Being from a place where gun stores amd hardware stores are never combined, this place was pretty cool. Definitely recommend, gun staff is really helpful.

I've only ever picked things ordered online here. That is quick and easy and friendly. Looks like an old fashioned hardware store. I wish it were closer to my home.

Fantastic location. Well run, clean, super well stocked and organized. Awesome employees ♥️ depending on where you love, delivery is free and super fast!! And they have EVERYTHING I NEED IN STOCK! THEY LITERALLY HAD THE EXACT FAN model and year that I NEEDED. The Lasko Cyclone 5 bladed with remote control. And Audettes had it listed for the same price as other competitors like Target, Walmart, Amazon, etc!!! Only one other store had it in stock: Target. Neither Walmart, Amazon, Lowes, and Home Depot had it for months - I was looking for it every day! Bless this hardware store. Awesome employees too :)))❤♥️ love Audettes. They got everything you need and more, and plenty of options and brands for every type of option. Example: you need mallets? They got 6 types! Rubber, wood, etc etc

Great little hardware store. Even though it's not the size of your big box stores, it will have pretty much everything you need!

Your Ace Hardware store is 20.9 miles each way from my home. I will make a special trip to Audettes to find what I need. Today I wanted a specific drill bit for drilling in heavy metal. An employee offered to help find it. It didn't take long at all. Then he left me alone to check out their offerings. They even have replacement wheels for sliding doors! I don't remember seeing those in a big box store.
And the woman at the cash register was very pleasant.

One of the BEST hardware stores I have ever been to. When you sit and think "what should a hardware store look like", this IS it! Amazing selection. Helpful staff.

Shop here if you want superb customer service and or are looking for any Ego products. Can't say enough good about this place. I drive out of my way an extra 10 miles just to shop here.

Went for paint chips, they were out of most colors, so no way to take a sample to match to existing walls. I told them I was disappointed and the man at the paint counter, who had been having a lengthy non-work related conversation with a woman, mocked me and said it would take years of counseling for him to recover from my disappointment. Then he laughed at me. Never coming back here to Audettes again. Sherwin Williams is always courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The staff at the SW stores in Augusta and Topsham always take the time to give me instructions and tips.

I always enjoy going into Audettes. They have everything I need for home repair. There is a great selection of different sporting goods.

Got everything you need. A go to place. Prices a little more then your home depot but the convenience makes up for it

Stopped here for some cotter pins on the way home from my new job. Spent a whopping 36 cents. Looked around as it was my first time there. It’s a large hardware store with a large and thoughtful selection of items. Costs were reasonable with some items I have to go back for when I have time. Staff was helpful asking what I needed and leading me right there. Definitely worth checking out!

Audette's is like a trip into my childhood. They have everything the big box places have plus staff that always act lime they're glad to see you and actually take the time to answer questions and offer helpful suggestions to make DIY projects a success. If you want to buy weed wacker string go anywhere. If you want the correct string snd help spooling it onto your machine, this is your place. As a bonus, Winthrop plays outside and the store houses a well stocked sporting goods section for the rod and gun types and a game tagging station onsite. I have largely given up the big box places because the service at Audette's is so much better.
