Aesthetic Roofing

I had a fairly distasteful experience with this company. My sales rep/ job coordinator took 1-3 days to respond to texts slowing everything way down meanwhile the office / accounting manager was threatening late fees for deposits and payments. Once the work started it was clear that they hired the cheapest sub contractors. Every team from the supply drop company to the final gutter install left trash laying around. The crews didn’t show much respect for me and what I requested like not throwing/ dumping shingles off the roof into the garden and flower beds. When I called the project manager to come over and get his guys in line, once he arrived at my home while we were talking at my front door the assistant manager behind him took a wad of trash to the face thrown from the guy on the roof that I specifically asked to stop throwing trash in the flowerbeds. The gutter installer team installed 1/2 of the home with the wrong color gutters. When I caught the mistake he was very kind and we made the change to the right color. I am not sure if that was the right choice because the first set of gutters looked really sharp. The second set looked like it was put up in a huge hurry. Not straight cut edges, some dents and dings in the finished product and he missed a down spout and tried to charge me for an extra.

Overall I am unimpressed and I would not recommend this company. I had them quote out rental home I have before this deal went sideways. They quoted me $42,000 and I have since got bids coming in at $19,000 and $25,000 for similar materials.

This spring, Aesthetic Roofing did a very poor job of reroofing my elderly, widowed mother’s home. The foremen were very friendly and professional in the beginning. When the job was nearing completion and there were some items that needed to be fixed due to poor craftsmanship, things began to change.

The largest, most obvious issue with the job was the swamp cooler getting reinstalled. The workers had reinstalled it improperly, putting holes in the new roof (that would leak later), only partially attaching it to the roof, and it was so far out of level that it would not have held water. The foreman promised us that they would return and fix it. When Aesthetic Roofing returned, they sent out two people who could not speak any English and ignored me completely when I tried communicating with them. They walked around the house for a while and then left without doing anything. We called Aesthetic Roofing 6 times trying to get them to install the cooler correctly. Twice a foreman came out to the house to look at it. They agreed that it needed to be fixed and that they would send some one back out to fix it. After the first two foreman came out we set up multiple appointments for them to come out and fix it, Aesthetic Roofing never came out to the house again even though we had an appointment.

By this time, the home was getting unbearably hot! We called the cooler repair person to come out and take a look at it and mount it properly. When he arrived, he discovered that Aesthetic had damaged the new roof and the duct work inside her home. The cooler person had to return on a different day with the needed parts to fix the damage and remount the cooler. The cooler repair cost my Mother nearly a thousand dollars.

There were other items that they failed to take care of, like the rain gutter that they damaged the back side of her home, visible nails in the roof, poor job installing flashing, and the incredible number of nails scattered all over the yard, driveway, and in the street in front of the home. I collected over 50 nails left in the street on one occasion and even more nails from two other occasions. I didn't want my mother’s wonderful neighbors getting flat tires because of Aesthetic Roofing’s sloppy job!

Spare yourself the trouble we are experiencing; do not do business with this company!

Aestitic Roofing was fantastic to work with! We had a bit of a hiccup with our insurance company, and they went above and beyond to help us get it resolved. Communication was clear and consistent, and once we were on the schedule, they moved quickly. The quality of their work was excellent. Highly recommend.

This guy rang my doorbell and knocked on my door more than once in 60 seconds. It was not a good time, and I open the door and said the same. I asked him if he was selling me something, and he told me he wasn't really. But he was trying to sell me on a new roof. Since that was very dishonest, I will not do business with this company. According to the paper he left, his name is Kage Waters.

Aesthetic did an amazing job to educate us on the insurance claim procedure! Communication was great throughout the entire process, from obtaining estimates through the actual install. Logan MacKay and Nick Perry are very professional, ethical and communicative, they streamlined our entire experience.

10/10 do not recommend. We went through this company for our roof when we knew it needed to be replaced and then they knocked on our door after we had a hail storm. It took them 10 months to work with our insurance and get it approved. First our insurance paid us $500 to replace some shingles and after we did we were told the ones on our roof were obsolete so they ended up covering the replacement. We were told they would pick up all nails with a magnet after and yet we still found 8-10 nails after we found the first in our tire. After I asked for the final balance and paid it they called my husband the day after and made him give them the $500 we had used for the shingles the year before. They pushed the pipe from our water heater down and sealed the part at the roof and at this point it’s not even attached to the water heater anymore. We were told last week they put in a “work order” and no word as to when they will be coming to fix it. I wanted my HVAC guy to look at it since it’s supposed to be attached to water heater but he would charge me and we didn’t want to void the warranty from Asthetic roofing. Stay far away from this company it’s not worth having to fight with them for them to do their job right and come fix what they didn’t do correctly the first time.

Process was somewhat slow--took over seven months. The job required seven sheets of plywood at $75 each and $300 dollars install (why couldn't they find the damage before the estimate?). I ended up paying $600 dollars more than the estimate. Other than that, the work was done in less than seven hours. The workmanship is of fine quality and it looks great! The clean up was thorough; however, I now can't use my kitchen fan because they dropped so much material down the air vent located on the roof. I have pieces of old roofing and nails falling into my food on my stove and now my fan can't turn on--I'll have to dismantle it to remove the debris. What I also don't understand why Aesthetic roofing replaced my satellite dish backwards. Now dish has to take it off and replace it and put in five more holes in my roof! Great! A brand new hole-filled roof.

We had hail damage to our roof that required a total roof replacement. Asthetic Roofing worked with our insurance agent on our behalf thru out the entire claim process.
After the claim was approved the replacement date was scheduled and the entire job was completed in just two days, roof replacement is a very messy job and the clean up process was handled with great detail.
The new roof looks great and I would highly recommend Asthetic Roofing to any of my friends and family.

This roofing company is a sham I tried getting my grandpa, a new roof put on everything was going great they said that it was going to be on with I the next few weeks to a month then all of the sudden they wanted more money from me, an out of pocket payment of 3-5 thousand dollars and yeah that not too crazy but I’m broke I don’t have them extra funds to get it, I tried to work out a payment plan with them and they told me no and I would have to finance! This is honestly the worst part of this company they basically said my insurance wasn’t the one that covered it full, they could have told me about all of the additional fees upfront so I would have gotten my hopes and dreams up, this has crushed me mentally and physically, I will never ever recommend this company again, I even told my neighbors about them and they were planning on using them now they will not be!!!! Crazy that they can tell u up front but they DONT, they’re not a good roof company they are crooked! I will not recommend them to anyone. See ya

I have had lots of issues with roofers in the past and called out of frustration because I was having trouble finding a competent roofer. My project manager Nick assured me everything would work out and I was very skeptical. But they showed up on the day they said they would they were fast efficient installed a great roof handled all my issues and they were done the same day. I would gladly recommend them and I plan to use them again

This company is great! We were helped by some great people; Logan helped get things started, Lizette made sure things got done through insurance, and all we paid was for the deductible thanks to her awesomeness, and Kade was our go to for walk-throughs and explaining in person. Nick was awesome and helped us with follow up, and even climbed up in top of our roof in the moment to reattach a gable vent cover! Everything was so easy, start to finish, with this company! They're doing a wonderful job, and doing an above and beyond job to make a job look good and keep customers happy!

These people are AWESOME!! Home repairs can be droll in adulting, but they handled everything even better than expected! Logan came and knocked on our door one day, and talked us through what the process would look like, and it was even better than described! Liz was our go between for dealing with all the insurance hassles, and she was a BOSS! She let me know what was needed, and how this whole process works, as well as communicating what she was working on to keep me informed for timelines. Kade was awesome at explaining what upgrades (if any) we wanted as well as cost- i really feel like we got the best deal and loved the explanation of what everything was for. We just did factory, but it was still an awesome upgrade! We were told it would be about 5 months approximately to get everything done, and they delivered in almost 4! May not be the case for everyone, but we were really excited to have a new roof before summer. 10/10 recommend this company for a hassle-free everything roof experience!!

I've been very pleased working with Aesthetic Roofing. Initially, some guy (Henry), came knocking at my door out of the blue telling me that I had a roofing issue and could he climb up and take a look. I humored him and when he came down, he indicated that we had a good chance of getting our roof replaced using just the money from the insurance company. I was non-committal at the time and said I want to check with my insurance company. When I called, they told me to be wary of people knocking on your door -- lots of roofing scams going around. They gave me the names of a number of roofing companies. None of the roofing companies I called, returned my call. I decided to take a leaf of faith and I called Henry back to see what he could do for me. He came over and talked about it. We called the insurance company together to start the process of getting the roof assessed. The roof was assessed and full replacement was the verdict. Henry passed me off to the project manager, Nick. He came by and walked us through the product and process. I really liked his professionalism and honest opinion about different options. I was told that it would take a day to do the roof -- I was doubtful when I heard that because it seemed like the roofers in the area, and there have been lots of different companies, took a week or so. We settled on a date. The date came and the roofing team showed up a bit before 7AM and got started. What a team! They were fast, efficient, and professional. They got it done in a day and did a superb job of cleaning up. I'm very pleased with the results and would recommend Aesthetic Roofing to my friends and neighbors. I started out as a skeptic and now am a believer. I happy to speak with anyone about this great experience.

On 4/18/2025 we had our home and garage roof replaced. Nick Perry, the project manager, was excellent throughout the process.

Unfortunately, the experience with the install crew was a different story. They arrived up and began scraping shingles off the roof at 6:45 AM. Prior notice indicated that the crew would be arriving and starting around 7:00 AM and that was what was anticipated. But there was never a knock on the door to inform us that they had arrived or repairs would begin, which we would have appreciated. It was a little unsettling, as it was extremely loud, scaring my children.

During the install process, they had removed a small solar panel from the roof which was never reinstalled and left it to dangle from our house. There was a wiring mount that had been removed from the house, and was never reinstalled causing a wire that was routed from our street to hang lower than it originally did in our front yard. It also appears that they may have painted some of the existing roof vents to match the black covers that they replaced, but failed to fully paint the entirety of the vent giving it a poor finished appearance.

The mess left behind was unacceptable and is the part we are the most frustrated with. During the clean off of the roof after scraping the shingles, a leaf blower was used to blow off roof debris and nails from the roof. During this they blew the debris and nails down the water heater vent, which made it all down the vent and all over the top of the water heater and potentially down the water heater exhaust, as I am worried about what potential issues this may cause. We are assuming our attic will be full of similar debris, and unsure of what other debris could be in other vents. Roofing materials, nails, and general debris were left all over the yard. When using the blower on the ground, material was blown under the garage door, and side entry leaving a significant mess inside the garage. Everything inside is covered in debris, leaving a full clean needing to be done. As we were aware that some mess would occur during two sheets of decking replacement, it was overwhelming to see what was left over from this.

Among the trash were leftover chicken bones (one of which my dog swallowed and later got sick from and vomited on our couch), condiment packets, food packing, drink bottles were left in various places throughout the yard and on our vehicles, and even two Corona beer bottle caps left in the driveway near where one of the work vans was parked. We have ring camera footage of them leaning against one of our vehicles and eating lunch, when there were 2 available patio seats five feet away.

As some of these concerns were mentioned to Nick when he had stopped by for the roof completion review, I did mention to him that I did not want to be the one to get anyone in trouble or be "that" customer. But feel after review and the additional findings, that this needs to be brought up as they / others may like to know. The only reason this is a 2-star review and not lower is because of the professionalism of Nick. The lack of respect from the crew and the mess I have to clean up now, is the reason for the reduced review rating.

The roofing job was fine, what I am pissed about is that my vents were not put back the way it was previous to being re-roofed. I had two vents in an area and they covered both existing holes and made a new one between them, instead of using one of them, now I have three holes within five feet of sheeting under the shingles. They covered another vent hole altogether that I was using for a bathroom vent. It sure would have been nice if they would have communicated with me first.

The process of getting our roof done through an insurance claim with Aesthetic was flawless. They helped the insurance realize the true cost of the project and got the job done on time with minimal stress on my end. Definitely recommend Aesthetic Roofing.

They were super easy to work with from start to finish and they took the stress out of working with our insurance company. We had great communication during the entire process. They did a great job, they were fast, friendly, professional, I left for work that morning and got home just after 3:30 and it was all done, an hour later someone picked up the dump trailer. It was like a new roof landed on my house while I was at work, it saved me money and a lot of wear and tear on the body, they cleaned up after no mess no nails (staples in this case) Bob, Nick, Liz and others were great to work with!!! This company was one of so many who visited us because the shape our roof was in, but they stood out from the crowd because they were not pushy in any way! They didn't press us, but just offered a card. The process was easy! Time consuming, but easy. Now, we have the best looking roof around! Plus, it's more functional for our area of high wind and weather damage! Highly recommend!!!

I loved the sales guy knows his stuff - but honestly we should have never used this company - I have regrets that we didn't use another company that my husband wanted but I talked him into this company- but mistake! We were jerked constantly about what was going to be done and so much miscommunication I just got so frustrated - we still don't have the rest of the work done and I don't have a clue if it will ever be done - I cannot recommend them at all - I give one star because the roof got done and so far it looks good - I told them I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I regret recommending them to my neighbor although they did get her problems worked out -

This company from start to finish did an amazing job. It was frustrating trying to deal with my insurance but they took care of that. Once everything was settled down to the install it was so smooth and quick I was very taken care of. The crew that did my install was very clean and quick I let them do their work and they got it done quick probably about 6 hours in total from removal to fully replaced and cleaned up, they went over my entire property with a magnet to get any stray nails and cleaned up all the garbage even the stuff that flew in from the wind Nick was the project manager and Anne was the main contact that was keeping me informed. Aesthetic Roofing helped us with the insurance claim which I'm glad they did because our insurance denied everything at first, wrongly so. Our insurance flat out lied about Utah not being a matching state. Aesthetic Roofing was confident all along that insurance should approve full roof replacement and after 6 months battling insurance, Aesthetic were right! Another roofer wasn't willing to help with the insurance which would have resulted in full cost out of pocket or mismatched roof repair.

Install was really fast, one day. Great work. Cleaned up well. I'm happy. A few touch up items once the shingles settle nothing concerning.

One feedback, review any added warranty actual documents closely so you know what you're paying for before signing contract. We didn't receive the warranty details until day of install. Aesthetic made an appropriate adjustment for us for the oversight which I appreciated.

They were absolutely wonderful in helping to get our roof replaced after the wind storm last August. It took some time because of the insurance but they kept at it and knew how to deal with an insurance company that was not being very helpful.

Aesthetic Roofing was a pleasant surprise. They did all they said they would do in terms of working directly with my insurance company to receive all the benefits I deserved. I could NOT have done this on my own.

The installation was on time and on budget - no surprises. The installation crew was fast, efficient, and completed the entire project in one day!

(Go to bottom for Summary) So back last Spring/Summer of 2024 we had one of those door salesman for a Roof Replacement through insurance stop by. I listened to him, he told me my shingles were damaged and they no longer make my style of shingle anymore and that I'd qualify for a Roof Replacement. I decided why not and went through with it.
I filed a claim through my insurance (Allstate) and waited for their guy to come out and inspect the roof. He came out and completed his inspection and shortly thereafter I hear from my Claims Agent. He basically tells me they'll only replace the damaged shingles which amounted to about 300$. Not knowing the process I was like, welp that's not going to cover the cost.
I'm told now by Aesthetic Roofing that It'll go to their team and they'll take it from there. That someone would reach out and touch base and keep me abreast of what was going on. I wasn't really told the process or kept in the loop. About a month to a month and a half go by and I get call from Aesthetic Roofing. They ask if I would be okay if someone came out and got a sample of my roof so they could send it to Florida for some sort of testing. I say sure.
About another month to month and a half, I'd say 3 months-ish altogether now, I get a call from my Allstate Claims Agent and they tell me I've been approved for the whole roof replacement. Insurance paid me half upfront to give to my Contractor (Aesthetic Roofing) to get the ball rolling and get on their schedule. I'm told it will be spring and that once the job is done, my insurance company will pay out the rest once they receive the receipts, all of which is handled by Aesthetic Roofing.
They actually got to me a week before Christmas. Their Guys came out the day before the job started and dropped off all of their equipment and supplies. They were unable to do the job the next day due to weather, which sucked because I took the day off and bought kolaches to give to the crew. They completed the Job the next day and cleaned up the yard really well. I got up on the roof and looked around. As far as I can tell they've done a Professional Job. I currently have no complaints about the job and work completed.
Aesthetic Roofing submitted the receipts to my insurance for the final payout and they have disbursed the money to me to pay for the rest of the job. Unfortunately the insurance did not pay out the entire amount owed so I am still curious as to how this pans out. All in all If you're on the fence or not on whether you'll use them. They've done right by me so far. I'd Recommend them.

Cons: If I have any Advice for Aesthetic Roofing it would be this.
-As someone who has never gone through this process I would have liked to been updated more. I would have liked to have been called and talked through what exactly the process was and what was currently being done with the claim. Most of the time I felt in the dark. I didn't really know what was going on with the claim until I got a call from my Insurance agency saying I'd been approved for the roof replacement.

All in all, Thank You for the work you did on my behalf.

After the hail storm I was concerned for damage from watter entry, and since it dimpled my car I wondered what affects it had on my house. I set up a ladder but after my spine injury was not really able to examine the roof. Since they were in the area soliciting work I agreed to let them check.

Damage was found and they assisted in getting the ball rolling with my insurance, who verified the damage issuing a check to start the repair. Just in time for winter the roof and gutters where finished.

I cannot even begin to say how thankful I am with their work.

Aesthetic Roofing did a wonderful job in applying the Fresh Roof treatment to our older home. The installer was professional and communicated with about the entire process. The shingles are now pliable and sealed and will extend the life of the roof for several years. Highly recommend.

I was really skeptical about these guys because they knocked on our door and I thought that they were just scammers or one of those “fly-by-night” companies that come around. We needed our roof redone, but I had quite the argument with my husband about going with these folks. I told him he was going to regret it and any money we saved would wind up costing us more to repair their shoddy work.

Arrangements were made, and soon the work began. They came early and stayed late…Ok so I was a little impressed. Our house was built in the late 50’s and they used 1 x 6’s (see photo) instead of big sheets of wood. They measured the gap between the boards and in places it was over 1/4 of an inch. We never would have even known, but they called our insurance company and got approval to place wood (sheeting?) over the top of the boards. So now I’m getting more and more impressed, right?

It was supposed to be a 1-2 day job, but it took 4 because our roof was not in good shape underneath I guess. I was just waiting for the other shoe to drop and get hit with all these extra charges so I could tell my husband “I told you so!” (I’m a woman and sometimes I like to tell him that!). But nope, there were no hidden costs.

When they were done, they cleaned up every speck of mess and you would never know they were even here. They even ran a magnet over the entire driveway in case they missed a nail!! The roof is absolutely gorgeous!

And get a load of this… We got a phone call that they were going to replace part of our rain gutter because when the supervisor came by to finalize the job, he didn’t like that a worker had leaned a ladder up against it and he wanted to replace it free of charge.

So now comes my humble apology for assuming this company was like so many others. It has been the best experience we’ve ever had in home repair in our 36 years of living here. If you have any doubts, just tell them to give you our number, and I will happily answer all questions and share our amazing experience.

There are so many people to thank but I don’t know their names because we mostly dealt with Kade so I trust him to be sure and pass it along. Superior service. Superior repairs. Just plain superior!

From beginning to the end, great experience. The gentleman that did the work were so fun to watch. They were laughing and dancing while they worked. In one day they tore the roof off and resingeled it. The service has been nothing short of amazing! I would call them again in a heartbeat!

Very professional company, high quality work with fast installation. We were worried when we found out we had roof damage, Gabe & Kade were amazing! They walked us through the process with our home owners insurance, sent everything to our insurance company as it was requested. Day of installation the roofers were very considerate of our property, trees, shrubs and dogs. Roof looks stunning, we are very pleased and highly recommende Aesthetic Roofing!

Aesthetic Roofing is so kind, they all were such amazing people every time I needed advice, the customer service was so great and together they truly worked as a team because my Customer service representative Liz was extremely helpful when my husband wasn’t around to answer any questions . I am grateful we chose to go with this company to fix our roof and also, just being able to contact them at anytime made it feel like they cared. Our project manager was always communicating with us throughout the process and always on time with his appointments or gave us a reasonable timeframe and he was a pleasure to work with. The team went above and beyond. This is a company that cares and the work they did on our roof was beyond amazing!!! Overall we are delighted and so appreciative that it was done so fast (especially before ..) winter hits! I will recommend this company to everyone. I had such an easy and great experience. I have only the highest commendations for Aesthetic Roofing employees. Rhett was the first to contact me and he was most informative and helpful. He came when he said he would and did all he promised and he is courteous and friendly. You probably do not pay him for what he is worth. Second, the men who came to do the actual repair work were very efficient, friendly, and in my opinion did a marvelous job. I am very pleased with their work. They did it all in one day and left my yard clean and neat. I hope the money being sent from my insurance company, State Farm, will indeed cover all the expenses. At the time the insurance adjuster came to inspect my house he said they would also cover the work needed to repair the damage inside the home. I have not heard from anyone about this work. Thanks for all your help.

Love our new roof Derek was great in working with our insurance company. The crew that installed it was fast and clean up really good after.
