I had Mike from Pat's team out to correct caulking issues left over from another contractors bad job. He was great to work with and totally corrected the problem. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Great work! We have had lots of complements on our siding and windows! The quality workmanship is very evident! I would highly recommend these guys for roofing siding and windows.

My friends had them take care of their hail damage repair, they were fast to respond and took care of everything as far as roofing, siding windows, guttering and anything that had hail damaged they fixed They worked with their insurance company and were very happy with the results .

Pat and his team have done great work for us 3 times. We had a roof done about 10 years ago. Then another roof, gutters, and siding done about 5 years ago. We had that wind storm that knocked out our downspout last month. He came right out during winter to do a small job. Pat and his team have always been nice and professional. He is responsive through email and phone. They have been a local business for many years which is important to me as well. They aren't just gonna chase the next storm and be gone.

Communication is a bit sad showed up once to give me a quote for repairs on my sighting never called just left without seeing me called because I thought I missed them and setup another appointment presumably to get the work done, for the following week. Waited for an hour and a 1/2 had to call several times and finally was told that they weren't coming because it was for a quote and they already got pictures then later that night I was told I should just look for somebody else. Considering it's getting into Winter wasting 2 weeks of time Is a bit unprofessional and I and I am very disappointed.

I had an appointment today for an estimate on my mom's storm damage.Pat was on time for the appointment and he was knowledable and professional.

We had a great experience with Pat and his team. They were both professional and courteous while being affordable, plus they did an outstanding job on siding our home...it looks amazing! Pat and his crew put new siding and Windows on my mom's house. They were friendly and professional. The housr looks fantastic!

You can’t go wrong by choosing Associated Siding and Remodeling. We met with Pat and he took the time to show us houses he had done before and point out the pros and cons of the different types of siding that they put on. We talked to other outfits and although some were good at presentation I did not get the same feel as I did with Pat.
We ended up going with Revere steel siding and we chose the Cedarwood finish in Aspen grey. We also ended up putting some Versetta ledgestone on the front of the house which really added to the beauty. Mike and Tim did a wonderful job of installation. Even though we had this done in one of the worst winters in many years, they completed the job in the harsh weather conditions. Mike added special touches that we weren’t even expecting and the whole thing turned out great. Once more, they were very good about picking up after each visit and were especially good to clean up in back where our little dog eats everything. My wife and I were very pleased and would recommend these guys to anyone.

I have had to call Pat here & there over the years to fix a piece of siding or flashing and he has continued to be responsive and helpful, even when doing a quick repair for no charge.

Last fall I replaced the final three remaining old windows with the Revere windows I'd loved. Pat's team did a great job, and it is wonderful to have ALL new windows! They did some small repairs needed to the siding while they were here, and even left some materials to ensure that I would have them down the road if needed.

There was a bit of confusion on my part regarding the charge but I was able to discuss with Pat and was pleased with the outcome. In today's world an approachable, honest, businessman is a rare commodity. I will continue to use Associated Siding & Remodeling should I have a need. Thanks Pat!

I have nothing but good things to say about Pat Mohatt & Associated Siding and Remodeling. My house was damaged in the June-2017 hailstorm and needed a lot of work. I got the roof fixed, but was having trouble finding someone to help with everything else that needed repair. I read through many reviews and ended up calling Pat because of how happy his customers sounded. I made a good choice! He was calm, helpful and endlessly patient throughout the whole process. He showed up when he said he would, did what he said he’d do, told me to relax and let him take care of things and he did just that. He helped me through some insurance issues and was able to get my siding upgraded to a better quality. My house looks so good. The siding was installed well and looks great, but my favorite thing is the new Revere windows. I went outside the box with my choice to have three double hung windows together instead of the traditional larger paned front window and couldn’t be happier. I would recommend Pat for top-notch quality products and work; the fact that he’s honest and easy-to-work-with is a bonus!

I went with associated siding this summer for hail damage from June. I know a lot of people were hit and things were pretty busy for the contractors. Pat was very down to earth and easy going, but when the insurance company lowballed me, he was able to talk to the adjusters for me in words that they could understand. My house looks great. The insurance company also made a big error in my favour. Only it could have ended very badly for me if he had not caught their mistake. His workers were respectful and neat and new what they were doing. Very Happy

We had the most exceptional experience working with this company! We saw their name under siding and went with them. We were amazed at the communication, efficiency and personalized service we received throughout! We would most definitely recommend their business!

Pat did an amazing job working with my insurance and I to get my siding, roofing and skylight fixed. He took the time to explain an issues along the way and made sure that all the work done on the house was brought up to code. All of the work turned out great!! I highly recommend ASR for any work needed and will definitely keep them in mind for any future work.

Pat came out the same day that I called him (Saturday) and took a look at the damage a storm had caused. He wasn't​ able to help me due to the type of siding I had on my house but he recommended some companies that may be able to help. Pat was very polite and helpful, I wish that I could have done business with him.

Pat and his team did a fantastic job on our home. We had wind damage and Pat was the only contractor who was willing to answer my questions regarding the materials used, provide a workmanship warranty, remove the debris from the yard and supplied my wife and I with a portfolio of his work. His patience and his team's diligence to ensure our yard was clean for our pets and toddler has earned Pat a customer for life for any project(s) that I might have in the future! I highly recommend AS&R for any project!

Associated Siding and Remodeling did a excellent job on our roof, which had deteriorating shingles. I had them shingle it with Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Shingles, which look so much better than the old ones. They checked my roof, took care to use a special paint on the chimney to prevent leaks and replaced the skylights with new glass. Work was done very quickly and the crew did a great job of cleaning up afterwards.

Update - 6/28/2017 The new roof from Associated Sidling and Remodeling survived the big storm great, with only one tile slightly loose. Owen Corning SureNail technology did its job. Pat sent one of his guys to check our roof after the storm and not only did Carlos (who is very conscientious) fix the one tile, he repaired our old siding on the chimney that had started to come off, taking the pieces down and nailing them back up properly. Glad I got the new roof up before the storm, if I ever decide to replace the old siding, I will be sure to call this company first.

Wow.... a phone call inquiring about cedar trim painting turned into a call that built a friendship. Pat listened and asked questions... he was truly interested in what I NEEDED and gave me the name a number of a painter that could help me. This did not turn out to business for him, but he 100% wanted to help me find what I needed. In this day and age where REAL customer service is so hard to find, it was very refreshing to talk with Pat.

I went to visit my childhood best friend today at her parent's home while she was in town. The house happens to be Pat's house, he is the owner of Associated Siding and Remodeling. I am very impressed with changes he has made to their house. I remember spending many nights there as a little girl and it was almost un-recognizable with all the amazing changes. The house is now completely updated with rounded corners in the walls, an open air kitchen, and really nice contertops. I was also impressed with all the new doors and wood trim. I recommend this company to anyone I know. You will never find a better contractor who is so devoted to his customers!

We needed new roof siding, windows, and Doors on our Omaha Home So we called Pat at Associated Siding and Remodeling Pats crew Did a Super Great Job on our Millard Home. We Will Call them Again if we need more work on our home. I highly recommend Pats Company if you need any work done on your home

Pat did an excelent job putting windows in our home. Windows are very good quality and function well. Associated siding sided and put windows in our old house 20 years ago and it still looks great. I highly recomend Pat at Associated siding and remodeling.
