Spent over $50,000 on cabinets and countertops with them. Our butcherblock countertop leaks oil onto everything. We were never asked by Matt what kind of seal we wanted on the countertop. He doesn't like to acknowledge emails or phone calls. After I finally did get a hold of him, his solution was to send me a fix it myself kit!! Horrible customer service here, even the manager tried to pawn me off onto the Boos company to deal with the countertop. This review was posted by Ted's wife. I am the one who dealt with Matt at Arnold Lumber. Erin from there was the only person who was helpful at all.

bought kitchen and bathroom cabinets and the quality of the kitchen cabinets was good but the bathroom cabinets not as good… They were slower than they stated on multiple occasions … I also bought flooring from them and was told they would be in in 10 days and it was really closer to a month. One of the cabinets was not made correctly and it took a week to even get in touch with the staff that were working with me… They don't Respond quickly. I will never work with them again
