At first, I went with another roofer but they struck out with my insurance company. Then Will stepped up to the plate. The insurer threw a lot of curve balls at him, but in the bottom of the ninth, Will hit a grand slam when he proved that my shingle was actually discontinued and that the insurance company had no choice but to replace my roof. As far as I'm concerned, Will is the All-Star that everyone needs on their team when they go up against their insurance company

I highly recommend Armor Home! We were looking for a specific color to get the look we were going for. They went above and beyond to find exactly what we wanted. They were in constant communication and gave us regular updates along the way. Their crew was there from daylight until dark every day and got the job done. We absolutely love the finished product.

Will Gandy is a very respectable contractor; meaning he is honest in what he says and does what he says he will do. I would highly recommend him for all your roofing needs. He also subs out siding and gutter work. The crew he uses is very dependable and professional . I had a 2800 square ft house and 1000 sq ft shop; they did it all in one day!
And scarcely found a nail or maybe 3 after clean up. My house is 30 years old and it looks brand new!

Mr. Will is easy to talk to and down to earth. His crew is VERY hard working and did a great job. Our yard looks like they were never here.

Very pleased with new roof installed by Armor. Mr Gandy was easy to work with and his crew worked like a machine. They knew what each persons role was and worked together well. Completed removal, reinstall and cleanup of 70 squares in two days. Protected landscaping and when they left you would have never known they were there.

I was very pleased with the craftsmanship and professionalism of Armor Homes Exteriors. Will went out of his way to bring me samples of the roofing material to choose from. Since our roof had both shingles and tin Will and assisted us with the color match.
Due to the unusual weather predictions we have here in north Mississippi, his crew worked into the evening hours to ensure our home would be weather proof from the pop up showers.

The representative took time to explain and answer my questions without making me feel embarrassed because I didn’t understand the information. He patiently explained the work that was needed in a way that I could understand. He also sent me pictures showing the issues that I was having with my roof. I was also surprised to learn that the company services Mississippi, Arkansas, and Tennessee. I’ve already referred them to friends and family who live in all 3 states. Unlike previous company I tried working with. Cade and his team were prompt on the day of replacement and had it finished the same day. My wife and I had a tree fall on our house and the damage caused our roof to leak in several places. We called Armor Home Exteriors! We met with the owner and they responded quickly. The roof was repaired the day after the claim was made. They also included the interior damage and had a painter fix the Sheetrock and ceiling. I am a repeat customer of Armor Home Exteriors. The first time was for a repair and most recently, I hired them to replace my roof. It’s really hard to find companies who can deliver on their commitments with little to no oversight. The experience with Armor was quite refreshing. They made sure the process, from start to finish, was so easy for me. Always communicative and timely AND… they were very cautious with my plants and came back to clean up all debris, including the nails! If you want someone you can count on and don’t have to constantly follow up with , go with Armor!

We really did our research and homework before deciding to hire William Gandy of Armor Home Exteriors to re-roof our home. We interviewed six roofing representatives. (One of them spent an entire five minutes with us and scratched his estimate on a scrap of paper!) We checked each company with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Armor Home Exteriors has an A+ rating and is also accredited. Being accredited by the BBB is a big deal. A company has to meet several stringent criteria to achieve this accreditation. As you peruse businesses on the BBB site you’ll find very few are accredited. Also, Armor Home Exteriors is a certified GAF (higher grade of roofing) contractor. In order to obtain this certification his company had to meet rigorous standards to include a company representative observing and approving them during the actual process of roofing a home. We actually contacted GAF to confirm his certification! Needless to say, this was all impressive and head and shoulders above the competition.

It was a pleasure to meet and work with William Gandy. He is very personable and instantly likeable. He took the time to show us all of the different materials that could go on our roof and the options we had. He is not limited to GAF installation. His company can roof your home using only what is required by code or can roof your home in superior products. We chose the complete GAF installation which comes with a great warranty. Two to three thousand dollars makes a great deal of difference in your quality of roof. Also Armor Home Exteriors offers a 5 year workmanship warranty.

Please be warned that roofers offering a 10 year warranty on workmanship are often companies that open a business for a short term, dissolve it, and open a new business in a different name. They keep doing this so your 10 year warranty is often useless. Look for someone who’s in the game long term. Armor Home Exteriors was established in Atlanta, Georgia originally so their years in business are longer than that represented on the BBB site.

Once we chose to hire Mr. Gandy he bent over backwards to obtain the materials and crew to re-roof our home quickly and right before a round of showers were scheduled to hit. He remained on our property supervising his crew for almost the entire day. The process was unbelievably efficient. They made sure our landscaping was protected. The site clean up was superb. All in one day!

We are incredibly pleased with our entire experience with this company and highly recommend them to anyone in need of an exemplary roofing company.
