Will and his team were incredible! They went the extra mile (and then some!) to help us locate a pesky leak that was difficult to locate and that many other contractors had missed. He was patient and spent extra time explaining things to us and even did a roof inspection just to rule our any additional potential issues. Will use these guys for sure in the future when we have HVAC needs.

I've been having A/C issues for quite some time now with very little remedy. I've had other companies out and all they tell me is i need a recharge. I contacted Will on a Friday, and he penned me in for the following Monday. He was able to squeeze me in on his route on Saturday and had my A/C going in a little over an hour. Artisan has worked on several of my homes in many capacities. They very often help with other minor repairs no related to my HVAC, installed a ductless mini split, and do yearly maintenance on my unit. They are impeccably honest, skilled and friendly.

Will and his team have worked on my A/C and heating needs over the past 9 years at 2 houses we've owned, including repairs and maintenance, thermostat, as well as attic fan installation. Besides such
"routine" work done with responsive professionalism and fair pricing,
Will and his team are skilled to undertake more complex projects which in my case included the relocation of an outdoor A/C unit that resulted in higher cooling performance while reducing operating time, ( lower electricity costs).
Impressed by their work and knowledge of A/C systems, decided to boost A/C cooling capacity of our house ( faces west in afternoon).
Will consulted me on options and costs, then decided on the purchase/installation of 4 Mitsibushi units so called mini-splits, strategically placed for peak performance. Many A/C companies don't have the technician training or knowledge to procure and install such units, as Will and his team installed them to perfect working peformance.
As I write this, June 2, 2021, temps reached 106 degrees today, my main A/C unit is OFF, but ON is only one Mitsibushi mini-split that covers kitchen/family room and feels like a meat locker.
As for Home Services, engaged Will and his team to install outdoor perimeter security lighting, a difficult new pool light and cable installation, App controlled switches for pool pump/light operation, add'l outlets/recessed lighting in garage, etc.

Will (Artisan Air) has been servicing my air conditioning needs and providing electrical installations to my home for many years. His work ethic and attention to detail is second to none. His pricing is the best in the business. I recently added an AC split to my master bedroom. The installation by him and his crew went flawlessly. He takes the time to explain the operation of the unit and answered all my questions in great detail. His most important characteristic is honesty which is very hard to find these day. would not call anyone for my AC needs.

When we needed to replace are aging system the owner examined everything and discussed which exact system was needed and the benefits from each. There was no high-pressure sales! So glad we found Artisan. They are personable, professional, and very good at what they do. We were overcharged by a few other companies and they came out and fixed us up correctly and let us know we did not need new AC units, so we bought a couple through them. I can't say enough good things about Will and the Artisan Air crew. I got three other quotes before calling Will and I'm so happy I called him. Each company said I needed something different when we were looking to replace our unit and we were quickly getting frustrated. Will came and explained why we needed a larger unit and different options for better airflow, etc - after talking with him we felt so much more comfortable making the call to spend our money with him. He answered all 1,000 of my questions and came up with great solutions for some of my concerns. Not to mention his pricing was the best out of all four quotes we received!!!

Artisan Air knows their stuff and that is Heating and Air Conditioning service and repair with integrity. Their customer service is outstanding and they are professional. I tell everyone about them and use them for my annual preventative maintenance and will call them for any future repairs if needed. It’s worth calling them knowing they know what they are doing and are going to be honest about the repair and not try to make up for the cost of the service call by selling you something you don’t need.
