After I reviewed various contractors, Mike provided a clear in-person estimate and walked through the entire process without excessive salesman tactics, it was straight forward information. The cost of materials was rising in the midst of COVID, but their install prices were lower than the other contractors reviewed. The materials and process was clearly communicated. Mike then supervises the team as the roof installation is completed. There were no cost surprises during installation, and the team did a good job of cleaning up the worksite after completion. There is a 10 year labor warranty on roof installations (at the time of this installation). I've waited about a year to leave this review to see how the new roof holds up to various weather conditions, and there have been no problems. If you are looking for a roof installation in the area, it would be advised to get a quote from them. They won't offer to sell you the "triple gold platinum plan" etc., but will give you a straight forward estimate and complete the work as described with no BS.
