Chris is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We really appreciated his expertise and willingness to share his knowledge with us (the customer) in an effective manner. We hope to see Chris much more in the future on metal roofing systems for our homes.

This roof company is excellent for follow up and courtesy response. A new roof can be tricky if a nail, flashing or boot is not properly placed. After a couple of leaks on our roof they came out to find the problem and fixed both the leak and damage caused by the leak. Lee and Chris both found the issues and diagnosed the problem. It was fixed.
Highly recommend this roofing company for a solid “Stand behind their work” attitude.

Our experience with Austermiller, Inc from beginning to end has been the best experience with a company ever.
We noticed we were losing a lot of gravel off our 8 year old roof and made contact with Taylor. He came out explained the issue we decided to go with Austermiller. From Taylor, everyone we dealt with through the office to Tiger Hoskins and his crew of 8 there is not one person who has not been genuinely kind and respectful. To go through a whole process and not run into one person that was off putting is unbelievable. I would have to believe that that has to come from the top down. I called Austinmiller to inspect for a small leak in roof. The employee and I search where the water could be coming from. We gave up and he said he would have Chris Jones come and check it out. Wow, Chris found it right away and was able to come back the next day and replace shingle. I have had Chris here before with a small leak. I knew Chris would find and repair or he would still be up there. Chris is diligent and efficient. Amazing roofer.

Purchasing my new roof was a breeze. Brent was wonderful to work with and answered all my questions and put me at ease. The only painful part was writing the check. The best part……no roofing nails in my tires. My property looked just like I left it that morning no trash left behind. I highly recommend Brent he did everything he said he would. His concern was the work be done to my satisfaction. I could not be more pleased with the result.

We enjoyed our experience with Austermiller Roofing, as first time home owners things got a bit overwhelming but Andrea C. Really walked us through the whole process and explained everything in great detail, she was so helpful every time we needed our questions answered. I would definitely recommend coming here for any project.

A tree fell on our new roof following a storm. We called Austermiller and Brent came out to assess our damage. He installed temporary shingles to cover the damaged roof areas and he came back the next day to be here when the insurance adjuster came to assess the damage. After he completed another large project, he returned with his team to install 2 new skylights, repair the roof and install a new chimney cap that was damaged. I appreciate Brent and his crew for taking of the repairs to our home. Sandy B.

Decota and all of his crew are awesome! I have had them on a few of my projects over the years and they come through for me every time.
The Clay Laidy project was very out of the ordinary because we had to put a new building on top of a old building with a two foot void space in between floors. We still had a tenant in the first floor teaching classes while we were core drilling column holes through the roof and Decota and crew kept her dry and made me look like a hero. Awesome job guys, thank you for another project well done.
