Constant roof leaks in one of our offices. Other companies tried and were not successful in repairs. The team at Armor stayed on it and sorted it out. Two storms later and we have zero leaks.

Dustin and crew were fast and efficient. Checked the roof, fixed the holes, and we haven’t had issues since! 10 out of 5 stars!

Our relationship with Armour started due to a hailstorm that significantly damage our facilities roof. From initial Contact through a google search to meeting Tyler . From estimates to insurance negotiations Armour was right there to help. Then Robert and his amazing crew came and did a phenomenal job of tear off and replacement. And hauled away all the old debris The entire roof including all of our downspouts were replaced brand new. 18,000 square foot of roofing replaced in a record amount of time and we couldn’t be happier. Came out to do some vehicle detail cleaning for some of the vehicles at Armour. The way they interacted with us and with one another was notably different than your average group of guys. All professional and down to earth. And even though we didn't come to them for roofing needs, it's evident that there's a good team of people woven into this company.

I had Armour Roofing work on a couple projects of mind over the last 6 month and I was very pleased on both occasions. Through a couple different meetings with Garret, it was clear that I didn't need a full roof recoat but rather specific areas were of concern. Garret was honest and up front and laid out my options for the work, the quote was provided and the work was performed on time to what was discussed. Armour roofing will be my first choice for any future roofing needs.

Even though Armour Roof Co. did not get the bid to repair our church roof, their presentation was thorough and they answered all our questions. Their bids were competitive and the products to be used were of high quality.

A+ to everyone at Armour Roof for a great roof and outstanding service after the sale. Frankly, we put them through the wringer think that the new roof leaked in a few spots. Armour was very attentive and made a few patches even though they tried to tell us the drops most certainly came from condensation accumulating inside the building. We were slow on the uptake but finally saw the validity of their arguments. Great company to work with...even when we were wrong!

This company was absolutely fantastic to work with! We had a couple of issues after they coated the roof, but I always felt like they had great communication and had intentions to remedy any issue that we had. And they did! Joe Beasley communicated well kept me up-to-date on what was going on and in the end provided fantastic service and a great product! I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Great contact, fixed right, and fair price lower then everyone else's price, will use again no problem, roof was leaking bad came up and put a tarp over it till they fixed it to help stop leak. A++++ Quality.

Without a doubt I"d give 10 stars if I could. Tyler at Armour Roof went above and beyond with a quick response to our leaking roof. He assisted the air conditioning company that was already here and when he found out it was not a roof issue, he stayed anyway JUST TO MAKE SURE. It was 100 degrees out and he was absolutely professional. I"d recommend him to any business for any roofing issues. JUST THE BEST!!

Garret arrived on time for an inspection of a leak that this building has had for sometime before we came into it. He discovered that it was caused by a small tear in the membrane exactly in the valley where the water runs. He was able to fix it just with a tube of caulk and did not even charge our nonprofit a bill.

There is no doubt in my mind that had this been a less reputable company, we might have been given a big bill for a very small repair. Armour roofing came highly recommended to me, and I pass on that same high recommendation.

Tyler and the install team at Armour Roofing took great care to reseal and recondition the roof on my metal commercial building. Great alternative to replacing the roof with new which still would have needed to be sealed. I'm very confident in the warranty and longevity of the roof coating and will have them inspect it every year to ensure it lasts.

The guys at Armour Roof Co. have been fantastic to work with. The guy I have talked with is Tyler. Tyler is honest, has kept his word, and really knows this business… Great communication. They had a guy on our roof all day on Christmas Eve. He stayed up there until until about 6 pm so he could finish a critical job. They also work with some public adjusters who got our insurance to pony up the dough, following previous repeated denials on their part. They have the utmost integrity, and I recommend them to everyone, knowing in advance you will have a great experience!

I don’t have photos at this time, because they did a “permanent-patch-job” on the seams of our metal roof (on the insurance company’s nickel) while we wait for the remainder of the insurance settlement.

Outstanding service, we have had Armour do several large shops and warehouse in Omaha, Council Bluffs, St Joe and Kansas City. No issues ever with their work or materials. I Highly recommended them.

Last fall we had a Conklin 20 Year Metal Roof Restoration System installed on our metal roof. NO MORE LEAKS! I cannot tell you how nice it is to not have to move the buckets around each time it rains. No more worries! =)
Everyone from start to finish has been super nice, professional, and thoughtful. The guys that sprayed the roof did so with great care and respect to our property. A lot of companies leave the clean up to the homeowners, but these guys cleaned up everything. We are 100% satisfied with the service and product we received from Armour Roof Company. We had Armour restore the roof at our bus facility in Council Bluffs. They showed up as promised and the roof looks absolutely phenomenal! Several reviews have already noted Armour’s customer service, but I think it should be noted it’s not just great customer service from the sales folks and project manager it’s from top to bottom. Great crew all the way around.

They came back after a couple of years to check on the roof with all of the hail and storm to inspect and to make sure there were no leaks. This company should respect to the customers after and before the service. Very responsible. They was done at the American Legion Post 1

I own an old commercial building with a leaking roof. It's been difficult to get anyone out to look at it and give me options on either replacing or repairing. Reached out to Armour and they responded quickly and set up an appointment with a rep within the same week. The rep I met with was open and honest about what the company offers and what he thought would be best for me. Unfortunately, what we want doesn't align with what they can do. They did help us get in contact with another company that could better assist us with our project. Did not use Armour, but was very pleased with my interactions. Even after I said we would look elsewhere, the rep was keeping in touch to see if we got a contractor to come look at.

Glad we used Armour to coat our metal roof. Good coordination of the work needed, timely, and professionally done on our office and warehouse (about 13000 sq.ft.). We'd recommend them!
