As we all know when something happens and we need the services of a contractor we call and expect them to just show up the moment we hang up because we’re in a panic. Then reality sets in and we realize to get the best we have to be worked into their schedule.
Back on May 22nd I was hit by a micro burst damaging my roof. First call was to my insurance company and then after numerous attempts to find a roofing company I got a hold of Ariat Roofing and spoke with Cecilia who informed me just how busy most of the roofers are. She did say she could get Josh out in a couple days to inspect my damage and get me a bid to do the needed repairs. She also told me that scheduling was out about 3 to 4 weeks once the bid was accepted. Since I was also dealing with insurance, timing was not a big issue although I wanted to get the work done. Their bid was great and acceptable to me and the insurance company also sent out an estimated which was right in line with their bid. Once I received my check from the insurance company I called Cecilia and asked that Josh stop back out so I could ask some questions. At that time he also had Aaron with him. I needed to have some of my solar panels removed in order to complete the work and we decided to do more than just fix the problem if I could afford to do so. After making some new measurements, the bid to a more complete job was within my budget and I accepted it. Josh also gave me the name of a solar company, 1Sun Solar Electric and said to talk with Reta. After talking with her I got a price acceptable to me for removal and replacement of the solar panels. Anyone trying to find a solar company to do any work on their solar system knows it very hard to find a quality company to work on a system they didn’t install, and my guess is more than half the solar companies that were here 5 years ago are gone or out of business. Anyway, Cecilia was able to get with their scheduling team and set me up to get my roof work completed plus she also contacted Reta at 1 Sun Solar to make sure that they were able to do the necessary work so everything would work out with as little delay as necessary.
Their crew showed up and did an excellent job repairing my roof. They knew my better half worked from home and had two meetings that day and respected her needs and still did exceptional work.
We all want to get our issues handled right now and realize if you want the best, you must get worked into their schedule. I will tell you that Ariat Roofing is the best. Cecilia, Josh, and Aaron are the best as is the crew that did the work.

Excellent service at a good price. They corrected my insurance agent’s assessment of damage. Insurance tried to approve an inferior roof material. Thanks to Ariat, they sorted things out. Install quality looks top notch from an amateur perspective. Much better than the previous roof I had for sure. I like the lighter color roof choice. Should help reflect some of that hot sun

Ariat Roofing just completed the refelting of our entire roof, and we just have to say we’re so impressed with Ariat’s professionalism and work quality! From our initial contact with Ariat to the final invoicing procedure, we received prompt and excellent attention. When we called Ariat for an estimate, Josh and Aaron came within a few days and patiently explained the different options (and showed us photos they had taken on our roof) for fixing a leak we had over one window. Since our home is now 25 years old, we decided to refelt the entire roof vs. only do a repair. While Ariat’s proposal for the entire roof was not the least expensive (Ariat was in the middle of the range of estimates we got), we believe they are the most cost efficient and worthwhile. Although the start of our roof project was delayed 1 week by Ariat, they came on time the following week, and the crew was here every day of the project (took 3.5 days to complete, which was quicker than Ariat had estimated!) either on time or slightly earlier. Each day, the crew members were very diligent about cleaning up the work area and the ground around our home (often picking up debris as they worked during the workday). They also covered the stone finish of our driveway when placing a dumpster and were very careful with all of our outdoor lighting fixtures, etc. The photos we received of the roof after Ariat completed the project reflect great performance of the work. Finally, the administrative staff we interacted with for scheduling and invoicing were helpful and courteous. We’ve experienced a number of disappointing service calls in recent years, so it was so wonderful to work with a reliable, professional company like Ariat!

Great customer service. Communication was excellent between emails and phone calls. Got the roof repaired quickly while waiting for insurance to help pay. They are amazing when your stressed they talk you through everything.

The owner and the team knows what they’re doing. Great service Great people!! I couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Thanks to Ariat Roofing for always being so responsive and thorough. Josh and Aaron evaluated our roof as there were quite a few broken tiles noted on our inspection report. Eric their superintendent showed up with the crew and introduced me to Carlos his foreman. Ariat completed the job and in my opinion went the extra mile painting and sealing all of the vent pipes. We now have the best looking roof on the block! Ariat can be trusted and their prices are very fair, they will definitely treat you like family.
