They came down after a few mins and said unfortunately for us, you do not need a new roof it's in great shape. That's honesty!
Elijah assessed storm damage to inform me in my claim to the insurance company, planned and completed related work to a damaged chimney and deck support.
The entire process was seamless and professional, from the initial consultation to the final clean-up.
Eli walked me through/assisted me with my insurance company and was there every step of the way.
I was so pleased with Arrow Cole Roofing. The problems with my roof were discovered and thoroughly inspected.

If I need a roof I would use these guys. They stopped by and asked to look at my roof and give me an estimate. They came down after a few mins and said unfortunately for us, you do not need a new roof it's in great shape. That's honesty! I have had a lot of other companies try to get me a new roof through insurance when not needed. Not these guys, they pretty much just gave me free piece of mind that my roof was in good condition and left. 10/10 for honesty and that goes a long way!

Replacing a roof can be a major expense and disruption to family life. Fortunately, Elijah Cole of Arrow Cole Roofing, provided expert guidance at every step. I have a new roof and feel like I've gained a trusted friend in the process. Elijah assessed storm damage to inform me in my claim to the insurance company, planned and completed related work to a damaged chimney and deck support, and thoroughly prepped my property to protect landscaping and a swimming pool. The crew was very hard working, cheerful, and did an outstanding clean-up. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I highly recommend Arrow Cole Roofing.

Elijah Cole did a great job with our roof shingle replacement! He was honest and straightforward in his explanations. His experience with insurance claims was critical in helping us. So we had realistic expectations about what might be covered and the time frame needed to clarify all details with the insurance agent.
His crew was excellent and both he and his foreman answered every question I had so that I understood. They cleaned up after themselves quite well!
When a needed repair was uncovered he helped form a quick plan to address it.
We are happy with the final result. :) It makes our house look so much more beautiful! See before and after pics below:

Eli was very helpful with the replacement roofing. He stayed in contact with me and always replied back with my questions and concerns. The company was very timely and the experience very easy. He guided me through some of the issues with insurance and all went well. We are now friends and I recommend his company. His contractors showed up about 7:00 and were done by 1:00. I was at home and was able to watch the progress. Top notch!

I cannot say enough good thing about Arrow Cole Roofing owner Eligjha Cole. The storms had damaged the shingles on my roof. Mr Cole did everything it took to get it done. The shingles was put on in one day. I was so please with the process and the great job Mr Cole and Gendir Roofing had done. I would recommend to anyone if needing: Roofing, Gutters, Siding and etc..to give Arrow Cole Roofing a call.
