I had an awesome experience from beginning to end. I was delayed on responding to their request their estimate. When I finally responded they were are able to get me today. They provided excellent service. My property is located in Savannah and I live in Atlanta and so for them to do a drone estimate it was amazing. They delivered the product the night before, sent me pictures throughout the process, and then the final product…can’t ask for better service.

I know a ton of 5* reviews seems sus, but we've had Advanced Roofing do two jobs for us and both times our expectations have been exceeded so I'd like to add my own 5 stars. Several years ago we had ARR replace our garage and outbuilding roofs, and we were so satisfied with the work we brought them back for our main house roof.

Kornell and his team are fastidious and expert in what they do, resulting in a beautiful finished product. I was impressed by the meticulous cleanup, even. He is passionate about the quality of the materials he and his team are using, and his team works adeptly and efficiently. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with a job well done (and I'm a picky designer!!).

Let me first say that this was an excellent experience from start to finish. I first called Advanced Roofing &Remodeling after a heavy overnight storm. I woke up the morning after to find my bay window floor area covered with water, along with water dripping from the ceiling around my bay area window. I called multiple companies and from the start Kornell (The person who comes to do your estimate) was responsive and said I’ll be there in two hours.
For me, that was big, because the gist of 3 other companies' responses was “We’re busy so I’ll see if I can get to you later this week”. Granted, I knew work wasn’t going to be done the same day but in my expedited situation, I wanted someone to look at ASAP!
Kornell came to my location, was very professional, and gave what in my opinion was a very fair estimate.
He explained the process in detail, and since I live in an HOA said that he would have his guy try his best to make everything look like it was originally.
Being that my home is a new build, right outside of the builder's warranty; Kornell was able to explain to me that the way the flashing was installed for the bay window was done incorrectly. It was a rush job where they nailed the flashing down and put sealant around it.
Kornell explained that the appropriate way of installing flashing is by cutting the mortar and inserting the flashing directly into the home.
No other roofer that came out gave me that level of detail, so for me the choice was easy. I scheduled the appointment, and the roofer arrived promptly, completed the job, and made sure that the area was clean after he left.
Kornell followed up with me, to make sure I was happy with the work provided and gave me tips on maintaining the newly installed bay window flashing.

Again, I can say enough about the excellent service provided by Kornell and the Advanced Roofing Team!

Worked with them to get a quote and they worked with my insurance. They were easy to work with and did great work. Showed up on time, were extremely professionally, and did a fantastic job. My roof looks great and best of all no longer leaks. If it sounds like i'm gushing, it's because I am. They took what could have been a miserable experience of replacing a roof and turned it into a pleasant easy to navigate experience. I will use again and would recommend with no hesitation.

One of the best company experiences I’ve had, especially in the middle of loss. A 70mph gust in a storm ripped our roof cap off and many shingles. Nick got there while it was still raining and the power out, and tarped our roof, saving us from further damage. He worked with our insurance company through a long process (they wanted to repair only the missing shingles) to get them to see we needed a replacement, then quickly sent a great team to give us a quality new roof. More than that, once our interior was dry, he brought together a paint team to repaint the affected ceilings. They aren’t just a quality roofing company, Nick was also a great help and advocate for us to our insurance company! Thanks Advanced!!

I just had a roof put on by Kornel at Advanced Roofing. This was the 2nd time. I had a roof put on another property in 2018. Both times, Advanced had the best price both times and did a great job. Nick N. Stopped by our home while visiting another customer, he saw the age of our roof and offered a free inspection. He noticed some concerning spots on our roof; and some signs of a leaky roof, particularly near the vents. He was able to make repairs quickly and days before our contractor showed up. As a new homeowner, I was concerned about several minor repairs needed to the roof on our new home. The roof was in good shape overall, with an estimated age of 8-10 years, and I figured it would be easy to find a good roofing company to handle these minor fixes for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the exact opposite turned out to be true. Once I explained that I only needed MINOR REPAIRS, I got no callbacks. Only 1 company came out and did a cursory inspection. And that company still ghosted me and never provided the quote that they promised even after repeated calls and messages I left them.
Frustrated, I completely gave up on getting the repairs done. But several weeks later, by sheer coincidence of a mistaken address, I met Nick with Advanced Roofing and Remodeling. Thank God!! I had finally found someone who provided a thorough inspection AND a quote without any arm twisting or repeated phone calls. He clearly marked the areas of repair needed, and advised me to photograph them so that I'd have a physical record of the work that he would complete. And Nick gave me such a great price, I also asked him to go ahead and remove the useless dish antenna from the roof as well. Within 48 hours, Advanced Roofing and Remodeling had completed the job, before we got hit with another big rain. I went into the attic during that next heavy rainshower, and saw NO RUNS, NO DRIPS, NO ERRORS. I want to give a huge THANK YOU to Nick and Advanced Roofing and Remodeling, for the upfront honesty, exceptional professionalism, and thorough job that they did. And I really hope all those other companies out there who wouldn't call me back are reading this right now, because when it's time for a full roof replacement, I'll be calling ADVANCED ROOFING and REMODELING!!

These guys are amazing. 3 years ago Peter came and inspected my roof and he told me that the roof only needed a tune up but not ready for a roof replacement yet. But about a month ago weve had those storms that came through, i called them and they reinspected the roof and sure enough i had major storm damage to the roof. They helped file a claim with my insurance and took care of the rest. Im so happy with the whole process and my brand new roof.

This is the second time I had to put a new roof on this house in the past 25 years. Every problem I had with the first roofing company (took 10 days to finish and then had 2 leaks after first rain) I had none with Advanced Roofing. They installed the best looking and quality roof I could of hope for in less than 2 days. I got several quotes that were 2000 or more higher than Advanced and one quote that was the same but they wanted half the money before starting. Nick inspected our roof on March 23rd 2022. Nick is a very respectful nice person to work with. He is very knowledgeable on the work that he does. He fixed nail pop I had sealed it back down took the nail out. I pray for his family in Ukraine. Hope they are safe and God will protect them.

My home still had the original roof, about 19 years old, with some emerging issues. A leak caused some discoloration on the ceiling on the first floor; shingles were starting to lift and ended up somewhere in the neighborhood. As a first-time homeowner, I didn't know where to begin choosing the best roofing company. I needed an honest company to use some of the best quality of products and leave my property in better condition. I then took a course at Google and YouTube University- what to look for in a good roofing company? How do you do if you aren't getting scammed by a roofing company? How do I know if the manufacturer and third-party warranty will be honored if an issue arrives? These are just some of the questions that I needed to answer before deciding on...

A few door-to-door roofers left their flyers at my door, but I did not respond to them. Door to door will offer to the world and even tell you, "oh yeah, your insurance will replace your roof" this is not always the case. When the insurance adjuster comes out to look at your roof, they try to find any reason NOT to pay.

Now, if you've read this far, keep going! After looking at google reviews of the companies on the flyers, I started to look for companies in business for MORE than ten and didn't have negative reviews within the last two years in the Lawrenceville Area (I think it's good to do so keep help local businesses). That's when I found Advanced Roofing and Remodeling. After I finished the courses at Google and YouTube university, I knew what answers I needed to answer before making the final decision. Kornel and Petru are both professional and were honest upfront. They explained the type of products they would use and how they would protect the roof of my home and its longevity. They even told me what they couldn't promise- and that was a total roof replacement, and that was up to my insurance company. This is, in fact, true. Advanced Roofing and Remodeling's team came onsite the prompt the morning of and worked it seemed endlessly into the evening hours. At last, my first significant home restoration job is complete. Kornell's team replaced our roof when we initially bought our house in July. The team was professional, clear in options, the cost of those options, and very time efficient. The quality of work and experience was so impressive we requested them again to do our chimney! Once they finished both jobs everything was so clean it was like they were never there. In my personal opinion, my roof looks 10 times better than my neighbors because mines looks like a professional performed the work and not just someone who knows how to repair a roof. My home experienced wind damage on the shingles on the rear of the home, also had a roof beam that needed to be replaced b/c of water damage.
