Had my roof replaced on May 10th 2025. Worked with Anthony Malone and his wife Beth. First of all they got my roof put on fast from start to finish. Roof was on in one day. The customer service that the team offers is amazing. Beth came out and met with the insurance company when they came to take pictures. Anthony came out and inspected the roof first before I made the claim. Anthony came out again once the materials were delivered a day before the job to make sure that the materials were right. And then he showed up again during the job to make sure that the team knew exactly what they were doing..

Even the customer service person that called me his name was John is great to work with.

I had an excellent experience working with Aspen. Nathan Draus was the project leader and he was great to work with from start to finish. There was really bad storm damage on the roof of my garage and he was able to get his crew on the project immediately and they did a great job. Another reason I chose Aspen was that when Nathan was reviewing the damage at the property, he went above and beyond to help secure some of the loose shingles on the garage to prevent additional damage ahead of me accepting the quote/getting the new roof. That really shows the character Nathan has and is representative of the work the company provides. I highly recommend working with the Aspen team.

Project manager was excellent with customer follow up. She showed concerns to customer needs in a timely manor. The installation was qiuck and painless. Communication was excellent, with a charming personality. I would highly recomend Aspen for future jobs.

Working with Tyson was a pleasure. He has the knowledge and the experience to navigate project management with ease and prevent unnecessary delays and or complications before they occur. When he gave me a timeline to start and work the job he met it like clockwork. Tyson and every crew he brought on site were professional in every way. They ran a safe efficient job site where The work was completed on time and was properly done by qualified installers. Do yourself a favor and engage Tyson for the work you need done.

We absolutely LOVE Aspen. Our experience with them was amazing! Talked with Justin on the street when he was doing my neighbors house he was very friendly and helpful, by the next week we were signing a contract after being so frustrated with the company we had before them. Justin was always responding to my texts no matter the hour. Michelle was also very sweet and helpful telling us when the guys would arrive telling us what they would be doing if we had an issue it was fixed right away they even fixed fascia that fell off during very high winds. We were so impressed with the work they did! They totally transformed our home and I will truly miss talking with them.

From that moment on, I was able to relax and watch their team handle everything seamlessly. Aspen Contracting, and in particular Anthony Malone, did a timely and neat job of replacing our roof, gutters, downspouts, etc. after hail hit our area. They did a quality job and left no mess and no damage to our landscaping, which I was worried about. Anthony kept the ball moving and kept us apprised of timeline, etc. We are very happy.
