This is my 2nd time using Ariat Roofing. After all the rain we had this summer (2023) Eric came out to give me an estimate. Showed up on time. He discovered a small leak during the estimate. Since it was small he repaired it right then. Also caulked around the vents as an added bonus.
Can’t say enough good things about Ariat Roofing. Highly recommended!!

We used Ariat roofing for repairs. They did good work but Josh never did the estimate for another repair we needed. After various e mails, calls and leaving messages with company nothing was done. Not happy with the unprofessional customer service. I don't feel this company listens or cares about their customers. Guess its time to find a new company that returns calls to do estimates. Its hard to find consistency in customer service now a days!!!!

Had the roofing done by this company 3 years ago and we were very pleased. Requested they come out for a 3 yr inspection and Eric showed up along with another employee on time. Not only were they professional and knowlegeable but personable. Eric also ensured I got photos of the roof to me: thank you Cecilia! This is a case of you get what you pay for!

You didn’t just waste the 2-hour window that we sat waiting for you to show up even though we had scheduled and re-confirmed our appointment with you. You also wasted the whole week it took for you to schedule us an appointment. If I was not so annoyed with your lack of concern when you called us to cancel at the very last minute, I guess I should be relieved that I was able to escape from hiring a company who obviously does not value me or my family’s time.

They were great to work with, gave us a fair quote, work was done one schedule and as quoted. Billing was efficient and I was able to pay on the telephone with them. I would use them again.

We hired Ariat to fix a leak on the front pitch of our roof. The owner came to my house to look at the job and provided a bid within a day or two. The price was fair and the workers showed up on-time and were very professional. They clean up any mess and, best of all, the leak is fixed! Great experience - thanks much to Jay and his crew.

These guys were great. Showed up to do job when promised, were very fast and efficient, did a quality job on my roof and when they were finished you couldn't tell they were ever here except for the beautiful new roof. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive, but I am very pleased that we chose Ariat Roofing to do our roof.

Tried to get a roof repair / leak investigation quote all week. Their front office seems to be a mess. They ghosted me twice when they said they'd call me back next day. They also apparently couldn't find my information each time I called them, blaming the original woman's note keeping.

It's been three years since Ariat came out to fix my roof after a huge leak, I thought I had left this review but apparently not. These guys are awesome, very professional, polite, and hard working. It did take them an extra day to finish things up perfectly but that didn't cost me any extra and every single time it rains I think about how Ariat did an amazing job. Thank you everyone at Ariat Roofing for doing such an incredible job!

Ariat Roofing exceeded our expectations! When our home and garage were damaged by a mini tornado/whirlwind recently, we were in despair, as our roofing tiles were discontinued. The Ariat Roofing Co made sure everything looked aesthetically pleasing, by moving undamaged tiles from the back of the house, to the front of the house, and modifying new tiles to work with our tiles on the back of the house - which also looks great, as does the garage. They were totally professional, from beginning to end (from the initial inspection, to the estimate, to the finished product). Kudos to Ariat Roofing, Inc.

Great Family owned company! The son Josh came out did inspection of my leaky roof, gave me an estimate with pictures showing exactly what needed to be done plus recommendations on a few other repairs! Had a couple estimates from other roofing companies, Price was really really fair, they showed up exactly when they said they would and cleaned up everything around the whole house! So clean you’d never even know they were here!! Strongly recommend this company!!!!

I'm a real estate agent that has used many different roofing companies for repairs in the past. Thankfully, I do not need to worry about that any longer. Seriously, if you're reading this, try them out. They'll earn your business. All three of the J's are fantastic (Jeff, Josh, Jay). You'll see.

After reviewing local options, I called Ariat to come replace a missing vent cover on my roof. It was easy to schedule a day/time for the quote, then they emailed the official quote and we scheduled the repair. The crew came early and did exactly what they needed to do. I was shown pictures of my roof at the first appointment and at the follow up so I saw the before and after (which is nice - I didn't have any desire to get up there myself). I felt the price was fair and would recommend them for all roofing needs.

The folks at Ariat Roofing are aces. They replaced the roof on our detached 2-car garage and 10x16 shed, matching our house's shingles with a 30-year-guarantee high quality product, cleaned up the site beautifully and did it all in about 6 hours. And they did it for much less than the other companies I checked with. We can highly recommend Ariat Roofing!

Roofing maintenance and repair
I believe in being pro-active and due to the extreme weather conditions in Las Vegas, my neighbor and I had roofing maintenance and repair done on Wednesday. Several tiles cracked and broken with some unsealed areas; they sealed and painted areas that were needed and the roof looks good. Although these tile roofs should be good for 30 years, it's important to maintain them during this period. If anyone is interested, we used Ariat Roofing Inc., and would use them again.

I used Angie's List and found several companies because I needed repairs. I contacted the ones with the most favorable ratings and Ariat was the highest on the list. That excellent grade is completely deserved. Beginning with the genuinely friendly office staff, the punctuality and demeanor of the estimator, the speed of receipt of the bid and the conversation with the owner, those high grades are understandable. The young man who evaluated the work was the only one of all the companies to come out that addressed the pigeon problem. They arrived on the day and time as set, did a lot of work, treated my home with respect and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. Additionally, Ariat's quote was the lowest!

Stay away from this company. I talked to them for an estimate on an MBR roof, I told them how busy I was. They repeatedly changed what I was asking for, and put me on hold while the "professionals" tried to figure out what MBR roofing is. They eventually decided that they would not give me an estimate because an external a/c ductwork with two points of entry causes too much frustration to install MBR. I found the representatives to be curt and disrespectful.

I have a buyer in contract on a home and was looking for an estimate in repairs. Jenny answered, she answered all of our questions and was very helpful in scheduling an estimate.

This company definitely deserves a 5-star rating. Everything from start to finish was truly a professional experience. Everyone in the company is friendly and hard-working. My insurance company was surprised at the low price quote for materials and labor. Ariat Roofing uses professional equipment and skilled labor. In two days they striped my roof and replaced it with a new one. I was really surprised how fast they worked and the quality of their work. In the end they back everything up with a warranty. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I'm truly thankful I found used this company!!

Terrific roofing company. They did what two other companies failed to do - complete my repairs correctly! Showed up on time, fantastic crew and very friendly and really thorough. Appreciate their professionalism and highly recommend to anyone needing a roofing company.

Your guys came and worked like a well oiled machine for 6 to 8 hours of honest work. I never saw them stop to eat or take a coffee break.

From my perspective the the price was reasonable, about half way between five other high and low bids. No nickel diming, they did the right job for the right price.

The men were respectful of myself, my house and my property, they worked well together, they went the extra mile to make sure the job was done well, they represented Ariat well, they had what I would call the golden attitude, they quietly communicated, they did the job without drama, they cleaned up the job site, no radios blaring and most importantly there were no accidents.

Ariat has a good professional team.

The roofing part went well. However I soon noticed that a small section of the outer housing had a blackish tint to it. I tried to rub it off but it smeared. I called the company to please come and clean the area off. After a couple of no shows the owner showed up and denied any responsibility. I thought that was a foolish way to end the job. Did not appreciate it at all.

Our roofing job was done professionally and completed before promised! Jay and all the people at Ariat roofing were great to work with. We highly recommend them.

Ariat is terrific! We hired them to replace the roof on our patio and they did a wonderful job. The price was very competitive, the work was great and the job was completed in less time than estimated. These are great folks to work with!
