If I could give a 0, I would. This company is the worst. The work was supposed to be complete in June of 2024 and is still not finished, almost a year later. The work that was done is shoddy at best. My house flooded twice while they were working on it. "We didn't tarp it because it wasn't supposed to rain." Sonny doesn't return calls or text messages. When I do finally get through to him he gives me every excuse in the book... "I didn't get your message, we got new company phones, I'm out of town, I'm having family problems"... and so much more. The roof leaked twice in January and February. I called and texted in January and he never responded. I called when it happened again in February. This time he did call back using the "new phone" excuse again for why he didn't respond in January. He was out of town but promised to get someone out to assess the situation. He texted on February 3 saying, "I will be calling you in a few." Not a call, not a text... nothing... Apparently, "a few" could mean days, weeks, months, years?!?!? Who knows. He had the audacity once, to admonish me for yelling.

Apparently, I am going to have to seek legal counsel to get this resolved.

Sonny was very responsive and helpful UNTIL he took our money for a full followup inspection. He claimed after an initial assessment that we had hail damage and might be able to get our insurance company to pay for a new roof. He claimed he performed a full assessment with drone photos to share with the insurer -- BUT he never sent any documentation to us or the insurer. And the adjustor + a second roofer found no such damage. Warning: we trusted him bc we thought he was recommended by our trusted electrician -- but there's a different roofing company in SW Michigan also called Armor Exteriors. Don't mix them up! Maybe Sonny does good roofing work (other reviews suggest as much), but maybe he also scams people into paying him to put on a new roof when they don't need it! Two second opinions say we still have 10 years left on this one.

The guy was great with his work positive attitude and very polite and did exactly the repairs I requested, he also guarantee his work and offer to come back if any issues occur but so far so good and I couldn’t ask for a better Roofer Thanks bro you did your thing
