We noticed a leak starting in our kitchen. Luis came out to look at our roof and found the area around the chimney was where water was coming in under some flashing not nailed down well. He took pictures for us to see and re-nailed and caulked the nails and edges of the flashing. We are very pleased. He was professional, prompt, explained everything, and did the job efficiently and without any upsale. We will definitely contact this company again with any construction and/or repairs to our home.

Luis came out to look at a leak we had. We had no wind or hail damage to the roof. But he did find that the exhaust flue needed to be resealed. Quick and easy fix! I’m so glad I went with him!

I came across Lakewood Exteriors when I was urgently searching for someone to help with my actively leaking roof. It was a weekend and I was doubtful I’d find anyone who would be willing to help. Luis, the owner responded immediately and came within an hour to assess the roof. He patched it on the spot and stopped the acute leak. Once the rains stopped he returned and thoroughly repaired the roof at a fair price. Without even being asked, Luis and his team cleaned my gutters too!

Very happy with how professional and responsive they were. Were willing to work around my busy schedule to find a time that worked. They showed me where the problem was and what the repair would entail. I will certainly go back to them for any future roofing needs.

Louis went up on the roof to look at the problem, and a little while later announced that he'd found and already fixed the problem, along with another spot of hail damage that hadn't turned into a problem yet. He didn't even charge for his services (although I gave him a nice tip.) They're going to bid on the ceiling repair, but they have the inside track so far. :)

My kitchen ceiling started leaking after a heavy rainstorm in July. After calling a few roofing contractors, Luis was the first to respond the next morning. He quickly determined where the roof damage was, showed me photos of the problem and gave a very reasonable estimate for the repair-AND because I was worried about more rain in the forecast overnight, he promised to get the work done by late afternoon! I’d definitely recommend Luis and his company- there were NO MORE LEAKS after all that rain! These guys (Luis and his team) has been great to work with on my roof replacement. They always go the extra mile, are professional, courteous, very communicative know know and what they are doing. And, their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I consulted 4 roofing firms for this job. One refused to work on a mobile home roof. One took two weeks and two e-mails from me before it sent me an estimate. One promised an estimate, but was at least half a day late getting it to me from the time they promised.

Luis was responsive and on time, and when my insurance company refused to pay for a full replacement, revised his estimate to take care of only the damaged areas to save me the cost of a full replacement.

He also did several other homes in my area with similar damage, and everyone seems happy with his work. Luis was not the lowest bidder. In fact, he was right in the middle. But I felt good about hiring him. So I did.

They were easy to work with, respectful of our home and landscaping, family-owned with the owner on the job, very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. I am selling my home and needed some roof repairs to satisfy the buyers inspection report. Lakewood Exteriors responded to my request immediately and was at my house within 2 hours. They went up on the roof to inspect it without me saying a word or asking for any kind of payment. They quickly did the repairs during the same visit and the cost was extremely reasonable. They even repaired some flashing that wasn’t even listed in the report which was above and beyond.

I don’t usually write reviews but this company is awesome. I highly recommend.

My experience with the company was fantastic. It started with a prompt, competitive and detailed quote explaining all the areas which had to be addressed on my flat roof, in addition to the application of a sealant. The company is very professional and responsive. The job was completed on time and the site was left spotless. They stand behind their work and are happy to address any questions/concerns – even after collecting the payment. I will definitely use them for any future projects.
