Called at 11:45 with a water heater issue on a Friday. New one installed by 3:30. Great customer service for a short time frame.

These guys were wonderful!! They were so accommodating; my water heater was in my 3rd floor attic but they were able to diagnose the issue and install a new water heater in about 2 1/2 hours! And then the pricing!!! When my boyfriend looked at the invoice he was shocked at how low the labor cost was! I was about to get a new water heater installed for less than $1800!

You are at the top of my call list for any plumbing needs.
The technician was super knowledgeable and very approachable he answered every question I asked.

After what we thought was a clog and after over a week of having 3 plumbers come to our house to tell us we have a major costly plumbing issue, Associated came out and unclogged our sewer line in 30 minutes! The young man Joey who come out to my residencewas very courteous and kind but I think he should have went a little bit more in-depth and searching for the water issue turns out that it was the tank for my water filtration system that was clogged that he recognized after the pressure tank was installed so the work was done $1,600 worth to only find out that it was a clog and one of my bigger tanks that I had installed by another water company who also said that they could have did the same replacement for a $650 all piping all fittings all pressure switches everything so it took me $1,600 to learn to reach out to others

Michael and Robert were an amazing team! They came in and evaluated the problem. They went and got the part that was needed and fixed the problem. They were professional, friendly and thoughtful.

Associated Plumbing Company did a great job replacing my old toilet with a new skirted toilet. Their technicians are easy to work with and cleanup after themselves. I am especially thankful they hauled away the old toilet and packing materials from the new one. I will definitely use Associated for any future needs. Thank you!

Robert & Seth installed a laundry sink and replaced a drain line that serves a laundry sink and washer.
They work very efficiently together.

I called Associated Plumbing at 5:20 pm, which was after normal operation hours.
Eric took my call and gave priority to our 'Kaput' water heater situation. He arrived early the next morning and replaced the old water heater very efficiently. Thank you!

The first two techs didn't listen to me at first about how there wasn't a clean out in the yard, or what was done the last time the sewer backed up 4 years ago. Then they called a third person for help. He still didn't listen to me, and claimed they needed to get a hydro jet and come back. They never returned and they never called me. I had to call their after-hours service twice to finally get an answer almost 2 hours later stating that there was a larger emergency and they had to go take care of that instead. So I was left without a functioning sewer line as a result, and it was too late to call another plumber. They did not contact me the following day either, and I got a different company to take care of it.

I also believe they lied to me about this other emergency call because I drove by the building where this big emergency was, and there wasn't a single person or service vehicle there.

They literally abandoned me in my time of need.

They came out quickly after hours to assess the situation, and were able to determine what the problem was. Fixed it in a timely manner. Guys were professional. Happy with the service, will use them again!

I had an emergency sewage back up at my business and would've had to close... They were here in 20 minutes! The owner himself showed up with them! They are amazing! If u have any plumbing issues and want things done promptly and correctly... I suggest call Associated Plumbing!

Called and needed help cutting off and rescheduling my well Purifier after a power outage. Called Associated Plumbing and within 30 mins or less they were at my house ready to fix the problem. Thanks for the quick response and professional service.

I hired Assoc Plumbing to replace my well pump which failed. I picked up a replacement pump while awaiting their service call the next day. Day 2 unfortunately the pump was stuck in mud and would not come out pulling by hand. They ran a hose between my house and neighbor's to provide some water until repair completed. A crane was brought in day 3 which freed the pump. They made quick work of the swap and found failed tank (secondary) in final testing. A couple of days later returned to replace failed tank returning our system to normal operation.

Have used Associated for all of our plumbing needs for years. It’s nice to see the same guys time after time. They are always prompt to respond and courteous on the job site.

Came out to do some work for me. Tried to charge me for more time than they were actually there. I verified this with my renters that lived at the house and text messages. I expect a reply from the owner and an apology too online. I see that on his negative reviews he doesn't usually comment. What a shame. Still waiting for a response and an explanation from the owner. You asked me to do a review. I guess you just don't want to admit the wrong. If I owned a company I would at least try to explain what happened. Still waiting for response from owner

Over the weekend of Dec 3-5 I found myself without natural gas for my home heat or hot water due to a mistake made by another company. On Dec 4th Associated Plumbing came to my rescue. They got my heat and hot water back on in quick order. Everyone in this company that I talked with or had any contact with during this problem was very understanding, patient, and kind. I have just recently moved to this area and if these people are any kind of example of the people here; this is going to be a great place to call home.

I have used Associated Plumbing on a number of occasions for both my primary residence, as well as a few rental properties. I have always found the Associated Team members to be skilled at plumbing and electrical related to plumbing, professional in their methods, and providing a great service.
