They were easy to communicate with. Fair on price. The workers got debris in my kitchen vent but got it cleaned up for me asap. They addressed any concerns or questions I had and were very quick to get me on the books. My new roof looks great!

These are definitely the folks to go to. Cheaper than anywhere else that my wife and I have seen, faster than expected, and our brand new roof looks beautiful!

BEWARE!!! This company left trash in my backyard after the job, and all the shingles are lifting. They threatened to void my warranty if I hired a neutral 3rd party to inspect their work. So far I've filed a BBB complaint, and a General consumer complaint with the Washington State Attorney General. Now they're forcing me to file a harassment case at the county courthouse for refusing to cease harassment of my wife, who wants to stay out of this. You've been warned.

Had a flat roof the desperately needed repair. Kalista arrived gave great ideas on repair and a fair competitive bid.The work was completed ahead of schedule very professional and left the work area clean like nobody had been there. Definitely use them again if needed.

Arrow Point was quick to respond, schedule and complete the roofing for our new addition. The work was excellent and on budget.

Had a roof leak along a support beam. They were able to send someone out that day. He inspected the roof, cleared any debris and resealed few areas and cleaned up the gutters a bit. The job took probably 30 minutes. They just counted it as an inspection and didn't charge me. I appreciate that since the business I called prior quoted me $450. I'll be going back to Arrow Point in the future, you can count on that.

We were very happy with the service we got from Arrow Point Roofing. We needed some minor roof repair and Kalista fixed our problem quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price. We will be sure to use Arrow Point Roofing in the future should we have any other problems with our roof.

We recently hired Arrow Point Roofing for 2 jobs. The first was re roofing a small guest house and the 2nd was adding vents to our main house roof. The work on both jobs was very well done. This company - “Jimmy John’s of the Roofing Industry” - no jk.

I was in dire need of replacement cost estimates for existing tile roof & shingle as another alternative.
I was provided quotes on time & educated as a homeowner throughout process. With that, this company utilizes Drone TECH vs. “Birdseye - View” Man on a Ladder providing customers valuable, aerial footage of current roof conditions.
Have not pulled trigger on new roof yet. I will say their quotes were competitively priced (tad lower) & with quicker install timeframe than most BIG roofing names in town.

So far, it appears this company is doing all the right things by the customer. Never hurts to get an additional estimate - especially in today’s market!
