After interviewing over 10 roofing companies and reading their detailed estimates, I finally chose ASA ROOFING,Inc. because they offered the highest quality products, best warranty (20 years! Others were 5 and 10 only) and the best service for the most reasonable price. Antonio, the owner, came out himself to look at my roof. He took many pictures and pointed out areas that needed attention. He got back to me immediately with a detailed written estimate. ASA offered to replace ALL of the old plywood with ⅝ inch plywood. The other roofing companies would only replace the “damaged” plywood with ½ inch plywood that would cost extra up and beyond the estimate given!

ASA put in a raised humidifier and temperature controlled Attic Fan where other companies would install the Attic Fan flush to the roof which could lead to leakage. Though the Attic Fan came with a screen, Antonio took extra time to thoughtfully attach an additional screen to keep out small animals.

Antonio’s project manager, Melvin, gave attention to detail and, for added protection, added 4x8 strips of wood to further divide my townhouse from my neighbor’s to insure the integrity of my new roof, using TPO which is the strongest material recommended for flat roofs. The ASA Team came at 7:15am even earlier than expected. What a breath of fresh air to be that dedicated to get in as many daylight hours as possible.

The Team was conscientious in protecting my landscaping by carefully covering my azaleas and rose bushes so pieces of old roofing falling would not harm them. They were meticulous! They cleaned up so beautifully picking up any extraneous debris and even used a magnet sweeper to insure all nails would be removed if any fell to the ground. When they finished, Melvin took many pictures to show me the excellent job they did. Antonio was a pleasure to work with every step of the way and, thoughtfully, gave many payment options to suit my financial situation.

Reliable, quality work and great customer service with reasonable prices—what more can you ask for? Will use and recommend ASA for any roofing needs.

Antonio came out and took a look at my roof repair / replacement. Was told that there was a 10% military discount. Back and forth we went on the estimate as it was constantly lacking information needed to perform the job in full. Also, I was told from his assistant Ana that the 10% was capped at $156 dollars. This was unethical as it was not shared at the time of visit and the communication back and forth. Plus who caps the discount at that amount when spending $1000's. They added nearly a $1000 for two very small drywall patches. Also, I had to constantly reach out to Antonio and his assistant and responses were very slow and took days to get a reply.

Over-estimated roof measurements for guard installation, and even so did not complete all the promised parts until I called a few times to convince them (If I had not measured my home width to double-check, they would have charged me 110 linear ft of guard for the 75 linear ft they had installed)! On the day of installation, before finishing the promised parts, they told me it's better to expand the project and pay more because if I wouldn't, the parts being installed would not be useful! so there I had to pay $600 more than the original estimate, to have something useful! I had clearly called to fix the issue and expected the original estimate to cover all that is needed to be done!

Afterwards, I realized they had not completed another item they had on the original estimate. After some back and forth, they applied a minor discount...

We had the best experience with ASA Roofing. Antonio (Owner/Inspector) provided an honest, professional assessment of my roof‘s current condition as well as causes for a recent roof leak, explaining precisely what needed to be done in terms of repairs. There was never any attempt to oversell, which was comforting and reassuring given some past experiences to the contrary with other contractors. The roofers who performed the repairs seemed very experienced and knowledgeable and clearly did a thorough, first-rate job, which serves as a testament to the strong emphasis that Antonio places on ensuring his roofers are well-trained. Upon completion, Antonio came out once more for a final walkthrough as an extra layer of quality control. Considering the price-quality ratio - he gave me a good price - I could not have been happier with my overall experience. Now I know who to call years from now when I might need repairs done or a new roof!

Although all communications with Antonio were over text messages, the responses were timely and pricing was very competitive. ASA Roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof and repairing water damage from failing gutters for my home. Antonio was extremely responsive and worked with me to scope out this project. The roofing team were total pros and clearly are well trained and technically competent. The siding team overcame challenges not only with the repairs but also reinstalling the original aluminum siding, which was easily 80 years old. Their team was even able to fix the damaged interior drywall to a level of quality comparable to a drywaller sub. I work on commercial construction, so I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the crews. I can’t recommend ASA roofing enough for anyone looking for high quality residential roofing and siding.

I just had my roof replaced by ASA Roofing on 6/30/23. They were very responsive, friendly, polite, and professional with all my questions and requests. They were also very accommodating when I needed to make schedule changes. Their price is also competitive among the 10 other roofers that I asked for quotes. I can’t go on the roof of my 3 level townhouse to check how everything is quality-wise but they did provide pictures of my roof after the installation. My new roof looks good. and at least there is no leak after all the rains in the past week and half. I highly recommend ASA Roofing.

We moved in to our house just over a year ago and soon after had a small leak in our roof after a heavy storm which was deemed as wear & tear by insurance. Many companies have come with the promise of a free inspection, and say that a repair is not worth the effort based on the age of the Roof(wanting to replace the entire roof)- ASA was very professional in providing an original quote for the repairs, identifying deficiencies and recently helped identify the possible intrusion point. Milton was knowledgeable, direct and I would 100% recommend ASA roofing for any of your Roofing needs.

I'm glad I used this company--they are very honest and do not try to charge you to perform unnecessary work. I was referred to this company and immediately had a great impression speaking with Antonio. Then he transferred me to the scheduling department and the lady on the phone was very professional--she was able to schedule an inspection for the very next day.

Milton (roof inspector) is superb! He arrive promptly on time and was very professional! He inspected both my roof and attic and said my shingles and attic support beams were in good shape, as I suspected since my house is very new. He noticed rusty nails on the shingles and took many photos to show me, and then with my approval he promptly fixed them all and sealed other areas on my roof. This is a stark contrast to the other company I spoke with who wanted to add in more support joists in the attic and replace my shingles--unnecessary work as my house is only 5 years old. I really appreciate that Milton was honest and so detailed.

They replaced original 1996 townhome flat roof for me. Original quote was in person but I live on the West Coast (prior to relocating to the new home). They were flexible in doing remote video calls onsite and handling the repairs. They were always really responsive in helping me with any questions before and after the installation. I’m really happy with the quality of the work. Definitely recommend!

I had gutters installed by this company. They were very responsive when I reached out to them, and the scheduling was quite convenient. Like most places these days, everything is done electronically (estimate delivery, contract signing and scheduling although that was initially set up by a phone call, confirmation of it was by text and then updates were by text).

They worked fast, and the gutters now are great. The price was quite reasonable I'd say for this area ($850 for the front half of the house, Cape Cod style home).

I've shopped around and that's about average for this area, I think. May be cheaper in other locations but not in this area. All in all, from the time of reaching out to completing the work it took about a week.

I had my leaking roof repaired by ASA last week and they were timely, professional, and easy to work with. I definitely recommend using them for your roofing needs as I reached out to a few others in the area and ASA was great and quick to help me.

Although I was okay to replace my entire roof if needed, I was told it looked fine and I can just repair the damage.They said, it is good for at least three years. They had me throw my Satellite dish as it poses a risk for leaking. Guess what a year and half later more leaks from the same spot they repaired. I may have to spend more money to repair my ceiling. My ceiling never looked like this before.

Had a great experience with ASA, staff was incredibly friendly and the work done looks perfect. The service crew was amazing and punctual, I had an emergency with my leaking skylights and they showed genuine concern and replaced my skylights in time before the big storm. I’m grateful to have found them as I’ve had terrible experiences with other contractors in the area. Thank you to Kate and the office crew for assisting me quickly and kindly, and everybody on the service crew, I will continue to use you guys in the future.

ASA replaced a few shingles on our house. Everyone I interacted with was professional & nice. From what I can tell, they did a good job. I wonder about the price. This job took two men about 30 minutes to complete. I paid $450. I didn't shop around, so I don't know if $450 is a good price for this job. It's definitely not a bargain.
