Where do I even start.
I hired Arturo via Yelp. He came out here to fix some plumbing issue on my work sink two weeks ago.
While he took plumbing apart, he failed to properly put it back together leaving me with a dripping leak from the bottom of the sink.
Texted him, he came back just to charge me another $550 and cause me house flood.
He took apart more stuff and left me with a huge puddle in the work room.
Water went through the wall into garage. The level of unprofessionalism with this guy is unspeakable.
I’m out of $750, I have to pay ANOTHER proper plumber to fix his mess AND pay for remediation because now I have FLOOR and foundation water damage and the wall all the way into garage all soaked up.
When I reached out again, he BLOCKED MY NUMBER.
Please stay away from him. Dealing with him was one absolute nightmare
Arturo showed up very professional helped out with a major catastrophe in the kitchen faucet and was able to replace the shut off valve from the original 1947 broken one. Also is a very gentlemanly soul and is talkative and knowledgeable about his craft. 33 years in the business and going strong what a delightful fellow. Very clean work. And great attention to detail. He was not responsible for the holes cut in the floor that was from a previous plumber.
Arturo, was so awesome. I called him one day before, after listening to my toilet run for two months, he was so kind came the next day.
Promptly communicated with me arrived on time put those little Smurfette shoes on to walk in and out five different times I told him he didn’t have to. I was like oh my gosh thats so much work just putting those little sock things on… Lol, also really polite knocked each and every time he came in.
He was kind reasonable and showed me exactly what he was doing. What he was removing, what he was replacing and now the plumbing is working perfectly.
I’m so happy to be able to hear quiet and sleep well… He’s an excellent choice. Did a couple extra things just because he could for me and was very reasonable. I highly recommend him…
