Atta Boy - Window, Gutter, and Pressure Cleaning

I've been using Atta Boy for years now. They always are timely and to an excellent job of cleaning and helping maintain my roof. Would 100% recommend them.

Atta Boy has done a great job for me over the years, just finished my gutter cleaning, the guys are friendly, do good work and clean up when they leave. Well worth the money spent.

I would highly recommend Atta boy. They willingly worked with me to get my mother’s gutter and roof cleaned. She was very happy with their work. We will definitely continue to use their services. Everyone I have talked to has been very helpful and kind.

Atta boy used to have great customer service... now it's like so many places where the company is always right.
Their company is so bad that it took them 9 months to get my attention for an overdue bill when they had my phone number, address and email... if that's the effort they put into getting paid, you can imagine the effort on the job. And then they blamed me!

I don't have time to explain all the shenanigans, but don't worry because I've got it all wrong... Cam will tell you all about it!

PS- their rates are lower cause they pressure wash your roof which shortens the life.

Kyle and Sam from Atta Boy Gutter and Pressure Cleaning came out and cleaned off our roof(s) and gutters, and also applied moss out roof treatment. The roof(s) and gutters really needed it in the aftermath of recent storms. They did an excellent job!! They were very thorough, careful, conscientious, efficient and safe. They were done in a little over an hour. I was very pleased with their work, and enthusiastically recommend Atta Boy to anyone who is looking to have their the roof and gutters of their house cleaned!!

I highly recommend Atta Boy. I have worked with them for at least 4 years getting my windows cleaned. They are always professional, extremely thorough, on time and friendly. They take extra time to clean the screens. They are mindful of the plants around the house as they place their ladders. They go out of their way to provide high quality, reliable, excellent service.

This was our first service. Atta Boy cleaned our roof of all the winter tree debris…fir needles, branches, pinecones- it was a mess up there! They were careful around the skylights and cleaned off the gutter edges. Every bit of what they swept down was cleaned up. They treated for moss and set up reminders for our next service. Their communication is excellent. We are so pleased with the service we received and give Atta Boy our recommendation.

I would definitely recommend this company to others. We had two large building's done that have a terracotta type roof tile and they did such a great job getting them clean. We also had them do out second and third floor windows. We will definitely be using them again next time we need our roofs cleaned.

I am very unhappy with the work they did.

I had Atta Boy clean my parents' roof & gutter, and my house gutters plus adding roof treatment.

1- The person who was in charge of doing the work at my folks' house did not know the gutter cleaning is included with the roof cleaning and I had to contact their office to straighten it out. He later said he is new to the job! I went back at the end of their job and saw they were removing debris by hand from the gutter by the deck, And that was the only debris I saw in the yard waste bin after they left. If they removed any debris off the other gutters would have been by pressure-washing & hosing them down the downspout.

Even though when I met with them at the start of their job, I asked them to make sure to remove the debris by hand from the gutters, as I was told by Kamryn (estimator) that's what they will do. And then install the downspout screens so when they wash the last debris, it won't go down the downspout!

2- Most of the roof areas did not have the white powdery moss treatment. When I brought it up as they were packing to leave, he applied it to the missing areas.

3- The same 2 guys came to my house a few weeks later to clean the gutters. I found no gutter debris at all in my yard waste bin. And when I walked with them at the end to a small gutter which is near the ground and could be easily looked down in its downspout, the downspout was full. At that point, he wanted to clean it by washing it down the downspout which I did not allow. I told him this is an indication of how they have cleaned the other gutters. And since, I have been seeing blue jays digging in a gutter above my bedroom!

The estimate was great, but the job ended up costing even less because the technician felt it was more fair (the job ended up being less difficult than it appeared during the estimate). In other words, they could have taken advantage of me, but they didn't. They did the right thing.
The company did what they said they would do and they did a beautiful job! VERY easy to work with! A pleasure! I will hire them again.

These guys are awesome. They have done the windows at my house for years, cleaned my gutters and roof, and have now been doing the windows and the awning at my business. They are courteous, thorough, and when finished, everything sparkles. I highly recommend, and will continue to use their services.

Atta Boy Window & Gutter does an outstanding job in all aspects of the services they provide. As a business owner managing multifamily buildings I find their staff extremely knowledgeable and able to schedule all work projects I have. Whether its window washing, power washing, gutter cleaning or roof moss removal they get the job done in a timely and professional manner.

Had them out to clean the roof of my house before putting it on the market. The guys did a great job. The roof looked new, and really helped during the sale. I would highly recommend them, especially when preparing to sell a house.

Worst customer service that I have ever received. I have called their office multiple times and no call back. The only way they will call back is if you're paying. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. When they came to clean our roof they pressure washed all the moss and leaves into our drain, clogged it, and made it flood into our house. It ruined our brand new wood floors. Every time I tried to call them regarding it, they would never pick up the phone or call back!

POOR! Very unresponsive to customer inquiries. I had an appointment with them to clean my gutters while I was out of town and I called and sent several emails and after 4 days still no one called or emailed me back about the job. This company does not care about customer satisfaction or I would ever recommend doing business with them.
