They stand behind their work and I would recommend them to anyone.

Communication was horrible.
Tim never reached out to us about it.
He’s very pushy and tries to get you to do as much work as you can before you realize he isn’t paying.

I had my roof replaced and I am extremely happy with the professionalism of the company. My roof looks great, the work was finished on time and the owner was very easy to work with. I highly recommend them and will use them again for my next project.

Tim and his company were very courteous, helpful and professional. They completed a full kitchen remodel, replaced flooring /painted throughout the first floor and later replaced my roof and gutters. All projects were completed in a timely manner using quality materials. They were easy to work with and made a consistent effort to keep construction mess to a minimum. They stand behind their work and I would recommend them to anyone.

Contractors BEWARE! Don’t do any work for Tim Richards with Trich Roofing and Ninja Consulting services! He hires contractors to do work for him and then he never pays! He’s very pushy and tries to get you to do as much work as you can before you realize he isn’t paying. I have given him multiple chances to make contact with me and close this matter but he has ignored all calls and emails. We have talked to other contractors and he has ripped them off as well and everyone I have talked to about Tim Richards has said that he is a very shady man.

Communication was horrible. Tim would give us dates to expect the roof and gutters to be done. Those dates would come and go with no work being done. Tim never reached out to us about it. I had to ask him each and every time a date was missed for a status update. This went on consistently for over a month. When our roof was done, his crew had to add reinforcements in our attic in one section; they left the mess for us to clean up and the reinforcements looked shotty. More like something a 10 year old would’ve slapped together. Tim was made aware of this. He acted shocked and wanted to take care of it. He has never came to look at it in person nor has he reached out to us at all since the last of the work was completed. We will not hire this company ever again for future needs. On top of that, he requested that we release the second payment to him prior to the work being completed ‘because it takes a while for the bank to get the money to him.’ BEWARE!
