Fabian and his team were excellent to work with. They fixed the flat portion of our roof within the week of contacting them, and they explained the work they did as we had questions that came about. Very communicative...was in touch with them constantly. The istallation came a little late but I knew it would...the guy who came to install was so nice and friendly. He came and left with not problem..Product looks fabulous....time will tell but so far, so GOOD!!!

Great contractor,great work,easy to work with. The estimate was for a shingle roof but we wanted to put on a metal roof. They did a metal roof with no extra cost to us. The other contractors wanted to charge thousands more for a metal roof. Recommend this contractor if you have any insurance damage claims.

The three workmen that came to replace the shingles on my roof did a terrific job. They were able to do it in one day. After the roof was done they did a great job in cleaning up the yard and patio considering what a mess it was. I hope they enjoyed the pickled jalapeño peppers that they received for their good work. Best customer service far of the 3 companies I asked for bids on my roping job. Job was well done Zander with good communication throughout.

The team did a wonderful job! Starting with Mike coming within 24 hours of my call to give me an estimate (on Sunday). The crew came in on Saturday and worked hard and fast. By evening, we had a beautiful new roof. We are so happy with the decision to call Ascencion .

The roofing crew and the 2 gals part of the crew, they did an awesome job. This day on task through out the day until they were done. They also make sure that I was satisfied with the job. I look over the roof and what needs to be fixed before they left. I was happy with my new roof now. I don't have to worry about the rain the. Snow the wind or crawling on top of the roof now to repair the shingles. Now it's metal roof. I may live off grid.
But where I live, I get strong wind gust. No worries. Now, like I said the guys and the gales did an awesome job. They also make sure if if it needs repair there were hello. Come back and repair it

Michael did a great job at communicating before and during the Job. They also worked with us on our budget and plan on using them to finish our home.

Esteban was really great at communicating and providing updates on what was going on. He was also helpful with contacting the insurance company.

Completed the roof install pretty quickly and efficiently but fascia replacement, skylight replacement, and gutter installation that were also in our contract either never happened (gutter install and skylights replacement) were completed subpar (fascia), or created more damage than we started with (broke our original skylights and left or tried to cover up rotting fascia with paint or thinner board).
We had to communicate with the multiple times to correct errors and are left with more work in the end than we started off with. Lastly, they stood on our AC unit while working instead of using a ladder and crushed out the sides.

Guys were nice but it took a lot of repeated communication for what seemed like straight forward tasks and the job was ultimately left unfinished.

They replaced our entire roof that was leaking and gave good recs for what needed to happen. From start to finish a positive experience. They paid attentional to details most missed on the bid. The bid was fair and their work excellent. They worked non-stop for 5 days to get this huge project completed. Their team was efficient, professional, on time, cleaned up and did good work on the details. They reached out and met with us about any concerns and had excellent communication. They take pride in their work and are skilled in what they do. Would highly recommend working with Ascension.

Jesus Banuelos is amazing! I called for an estimate, he called me back right away and made an appointment to come out the next day when it was a good time for me. I explained everything going on, he found hail damage and suggested filling a claim. I had a tree that the branches were rubbing on the roof and he trimmed it for me! He came out to the house again to meet with the insurance adjuster. He kept open communication and was extremely helpful in the process. I would highly recommend this company, Jesus, and their excellent customer service.

I highly recommend Ascension for any of the services they provide . The roof replacement came out amazing . These gentlemen were very professional and were willing to work with my busy schedule . I did reach out so multiple roofing companies for an estimate and had no response. I then came across Ascension and they had an estimator at my house the next day. We had a leaking roof, and tried to repair on our own. We had a good number of roof shingles damaged because of high winds in our area. We needed someone to come and look at our roof, and give us an estimate. It was difficult in the last few years to get someone to follow through. This company responded in a really decent time, were professional, friendly through the whole process. They were great! Gave us a reasonable price, and they came back to inspect and made sure everything was okay. We hope to be able to get more work done in the future with them. I would highly recommend them.

Solid guys, professional, and knowledgeable but most importantly, they are honest. I asked for roof inspection for a second opinion and was prepared to pay for some repairs that I thought was necessary but after 30 minutes of inspecting the roof, they informed me that the small issues were exaggerated and not needed at this time. They honored their word for a free inspection as well. Thanks!

These guys did a great job with stucco and also TPO installation. They are honest, very responsive and willing to answer any questions I had about the process. Recently had the old vigas rotten cut off my home and the parapets repaired. The workers we very respectful and extremely good at there job. The company quoted three days for the job and it was finished a head of schedule. All debris cleaned up even racked the gravel they had to move for the ladders back into place. 10-10 would recommend and will use again.
