I highly recommend Artin’s Services! They are so professional and knowledgeable! Once we got our estimate, which was a very fair price, we jumped on the offer and they started the job literally 2 days later! It took them a half day to complete (for a townhome)! Exceptional exterior repair services. The estimator provided feasible solutions to two major exterior issues I had, with one repair saving me $5k+ from having to buy a full front door unit. Installation was technically correct and materials high quality. They cleaned the site work area as if they weren't there, which is as important as the actual service to me. Efficient electronic billing and payment process. Definitely would recommend to others and use them at my home again.

Artin Services is a local premiere roofing Company and I have experienced excellent care for over 25 years from this wonderfully run family business with very talented team members.

This is a bit overdue... Artin Services (and Artin himself!) goes above and beyond!! The short version: They answer questions thoroughly, work with your schedule, fix any issues promptly, and were competitively priced. I went with all greys, including the gutters and soffits, which look amazing and weren't upcharged for "not what we stock".

I recommended Artin Services to everyone local, probably the easiest and knowledgeable contractor to work with ever.

The long: I got multiple roof, gutter, and soffit quotes so I dealt with 5 companies as the quotes and what I needed were all over. Another company gave a high quote with tons of details but Artin Services' quote seemed similar with a much better price, so I started asking questions about materials, vents, etc... a lot. Not kidding, it was quite a bit of back/forth with Artin as I wanted to understand everything, especially for a project this costly. And I think two stops by my house for color samples to ensure it would all the greys, and the new house paint plus brick, would work together. I arranged most of the work to be done when I was out-of-town with my pets (to avoid the stress on them) and the rest was completed one afternoon when I could retreat them to the basement. I received a Google folder of images taken throughout the project. There were a few issues and they were fixed promptly... one was me, one was miscommunication, another was something got broke and I was reimbursed for a replacement, all things I honestly kinda expect with a project this involved. I know I can reach out anytime with an issue, repair, etc and it will be promptly taken care of.

With winter approaching, I was thrilled to get the new roof on fast. We quoted 5 vendors and Artin was the most competitive on pricing. What put the quote over the top was Artin's team was able to finish the masonry work at the same time. I was thrilled to not have to call multiple places to fix masonry as well as the roof. We will keep them in mind for future jobs. Use them!

Recently, we used Artin Services to replace our roof. It was a large job consisting of removing slate, shingles, and a membrane covered flat roof. In addition, downspouts and gutters were replaced. We got estimates from several roofing companies. We selected Artin because its pricing was competitive (neither the lowest nor the highest) and, equally important, Artin was great to work with, responsive to all our concerns, transparent in all aspects of the transaction, and offered helpful advice on how best to address and solve our roofing issues. The installation was expert and flawless; service was timely; cleanup was complete; the finished product looks great; and we have had no issues with the roof since installation was complete. Our shingles, gutters and downspouts and rotten fascia were replaced in November 2022, After 1 year, I am happy to report that the work still looks great. I highly recommend Artin Services for these services! The attached photos taken of the shingles are CertainTeed Landmark Colonial Slate architectural style. The shingles shown still have some melting morning frost to shown what they look like both wet and dry. Artin communicates well, provided his proof of insurance, written proposal and licenses.

We had used Artin Services for multiple projects from roofing to siding. Their contracts weren’t complicated with fluff/fees, used same quality materials and saved nearly 30% compared to t.v. advertised competitors quotes. Professional without up sales pressure.

So so glad I went with Artin for my new slate roof! My neighbor replaced their roof at the same time, and Artin worked great with both of us. The team was on time, hard-working, protected all of my plants and patio while they worked, cleaned up when they were done. Most important, since working with slate is trickier than most materials, they were clearly skilled at the job! The result is stunning, with copper flashing that pops. My slate roof will last for many years, so I can't hire them again, but you should!

We just had the roof on our townhouse replaced by Artin and had a great experience! It was very easy to coordinate the project and the installation was extremely quick. The crew did a really thorough job prepping everything and cleaning up. We got pictures of everything before and after which was really helpful.

Artin Services is my 'go to' company when anything goes awry with my roof. The company has come out for emergency repairs, roof damage from tree limbs, and corrected errors made by the previous roofer. This time they came out to fix the flashing around my chimney and they indicated the chimney had cracks. They fixed the flashing and corrected poor installation from the previous roofer. This is a highly responsive company and I've never had problems with any of their work.

We've used Artin twice for preventative maintenance and repairs. They are extremely responsive and offer competitive prices. Crew is efficient, professional and courteous. Will definitely call back in the future.

Artin installed our roof ~20 years ago so I called them again when I had a small leak. They came out right away to do a quick repair of the problem area, and then came back a week later to do preventive maintenance on other areas. They took photos of the areas that needed attention, and more photos after the work was done. They were responsive to all my questions. It's hard to get good service these days, so I was very happy.

Very pleased with the entire process. I had a complete roof replacement and new gutters/gutter screens installed. The owner came out personally to do the estimate and the final cost was right on the mark. The crews arrived on time and cleaned up exceptionally well. They sent me photographs of the condition of my roof before the replacement and a series of photos of the entire roofing process and new roof, including the new gutters, after the work was completed.

We had them replace our ridge vent and rehang the gutters as well. They did an awesome job and are quick and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Several years ago, Artin replaced a metal roof on our addition after it failed because the contractor had improperly installed it (caulked). After doing my research, I interviewed several (about 5) licensed roofers. Artin was the ONLY company who knew a
metal roof had to be welded, not caulked. Their estimate was mid-range of all the roofers AND they were going to do it right. That was nearly 15 years ago (the roof should last another 40 years or more). They just returned to paint the metal roof again (simple, routine maintenance every 5 years or so). I've been extremely happy with this company whom
I have had do several other jobs for me (replacing fascia boards, columns, etc.). Scheduling both estimates and work is easy. Artin takes customer service seriously and is run professionally.
