We have used Arocon over the last several years for a roof replacement and then yearly roof inspections/tune ups. They are timely and efficient, do excellent work for fair prices, and always communicate quickly. We will continue to use them and we always recommend them to friends.

I contacted AROCON when noticing a bubble forming in kitchen ceiling, I was highly impressed with ADAM’s description and thorough inspection of my attic to check for leaks, which he found, he communicated well and explained possible alternatives. Prior to meeting with him I had two estimates, I decided to proceed with OROCON for the new roof installation, the company rep worked all day and into evening to complete the job. What is most amazing re this company is the kind assistance and attention to detail, roof looks great and no leaks so far, also very good customer relations, so happy I found them.

I had my roof, soffits, and gutters replaced by AROCON in WMA in VA, and had an all around good experience with this company from quote to completion. During the inspection/quote, their representative was easy to work with, gave advice/assistance for filing an insurance claim for the weather damage, and even put a temporary repair on the worst of the roof leaks to hold me over until the insurance inspection could get scheduled. The final price quote was right around what I was expecting for a house my size in this area. The financing and scheduling team were all easy and pleasant to work with. On the day of the work the team worked very hard all day to get all the work done, and remove all of the debris from my yard afterward. At the end my house looked wonderful, and I'd recommend AROCON to anyone getting roof work done in the WMA.

Denny and crew did an excellent job of cleaning out our gutters, as well as clearing out the debri on our sidewalk and porches.

From the first time we met Alden, we were at ease. He is knowledgeable and approachable. He looked at the specifics of our 1970’s house and had strategies for our unique needs.

I signed up for the Home Confidence Plan with Arocon Roofing, which I find very beneficial. They come out twice a year after you call to make the appointment. They thoroughly check your roof and gutters, clean out your gutters , seal around pipes among other things. They do a great job and send you a report with pictures. They also follow up to see if you have any questions or concerns. Since I've used them for routine maintenance, I haven't had any issues. I highly recommend Arocon Roofing.

Denny and Zack just completed a roof tuneup and found the cause of the roof leak in about 20 minutes and completed the repair in about 10 minutes. This is best service that I have experienced in a long time and will contact the company again in the future. I contacted Arocon via phone after reading positive yelp reviews. I was pleasantly surprised by the response and results of their tuneup roof review. Caesar and Alexi cleaned my gutters and unclogged and replaced downspouts. They were timely, efficient and communicative. What has been a less than ideal experience in the past, was a 180 degree difference with Arocon. I will continue to utilize their service and based on my experience, and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

The service was as promised. They sealed, replaced shingles as needed and sealed all stacks and ensured the shingles around the replaced shingles were secured too. All nail pops were fixed and guttters were cleaned. The men were very reliable and nice. I recommend them highly as well as the repair and cleaning service. A truly great experience.

We had an excellent experience with Arocon. We had notice water on the ceiling in one of upper rooms. They sent two tech out to take care of the problem. They noted that the exhaust pipes on the roof did not have sealant and the water was leaking in through the gaps. They took care of it and solved the problem. The 2 techs were outstanding and provided us pictures of the problem. The service manager was engaged and followed up with us to answer any other questions. They get an excellent rating and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Arocon replaced the roof of my Townhouse Condominium 8 years ago. Due to storm damage with some of the units, the HOA had a contractor inspect the roofs. I was told I had no storm damage, but age, wear and tear were showing, and suggested a roof replacement. For peace of mind, I contacted Arocon for a Roof & Gutter tune-up. Cesar arrived on time, was courteous, and completed the task efficiently, He provided a report with photos and made the needed minor repairs. The obvious conclusion is I do not need a roof replacement! Arocon did a fantastic job 8 years ago, and Cesar recommended routine inspections/maintenance to keep the roof & gutters in good shape.

I have been using AROCON for the last 4 years for roof/gutter repair and tune-up and their work is always great. Scheduling is a breeze, and they are very responsive. AROCON has always remained professional, always on time and friendly. Been a customer for 4 years now and glad I found them during the Pandemic. Since then I’ve been able to continue to maintain my original roof with ease (til replacement time), because they perform roof tune-ups, have a maintenance plan that include 2 visits a year to “tune-up” your roof, in-between emergency visits, provide pics of their work during every visit as well as make necessary recommendations. No pressure. Can’t say nothing but great things. Keep up the great work.

AROCON was highly recommended to me for roof replacement (required by wind damage.). I compared other companies; two were equally competitive and two charged much more for the same work. I chose AROCON because they ensured there would be no other damage before install and scheduled the best time for quality roof replacement. They also have planned/scheduled follow-up to ensure all is okay. Also in their favor, they were willing to address several small siding related repairs that the other companies would not, saving me from having to find another contractor. The new gutter covers they installed were an improvement over the existing ones.

The workers were friendly and competent, with either Kyle or Kevin “on duty” to oversee. Roof replacement was one day; gutter work another short day. The cleanup crew did a good job considering many of the items they gathered were very small. What I’ve found is minimal.

I enjoy how my roof looks; I strongly recommend AROCON roofing.

The Arocon team was very responsive. Did a great job assessing the condition of my roof and the tune up was needed. I have been using this company for the maintenance since Mar. '21 when I needed replacement of the small section of asphalt shingles. Usually twice a year for mainly gutter cleaning and inspection of the roof in general. I signed up "The Home Confidence Plan" to cover the service. It has been working so smoothly from setting up an appointment to the completion of the job that I feel I got my money's worth, rare feeling on any service these days. Today Cesar Ortiz and Alexi Granados came and did fine job to my 100% satisfaction despite 97-degree temperature and sent me an email report including more than 60 pictures they took so that I can clearly see what they did. They really worked as if this were their own house, I felt it. I highly recommend this company for any roof related work. I picked this company out of extensive search back in '21 and I know now I picked the right one. Thank you, Cesar and Lexi, so much and please keep up the good work. You are the best!

I couldn't be more impressed with Arocon Roofing. I've been customer for a few years now with their Home Confidence Plan. They inspect my roof twice a year and take detailed pictures and explain them to me. This inspection, I had the crew of Denny and "little" Zack. They were OUTSTANDING! Professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. I sleep better at night knowing my roof is being taken care of.

Based on positive comments from a neighbor, I arranged for a Arocon Roof Tuneup, since a few roof shingles were missing after a recent storm.
Cesar and Alexi from Arocon arrived on time, and spent about two hours on my roof, replacing lost shingles, inspecting, caulking, and tweaking roof components and cleaning and checking my gutters and downspouts. They also replaced a missing dryer vent and checked my attic for any possible leaks. They also provided me with about 60 detailed photos of roof and gutter details items taken during the tuneup.
All in all, a very positive experience, and I intend to follow up periodically since this type of roof checkup is clearly necessary. In my judgment Arocon Roofing, and their trained technicians, are expert, motivated, honest, and very customer focused. Also, the $199 price quoted in their ads is what I paid, with no "upselling" or extra costs for what clearly was extra work (the dryer vent problem) that they just fixed because it just needed fixing.
Dealing with Arocon and their expert technicians has been very positive experience, and I enthusiastically recommend them.

Arocon provided quality roofing and gutter inspection and repair service. Phone calls to their office are answered promptly, and the person you talk with is knowledgeable and responsive.

Roofing tech Cesar Ortiz and his assistant called with status on their arrival time both when a previous job took an extra 30 minutes, and when they were on their way to our house. They got right to work and did a great job of documenting (with photos) the before and after situation of each section of gutter, and each roofing feature. The one area that needs repair was identified, and Cesar applied a temporary fix (He covered a hole that was just big enough for a squirrel or bird to use to enter the attic).

I use Arocon's annual inspection and cleaning program; the cost is reasonable, and the service is excellent.

Michael is one of the most proficient, thorough, and professional contractors that I have ever worked with. He explained in detail all his pictures and videos in a manner in which I could understand as to the purpose and usefulness of everything that was to be done. All of this was followed up with a written report also in detail as to what had been accomplished and what was yet to be done. I would recommend this company to anybody.
