Dave Karr and his crew have been doing their trade for decades. Dave helped me out when I was really hurting to get my home setup in time for my 'now' wife to arrive in the USA.

After spending 11 years overseas working full time and almost continuously deployed with the military I was short on options to stay in my budget and he worked with me within his extremely busy schedule to get my project complete all while still committing to having quality work in the end product.

Also he was a good personality and had character, which is something I miss about most construction types these days. Very responsive and knowledgeable beyond compare. As for my history with other contractors in Northern Nevada, I've had nothing but issues with other contractors, not returning my calls, and phones being disconnected, licenses lapsing and expiring....

I would hire Dave again in a heartbeat!

Spoke to Dave not sure if he was having a bad day or what , but his professionalism was bad when i had questions to ask, sorry but that was a deal breaker for me, especially when deciding who will work on your home! The response he had for me started with "Look Lady " , yeah im good never mind! not the only gig in town remember that .
