I am so happy I called and used Reclamation Roofing. We have a tile roof and having problems with animals living under it and cracked tiles. Sean and Mickey were fantastic. Fast service, very professional and knowledgable. They defiantly know what they are doing. Very reliable and showed up on time and did a perfect job fixing everything. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

Steve was great to work with. He came to our home personally to look over the roof and windows. He helped us understand the insurance process and protocols and what our options were. There was no confusion as to what our out of pocket expenses would be which we greatly appreciated.

During the big hail storm in 2024 my roof and siding was pretty beat up. Steve came out to my house and could immediately identify severe damage but he went the extra mile to explain what the damage was, what it looks like compared to no damage, shingle tolerance, how the sun impacts broken shingles, how the damage can progress and become worse - he didn't just tell me it was bad and I needed my roof replace, he educated me and was patient addressing all of my questions. Steve help me build a plan and strategize other repairs and updates I was planning to get done as well. He set up inspectors and sub-contractors for the work that we scheduled while managing pretty much every aspect of the projects being completed. I was informed of my point of contacts for each job with timelines associated with them. He even fought for me with the insurance company to make sure we got the most out of our claims. The payment process with Reclamation Roofing was super smooth too! Even the sub-contractors he recommended and scheduled for window installation, siding replacement, and trim repairs were outstanding!!! Noel and Monica from Ceres Construction went so far above and beyond my expectations in their professionalism and quality of work I will be using them for all of my upcoming projects. Overall, I am very impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend Steve and Reclamation Roofing.... you wont regret it!!!

My experience with Reclamation Roofing was great. All members of their staff that I spoke with were helpful and respectful. They got my roof replaced in one day and cleaned everything up perfectly. A couple of days after the roof install, they came back and reset my solar panels. Then a few weeks later I got a $400 check from my insurance company for having hail resistant shingles installed. I have no problem recommending this company.

I had a very poor install by another Roofing company, on a Mid-Century Modern Roof, with Code requiring additional insulation upon removing old roof and installing the new Roof. I called and spoke to Steve who had been at this more than 10 years, still had a 5 star review and understood the problem with this install. The lack of structural support behind the fascia and drip edge required when building up the roof was the problem. There was no place to secure the gutters property as there was only insulation behind the top edge of the roof. The "NEW" roof installed by other Roofer with the insulation left the Gutters between 6 and 10 inches lower than the top of the roof. The water draining in our heavy rains would cascade over the gutters and miss them entirely. There was no support installed between drip edge and foam insulation to attach the gutters.
Steve understood the errors and mistakes by the other Roofer, was willing to make it right and repair the new roof. Exceptional customer service in solving another Roofer's poor install. I would recommend him and his company. I have been in the RE Business almost 50 years. I just made a poor decision on my 1st Roofer.

Had an issue with a squirrel who chewed through and decided to call a spot behind some flashing and cedar shakes home. Mickey and his assistant came out and took care of it. Even had some paint to match. They were clear, courteous, professional, and just generally nice guys. Appreciated their work and recommend them.

Got hit by heavy hail in May 2024. The team came out and gave me a free quote. Communication was excellent. Timelines were clearly laid out and I was able to make plans to be available, clear the driveway for the team to place a dumpster, etc. I have solar panels and Reclamation was able to reach out to a solar team to remove and replace. Reclamation made everything easy for me as they owned all communication between them, insurance, and external solar company. I am very satisfied with the quality of materials used and the work performed. My roof looks better than it did before the hail. I would definitely use this team again.

They initially advised me about a smaller problem I was having and helped me for free. Later, when my roof was damaged by hail, not only did they do a great job with the replacement, they navigated the entire process process with my insurance company and my solar panel lease. Both very complicated and would have been a huge burden on me, if Sean hadn't helped as much as he did. Capable and kind professionals at every step.

Our roof was damaged with the recent 80 mph wind storm, Steve took the time to look at the entire roof, picked up damages that other roofing companies missed, gave us an actual, detailed quote to submit to our insurance and then worked with our insurance to get the entire roof replaced. His team was very prompt and efficient, and was able to get us in the schedule so we didnt have to look at our giant blue tarp any longer. New roof looks amazing, couldn't recommend enough!

Jack's Roofing is a great company! They stand behind their work. They helped me to get a new roof installed in a very tight timeline for a real estate closing. The roof turned out beautiful and the buyers and sellers were happy. Steve (the owner) is fantastic to work with and is very involved with the company and the work. This is probably part of the reason that the service and workmanship is so fantastic.

Steve Gerber was recommended to me and i couldn't be more pleased and grateful. his crew replaced the roof and gutters quickly and Steve helped me figure out how to effectively work with our reluctant insurance company. this is the person to call for needed repairs. he's honest and reliable.

They handled our hail damage claim very well. They went to bat for us on the cost side of things. They patiently waited until we were ready. As soon as our insurance company was through gypping us with the new $2,500 colorado deductibles and all, they got busy. Siding, window replacement, skylight and roof; all done by Jack's Roofing.

Steve at Jack's Roofing replaced 10 of my windows in my house, which were over 30 years old. They were affordable, on-time every day, made sure the windows looked similar to keep my HOA happy, helped me with energy efficiency and took great care in installing them. One window was over 100" wide and they managed it really well. They did a great job replacing all the rotted wood and repainted everything! Really recommend!

We used Jack’s for a gutter repair just today, so I can’t comment yet on quality. But based on Steve and Sean’s excellent responsiveness and follow-up, their wide-ranging knowledge, and just the fact that both are incredibly nice guys and easy to work with, we’d call on them again in a heartbeat.

Timely service, effective communication and honest recommendation for the repairs needed. Their price was good too, not the cheapest estimate we received but appropriate for the recommended work.

This is a great company. They did everything and saved me a lot of money. I had a $2000.00 deductible for hail damage and only had to pay a couple hundred out of pocket. They replaced the decking and bought it up to code. They got the insurance company to cover replacing all the gutters instead of the few originally approved. I highly recommend them! Cindy

If I could give a 6 star review, I would. Sean was the lead from beginning to end-a seamless experience. He was our advocate with our insurance company and kept us informed every step of the way-it can be complicated. The crews were on time, worked VERY hard and pleasant to deal with. We have built two homes, had 3 roofs installed and this was, by far, the most pleasant experience. I was outside when Jeffco roof inspector finished up and I asked him how it looked. He saids"these guys are great, I never have any problems with them". Jack's Roofing rocks.
