Process is simple for home owner. Call insurance to make a claim. Aspen is point of contact. Anytime they contact insurance you also get an email of what is going on. You do not respond. Aspen does this to be transparent. In basic terms the job gets done with minimal owner interaction.

It’s always the first impression that makes the most impact. Robert Keenan was an extremely professional, capable, and actually quite educational sales pro. . He walked us through the entire process, helped us work with our insurance agency, and schedule the actual work in a timely fashion.

The crew Aspen utilized was also excellent. They cleaned the work area each evening and left things in excellent condition. Of course, the roof certainly meets our expectations, too!

I would recommend Aspen without reservation.
