I recently used Ascent Construction for a repair job on my roof. Jordan, the owner, came out immediately after I contacted them. He did a thorough inspection of the roof and actually took me up there with him to point out areas of concern. Having worked on roofs in a past life, I could tell that his concerns were legitimate and honest.

Jordan was extra communicative, and even helped to walk me through the insurance experience when filing for roof damage due to wind (did not end up going through insurance). When it came time for the repair, he gave an initial quote that I thought was fair and actually lowered it when the invoice came due. These were just a couple examples of his integrity & how Jordan went above and beyond for no other reason than wanting to help.
