Squirrels ate up my roof vents and Brent Auchly came out and took care of replacing them right away. he gave me a quote on a few pics I sent and that was his price. Straight shooter and professional! I can't say enough about this great local O' Fallon company. Call them for an estimate; you'll be glad you did.

I don’t know if it was Brent or Tony who did the inspection but they were awesome. Anything else where I had to deal with Kathy in the office was a dreadful experience. She was extremely rude and unprofessional always. We never got the invoice to pay for the roof inspection and when I called to ask about a couple days later she argued that she had sent it. I just asked her to resend it and she apparently had written my email wrong. So she sends the invoice with no instructions as to how to pay it. So we have to call again and have to deal with the rude lady. My wife called this other time to see if it would be different. It wasn’t. She said we could mail the money. At this point I was afraid of her loosing my money or some other issue so I just went in person to make sure it was done. No actual greeting or customer service when we arrived in. Only time she was pleasant was after we payed when she said “have a good day”. So if you can get past the horrible customer service, you will get very good job done on the roof.

I have used Auchly Roofing numerous times on both my home and commercial buildings. They have always done a great job for me and I recommend them highly. They are a professional, responsive and high quality company.

I cannot say enough about what a great company Auchly is. A couple of years ago I had mild storm damage to my shake shingle roof and not one company would agree to fix it - they would only replace it. That is, until I found Tony Auchly and his father. They repaired my roof for a few hundred dollars, and some time later also caulked a leak in a valley. So when I needed a new roof, I knew that I wanted to do business with them. Theirs was not the very lowest bid I received, but Tony explained that his workers are employees, not contractors, and that he himself would be on the job start to finish. They did an outstanding job replacing my roof with architectural shingles, showed up the day they were scheduled and completed in two days as promised. They left my landscaping intact, and cleaned up to leave the place immaculate. I recommend Auchly as a company you can trust to do a great job for a fair price.
