I had a wonderful experience working with ATD Roofing. Devin was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process, taking the time to answer all of my questions, working with my insurance company, and ensuring I understood every step along the way. I love my new roof and would recommend ATD to anyone else looking to replace theirs!

ATD are scammers! They will literally have someone come to your house do a so called estimate and then have the home owner sign a form, they never tell you it’s an actual contract! They have customers believing they are giving the person permission to check out their roof and then once you look over the terms you find out you’re basically signing a contract and if you decide to go with another company they charge you $2,500 or 20 percent!! This is ridiculous and Mike Shaw should be ashamed of scam they are running. They targeting older homeowners and even more so in the black community . They look for people who have no idea on what to do/ or how to start with roofing repair. If you can, please pick someone else and don’t sign a thing if they come knocking. They have scammed my mom! They also state that you have to notify them in 3 days in writing, but they never inform the customer about this. 3 days isn’t enough time to do a full research after being informed about what’s going on with your home or even for the insurance to come out because everyone is so busy. Why would I have to notify you if it’s just an estimate? Please don’t use this company especially if you’re unsure about roofing. They are con artist at the end of the day.

****Update: ATD Roofing did contact my mother about this and was very sincere in their apology to her about how they run business. I appreciate them taking time out their day to reach out to her and rectify this situation. This made me look at them in a different light, and appreciate the customer service they provided.

I had hail/wind damage on the roof and other areas of my home. ATD stepped in immediately with their team from start to finish to insure all necessary repairs were done. I had a lot of difficulties with my homeowners insurance company at first. The ATD Atlanta team with their knowledge/expertise stepped in as mediators with the insurance company until the replacement and all other damages were approved!. They were a blessing to me as a homeowner. Their care and commitment to me as a client was invaluable. Thank you to Kevin, Devon and the Atlanta team for a beautiful new roof and a job well done!!

AMAZING WORK!
ATD replaced two of my roofs. One of them was a nightmare to deal with the insurance company that refused to repair the damage, kept delaying, kept changing adjusters, denied the repairs TWICE. The ATD team fought back with documentation and kept their cool regardless me losing mine on several occasions. I got the damaged roof repaired, and I got additional expenses covered to paint the house inside, which I didn't even expect. Thank you.

Contacted ATD to address some hale damage that we sustained in a recent storm. They arrived on time and were thorough with their assessment. The final product exceeded our expectations and was done on time. Strongly recommend!
