Elijah Cole did a great job with our roof shingle replacement! He was honest and straightforward in his explanations. His experience with insurance claims was critical in helping us. So we had realistic expectations about what might be covered and the time frame needed to clarify all details with the insurance agent.
His crew was excellent and both he and his foreman answered every question I had so that I understood. They cleaned up after themselves quite well!
When a needed repair was uncovered he helped form a quick plan to address it.
