I contacted Attic Projects in regards to the crawl space in my home which has had an ongoing rodent issue. The company responded to my request immediately and sent out Richard Barnes to inspect my crawl space. Even before the inspection Richard displayed excellent customer service he communicated early and arrived exactly when he said he would. He did a very thorough inspection and took numerous pictures to give a full view of the issues that needed to be addressed. After the inspection he sat down with my wife and I to review everything and explain the process. Once the review was complete we went over pricing. Richard worked diligently to help get us the best price. He also explained the warranty that comes with Attic Projects work (10 year) which is awesome. Richard's service was impeccable and we are happy that we chose Attic projects to complete the work we needed to complete!

It was a real pleasure working with Richard today when he came to inspect my attic and crawl space. After conducting a very thorough inspection, he reviewed photos he had taken of the damage done to my insulation by rodents. He then laid out, step by step, what needs to be done to remedy any problems. Richard is a very friendly, kind and professional. He is the kind of person you want to have on your team when you have work that needs to be done. I give Richard five stars for my experience with him today!

Richard had the tools during the quoting process to show exactly where the problems were in the attic so I could see how the wood is supposed to look before and after treatment. The two other companies I contacted just said I had problems and didn't give me a clear picture of what they were.

I was in a panic when I saw what looked like a leak on the entrance to my attic. I called attic projects and they sent out Mason the next day. He did a thorough evaluation of my attic. He said everything looked good and explained that the drywall opening was just damaged and why it was likely damaged. He then measured the opening so that I can get a new piece of drywall to replace the damaged piece. I will gladly use Attic Projects, and especially Mason, if I need any attic work. We had a black mold issue in our attic and rodent intrusion in the crawl space. After contacting several companies for estimates, Mason from Attic Projects stood out as the most thorough. He was the only one who walked around the entire house and identified where the rodents were getting in. He also proposed the most comprehensive approach to ensure the issues were fully addressed. Mason was very professional, and the crew did an excellent job. They also offered a 10-year warranty on their work. We’re very pleased with the results and highly recommend them!

Getting the news that you have mold in the attic, in a fairly new house, is not what I wanted to hear from the pre-sale inspection. My realtor recommended Attic Projects, so I followed his recommendation. The company was easy to contact, and their follow up was perfect. They sent out Richard ( a seasoned builder, not just a "salesman") to estimate the scope of work. He spent about 45 minutes in hazmat gear crawling around the Attic taking pictures. He formulated for us COA's, and did not push either one, as he left that decision to us, which I appreciated. He also was flexible with my recommendations, and incorporated an idea into his plan that did not occur to him. After, I spoke with him and signed the "proposal", a day later I wanted to revise it. I was thinking "oh no, here goes a pitch to try and keep me on the original estimate. However, Richard said nothing to the contrary, and revised the work proposal with no questions at all. By the way my revised proposal resulted in a reduction of the scope of work, so I expected some hard sale to keep what he thought was correct for what I needed, again there was no push back what so ever!!! The work got tasked out and date was confirmed. A team of two (Jayme and Conner), showed up. They briefed their plan and said it would take them about 8 hours! The work was not easy, and my attic was low and hot this day. They cooked! Never a complaint from either one! I got the true sense that they wanted to do a great job!!! And they did. They both worked and took pictures as they did it! Jayme, was spraying insulation with one hand and filming with the other. They provided great evidence of their work. While no one is perfect, I strongly believe they did a thorough job, and I know the company will back their work, if a buyer inspection were to find something was not finished, which I doubt. Both Connor and Jayme with communicative, and friendly and allowed me the opportunity to quiz them on progress and methods. Perhaps there are other companies that "will do something similar", I am just saying their quality of work is great. This is something you don't want to do 2x. There is a cost, but after seeing the level and difficulty of our job, their effort was worth it. I had another company that stated they could come in and "spray the mold', and maybe for some houses that might be the fix, but in my case any thing less would have been a "low ball" estimate and would not have resulted in what I needed. I strongly endorse and recommend the company, their high ratings are indicative of the high quality of work! As the popular roofing commercial goes" Get several estimates but make sure one of them is "Attic Projects"!!! :-) Well done Richard, Jayme and Connor.

Nate was on time professional and gave me a lot of information on my attic space. Would highly recommend a free inspection. We have not made a decision yet, but we will strongly consider out a project in the future.

Will came out to give us an estimate for our attic and crawl space and noticed the bathroom duct had come loose in the attic. He went out of his way to reconnect it and secure it so it wouldn’t come apart again, which we really appreciated. His inspection was extremely thorough, and he was upfront about what actually needed to be done for our home. The final report had clear photos with notes right on them, so it was easy to understand what we were looking at. Will was friendly, honest, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

GREAT SERVICES PROVIDED WITH GREAT VALUE
A few weeks ago, we embarked on a comprehensive attic cleanup project that involved deep cleaning, replacing insulation, sealing off potential entry points for rodents, and installing 200 square feet of plywood platform for organized storage. To kick off the process, we gathered bids from several companies specializing in attic work. Ultimately, we chose Attic Projects based on a combination of factors that made them stand out.

The key differentiator in our decision was Will, the project sales manager. With a limited budget, we needed someone who could clearly explain what was feasible and what wasn’t, given our financial constraints. Just as important, we needed guidance from someone well-versed in building codes to ensure everything remained compliant. Finally, Will offered thoughtful insight into how we might prioritize different elements of the project—helping us understand the trade-offs and focus on what would deliver the greatest impact for our investment.

Fortunately for us, Will is also a certified home inspector, which added an extra layer of expertise to his guidance. He worked closely with us to outline a project scope that addressed nearly all of our goals for the attic—something we may not have pursued without his insights. A prime example was the plywood platform for storage, which he identified as a smart and practical addition within our budget.

Attic Projects, represented by Will and its customer service team, demonstrated proactive and responsive communication throughout the project—via mobile text and email. Typically, it’s hard to reach project managers once the work is completed and payment has been finalized, but Will was a welcome exception. He remained customer-focused and even assisted with additional items outside the original scope, purely as a gesture of goodwill.

Although Attic Projects was not the lowest bidder, the modest premium we paid was well justified by the consultative support we received before, during, and after the project. We wholeheartedly recommend Attic Projects without reservation.

I did not even use this company. I spoke with Brandon on the phone, he was very kind and transparent about the size of my small project, helping me save money, and gave me some solid tips how to handle it. Kindness goes a long way 5 stars.

Richard arrived on time and was very friendly and professional when conducting the inspection of our crawl space. He took lots of pictures and explained the whole process to me. He also answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with the work that needs to be done.

We appreciated our experience with Attic Projects! Will was great to coordinate with when we were getting a bid and was thorough in his inspection and answered all of our many questions. The crew, Ra'id, Nick, and Victor were on time and worked the full day until the work was done, which ended up being a long day. They were polite and communicative and seemed to work well together. After they left and we were able to more thoroughly inspect the work, we noticed that new attic hatch trim that they put in didn't seem to be the standard that we expected. When we reached back out, they were quick to send Derrick back out to inspect the work. He ended up redoing the trim, agreeing that it wasn't up to his standards, and took care of other pieces that we noticed hadn't been completed. He was apologetic and efficient. We're happy with the final result and really glad that they took the time to make it right.
Overall this was a 5 star result but a 4 star experience simply because they had to come back to fix the work. We would recommend Attic Projects as they were thorough, respectful to work with and held themselves to a high standard of work. This project was done in May of 2025.

Will from Attic Projects arrived for a free attic and pest inspection for my home. He was kind and courteous throughout the visit. I appreciated his respect to my home, especially when he put shoe coverings on without asking if he needed to do so. Will was communicative, prompt on arrival, and efficient in his work. I was thankful that he kindly listened whenever I explained our situation without interrupting or trying to talk over me. I felt that he was honest with his assessment and feel good to have called on Attic Projects for help!

I had a wonderful experience with Richard, he came out and did a thorough inspection and gave me advice on what the company could do to fix my attic as well as what I could do myself to mitigate things. I felt like he really wanted to help and was transparent about costs and benefits of the options. I’m looking forward to working with the company on my ventilation issues.

We just had Will, out from Attic Projects. He checked out our attic for rodent activity after we found and sealed up an outside entry point. He did a thorough inspection and took pictures for us to look at once he was done. Luckily no rodents were found and all looked good, which was amazing news! He also checked out our outside roof, and our crawl space for peace of mind which we appreciated a lot. Will was able to show us that we have a few wasp nest in one of our outside roof vents, we can now take care of those before they become a problem.
Will was thorough in his work, friendly, and honest with what he found even though it meant that no further work from the company was going to be required. He was very knowledgeable and happy to share with us, and he answered any questions we had along the way.

Had such a great experience with Attic Projects!! From my first interaction with Mason coming out to assess my needs, to Ramon and his crew working on my attic, and Derrick and Cardenas (huge shout out to those 2) who spent a whole day stuffed into very tight spaces removing insulation and finishing my project. During every step of my contact with Attic Projects through the conclusion of the work they did (including Amy at the office answering all of my many questions) I was thrilled with Attic Project’s service, work ethic, and the job they did. We needed complete crawl space work done and got estimates from a few companies. We went with Attic & Crawlspace projects in Everett. They did an excellent job and provided photos throughout the process. The crew that did the work were very professional and they were focused on doing the job right. It turned out the situation with the attic was fine and Patrick told it how it was and did not try to sell me anything. I recently had Attic Projects complete an insulation replacement project, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the initial inspection through project completion, their professionalism and expertise exceeded my expectations.

Will, our inspector and project manager, demonstrated exceptional knowledge during his assessment. What impressed me most was his ability to identify additional improvements we could make to our vapor barrier and attic insulation while they were already on-site, saving us time and future headaches. His proactive approach really stood out - he even began rodent eradication and exclusion efforts before the main project started, showing genuine care for delivering comprehensive solutions.

I was quite impressed start to finish; Mason sold it for me with the thoroughness of the initial inspection. Communication was clear throughout, and the project crew and lead did an incredible job. This afternoon Richard Barnes came to give me an estimate on insulating my attic. He was very professional and showed a sincere interest in my needs.

Richard came and did a full house inspection for us today. Richard was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time assessing our attic spaces and the crawl space and took photos of what he found. I was feeling kind of desperate when I contacted Attic Projects yesterday. But I went ahead and booked an appt for a 9-10 appt today with a man named Richard Barnes.The reason I was feeling a bit desperate was because I had a pretty bad rat issue in my house. The first 2 meetings I had with other companies left me feeling like there was no solution that would really work at my place. To tell you the truth I was stressed and feeling down about it. Until I met Richard Barnes. Richard made me feel like I was in good hands. He was very cordial and a great communicator. It was not a hard sell. He had a laptop and showed me pictures of what could be done. When I had questions he took his time and offered me an explanation to help me understand. After discovering mold in my attic and getting scammed, Top Guard Roofing led me to Attic Projects. Nate inspected and discovered all the problems. Conner and his crew arrived at specified time. They did an amazing job of removing all bad insulation, spraying, deodorizing. After another inspection, Conner and help arrived today and reinstalled all new baffles and insulation. 5 stars to this company.

Richard was the most thorough inspection out of 4 bids from other companies . Also the most important thing is they do it all. No hiring your own electrian or plumber. The crew has been great. Timely and courteous .thanks

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Attic Projects Seattle Branch to handle your job. William Gwinn, Project Manager, inspected my attic and found a small hole where my roofer missed when he did some patch work last spring. Then inspected the crawl space – which was the reason he was at my home. He knew what he was talking about regarding both areas. He had great attention to detail, which I greatly appreciated, was personable, honest and considerate. I’m retired and the cost was affordable.

The job consisted of replacing all broken vents, remove/replace vapor barrier with 12” overlap, removed all debris, screen & foam over electrical and plumbing penetrations, repaired and insulated HVAC ducting that was separated AND dug trenches to get water to run to the current drain. William’s team did a great job. I also appreciated they were all about ‘safety’ and used their PPE (personal protection equipment). They did a great job with clean up as well.

I had a situation that needed to be reviewed. William came back to the house the next day . . . after hours on a Friday and took care if it.

Richard Barnes was an excellent Project Manager for our crawl space inspection. He took the time to clearly explain the process and met with me personally to go over all the details, which I really appreciated. The remediation project of my attic, and two very large crawl spaces seemed like an insurrmountable project, as there was a bit of a mice infestation problem, Attic Projects took it head on. I obtained three other contractor bids and either the price was outlandish or they did only vapor barrier installs, but no mice infestation removal or one didn't do attic work. Attic Projects did the entire project from eradication of mice, removal and replacement of contaminated insulation and vapor barrier and complete installation of a quality taped vapor barrier and properly installed insulation and baffles. I was impressed with Mason Huston, Project Manager who inspected my home for over two hours. He had set the tone for the entire project by his knowledge and expertise. He even went so far as to reconnect a gutter downspout that had separated during our recent snowstorm and he even removed insulation foam covers from my hose bibs! I knew that Mason's attention to detail was the type of quality I would receive from Attic Projects! The two work crews were led by two knowledgeable foremen, named Ra'id and Ramon who on four different days came with their hard working crews. Both foremen just took charge in directing workers and handling a very large worksite of at least 2,600 s.f of crawlspace and another 1,000 s.f of attic space. Ra'id was so amazing that he even manually hauled out large plastic bags of construction debris from the crawlspace that was remaining from the construction of the home in 2009! Dennis was very detailed in his inspection of the crawlspace post sanitation and plugging of entry holes. He provided a detailed verbal report that explained the process. Last, but not least, I am grateful for the hard working gentleman who were punctual and professional through a very large job! They were: Viet, Vidal, Manuel, Taylor and Victor. Job well done you guys!

I am submitting this review about the service I received from Attic Projects. Especially related to work from Mason and Ramon. I very seldom write reviews, but I feel that this is one I need to write. I had an initial home inspection done on a condo I have come into possession. The inspector had pointed some possible issues in both the Attic and Crawl space and I should get a second opinion from a professional service. I called a few companies which had available dates far out into May. When I spoke to Attic Projects and explained my situation I was able to get a free inspection within a couple of days. Mason came to the condo, we went over the inspection report and he proceeded to do a very through inspection. It turned out that I did have some mold and it needed to be treated and the attic insulation removed and replaced. The estimate for the work was very reasonable and the timeline for the work started the following Tuesday. Ramon came out, started the attic work and went into the crawl space and found water entering into the crawl space from an outside drain pipe. The problem was found quickly and the work was put on hold due to the HOA being responsible for the problem and they need to fix it. I will have Mason come back after the HOA repairs to ensure the work was done properly. I would highly recommend Attic Projects if you have an issue with either your attic or crawl space.

This company has been nothing but amazing. They were so quick to come out and check out our attic taking very detailed photos to show us what was going on. Nate answered all of our MANY questions clearly and quickly and responded to text, even after hours. They were able to reschedule fast and easy around my roofers putting on a new roof. My attic was full of mold due to a faulty roof install a few years ago and in just one day of cleaning, treating, and reinstalling insulation it looks brand new.
