Jason responded quickly and professionally to my call. He came out and inspected what I thought was a very slow leak (small water stain on ceiling, no actual dripping), and ended up recommending I just keep an eye on it, take pictures and call him again if it changes over time. I appreciated that he did not try to up-sell me into unnecessarily removing parts of the roof to take a deeper look - and thus unnecessary charges at this time! A different company may have tried to do this, just to make a quick buck, but Jason provided honest, free, and prudent advice and walked away. He was professional and I feel confident in his judgment at this time.
