Brandon does beautiful work, his desire for quality is clear at each step, and the results absolutely show it. Most recently he removed a car port that a tree fell through, cleared the spot (looked much better than even before the tree) and then went right to work on building us a new car port, of much higher quality. Highly recommend.

If you choose to go with these guys, triple check everything. I’m glad others have had good experiences. For us, the communication and quality of work was extremely sub par and the extreme overcharge they tried to pass off on us until we provided several pictures of very sloppy work was disappointing. There is such a need for these kinds of services in Ellensburg. I do hope our experience was a fluke for them.

Brandon the owner and handyman for AT YOUR SERVICE HANDYMAN LLC is truly a delight. He listens to what his client wants and works very hard at giving top notch customer service. One of the items on my list of things to be done was to have Brandon build some handrails on each side of my steps to the front porch, as well as a single handrail going from my back deck to the patio. I showed him an example of what I wanted and he actually created something even more beautiful than I had originally asked for. He is a skilled craftsman and is very versatile with the breadth of knowledge he has doing handy-work. Reliable customer service is unfortunately a rare thing in my town. So many businesses never call you back, or don't show up as scheduled or don't show up at all. But Brandon is a nice exception. He called me back quickly and we set up a time to meet and he was right on time. He looked at the project and gave me an estimate. Once I agreed we set up a time to begin the work. He finished the project within the time frame he stated and did an excellent job.

Brandon has completed several jobs for us - large and small - and has been amazing to work with on each one. He's friendly, courteous, fair and does excellent work. I am always amazed and the breadth of his knowledge and skill. We are thankful to have him on our speed dial!

AYS Handyman Brandon has always answered my inquires within the same working day as my call. He will come by and see for himself what I need to have repaired, replaced, or added to my home. We will discuss and exchange ideas on what is best for me and what I can afford. I always receive a written estimate and upon my acceptance of same he will give me a timeline for start of the job. He cleans and removes all excess items from the work site each day he is here. When he is on site he works constantly and efficiently. Will hire Brandon anytime I need him in the future.

Brandon is wonderful to work with! He returns emails, texts, and phone calls, and arrives promptly on time for appointments. Estimates are exceptional and prices are fair. His work is excellent, and he cleans up afterward (a definite plus in my book)! I'm a 58 year old single woman and Brandon treats me with respect. Brandon did some amazing work for me inside and outside my home. He did drywall, door and window repairs, put a new floor and a new roof on a pergola, stained decks, and spread tons of gravel where it was needed in and around my house. He is friendly and professional and knowledgeable about all things construction. I will definitely call him again for anything I need help with.
