Shelly from the front office was so helpful. Scheduling around weather was a challenge but they kept me updated on when they would be there. They were great working with my insurance and my budget on the extra work I had done. Roofers and painters were all professional and wonderful.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Brad and Shelley at Athens Signature Construction Services. ASCS remodeled our kitchen, which had no upgrades since construction in 1997. They gutted the entire room, enlarged an opening to the dining room and replaced everything from cabinets, counters to lighting. The price was incredibly reasonable for the amount of work that was done and it was done to an impeccable standard. Brad was on hand almost everyday work was being completed and he didn't miss a thing. He was very detail-oriented and always checking in with us to make sure nothing was amiss. Shelley was wonderful to work with and provided assistance with design as well as coordinating delivery of appliances.
One of the best things about working with ASCS was that Brad took on a lot of the work himself and everything he didn't do himself, he managed for us. He worked with the subcontractors and if it wasn't done to his standard (which was just as high as mine, if not even higher), he would have them come out again and fix the issue very quickly.
This was our first major home renovation and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Even after work was completed and we paid the final invoice, Brad still came out in a timely manner to help fix a problem with our microwave.
