minor detail was not overlooked. AWS replaced our roof completely in one day. They have been very professional. They assisted us to deal with the insurance company for months. Then they coordinated the delivery of all the material (see below) which was done very timely and safely. The crew arrived at 7 am the day of installation and worked very hard all day (see below) to complete it by end of the day. If you are in need to replace your roof, we would highly recommend AWS.

After dealing with Home Depot for a window replacement that should have been completed in August 2019, but was done piecemeal with many errors, leaky windows placed in casings, fits-and-stop, and numerous fittings and re-fittings like a Keystone Cops movie of the 1920s, we decided to go with AWS. They are the best! We ordered from AWS the same Simonton windows (to what we ordered from Home Depot back in May 2019) in May 2023 and they were installed in July 2023! To date, Home Depot has still not installed the remaining set of demi-lune windows. We are hoping the third time is the charm as the past two sets didn't fit and/or were non-conforming. I guess we will see next month. In any event, AWS is top-notch and should be your go-to replacement service ahead of big box stores.

AWS Restorations went above and beyond to get us a new roof, gutters and replacement skylights. They worked closely with our Insurance company to insure all aspects of the replacement were covered. Additionally, we were provided constant status updates as parts of our order were delivered and installed, including after hours and on weekends. Jason was fantastic. Excellent all around experience.

This is an absolute joke of a business and one of the most unprofessional encounters I have ever had. Our roof was assessed for damage and potential replacement by Spencer Grabski, an AWS employee. We opened an insurance claim per his prompting for a hail storm that he reported occurred in July 2022. Little did we know he had fabricated the date and had not bothered to check a single weather report. After we opened the claim with our insurance, he ignored all phone calls and emails for over 1.5 months. Finally, after my calling him for about the fifth time, he confessed that the date was not a verifiable date of storm and that he had "made an error" in never actually checking with any verifiable source. Horrible business ethic, horrible communication, horrible experience. Would be happy to discuss my experience further with anyone interested in direct contact.

I needed a repair done on my roof after it was damaged in a wind storm. I called AWS Restorations and they responded quickly and provided the service I needed to get everything fixed. The work was done fast and professionally.

Getting a roof replacement is not something we look forward to, but AWS made it super easy! I read good reviews about AWS online and decided to call them for a free quote. I called AWS because I had noticed a brown stain in my ceiling. Jason came out a few days later, got up on the roof and did an inspection. He advised that the roof had some significant wind and hail damage and suggested that I try the insurance route first. He also pointed out that my aluminum siding also had sustained damage, so one issue may support the other. I called the insurance company, they sent the adjuster and Jason met him and together they both walked through the damages. I was fortunate to have the insurance company cover all the damages. I was even more fortunate that Jason was honest and suggested that. I had one company tell me it wasn't worth getting the insurance company involved. From there Jason did the proposal, walked us through the cost and possibility of out of pocket expenses. There were no hidden cost or surprises at the end. Everything that Jason said was going to happen did! The front office did a great job of keeping me informed of deliveries of materials and when to expect the install team. Once the work started to happen, the employees were awesome, timely, and professional. Even on the cold days, they worked hard! Once all the work was completed, Jason continued to stay in touch to ensure that everything was good. I highly recommend AWS for roofing and siding.

I called AWS Restorations at 9am in the morning fearful of more water leaking in from my roof from the all day rain the day before. The scheduler said he would call Cornelius to see if he could fit me in that day. He said if Cornelius could he would give me a call. Within 30 minutes I got a call from Cornelius. He explained his day to me and said he could get me on his schedule between 3-4pm. I loved that it was just a small window instead of one of those 4 hour windows that keep you wondering. Cornelius about 15 minutes ahead of schedule which was another pleasant surprise. He He inspected the roof top and then climbed into and inspected the roof from inside the attic. Cornelius was one of the more pleasant professionals that I have had the opportunity to meet. He knew is stuff too. Telling me exactly what the problems were and how to best handle with my insurance company. I felt in safe hands with Cornelius. I sure wish more Home repair professional had his good nature, and understanding of their business.

If only all contractors were this great! We had all of the windows in our house replaced with AWS and it was a good experience from start to finish. Our project manager Matt worked with us on every detail, from product and pricing to installation. He was always just a call or a text away and I never had to worry that he wouldn't follow through as promised. I know it can be daunting to take on such a large project but AWS made it seamless and stress free. Also I must mention the installers, Mr. Han and his crew were fantastic.
