When Archway Contractors claim they are experts in storm restoration services, they are not kidding. The quality and timeliness of their work far exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and worked hand in hand with my Insurance company. Every aspect of the project was executed in a professional and flawless manner. I can't recommend these people highly enough.

Archway Contractors recently did a siding job on my home. I'm so pleased with the outcome. Owner Sam worked with me and I was thrilled how accessible he was whenever I needed to get in touch with him. And the same applies to Shay, foreman, who worked with me throughout the whole project.
Quality control and customer service is the Company's strong point. I had a couple of things that needed to be redone and they attended to them.The crew that did the siding was professional and courteous. Thank you, Sam!

I absolutely adore Sam. He is very kind and knowledgeable. Our homeowners insurance was difficult to work with but Sam took care of all that. Theresa was very friendly and helpful setting up our new roof. The gentlemen who replaced the roof were nice and got the job completed in one day. There was no evidence of the crew even being there besides a new roof. Strongly recommend!!!

Archway replaced our roof and everything from start to finish was outstanding. The office staff kept us updated and called us several times, and the crew was professional and courteous and did an amazing cleanup job after it was finished. The on-site project manager kept us informed and made sure all our needs were met.

For Archway themselves, the final product (roof) looks amazing. But unfortunately it took a long time to get to that point. Their initial team did a good job, but skirted a lot of details that their QA team did not catch - we only found them because we did our own inspection as home owners.

The company was very professional and communicated with me well and we were able to get the problems fixed, but this required them coming back out to my house no less than 4 separate times after the initial roof work was supposed to have been finished.

All in all, you'll be happy with the end result, but you will want to check behind their work to make sure everything was done properly. And if you do need to end up calling them to fix issues they didn't properly fix the first time, the back and forth can be a hastle, but it will eventually get done.

They are honest and own up to their mistakes. Despite issues we had during the process of getting our roof fixed, I would suggest them to others.

I've come to know Archway Contractors as a reputable and reliable local business. It's definitely a no brainer to have them help you with your roof. I just love the staff. They make me feel very comfortable.

Had a couple leaks get a new roof all of a sudden I have worse leaks then I did before around my chimney they said it was the chase cover had a new one put on next rain still a big leak call them back out the supervisor showed up so I came out and said I don’t know why it’s leaking when you all just did new metal and flashing around the chimney supervisor says no we used the old stuff which is funny cause after that they came back and put new metal around the chimney but now this company is telling me since I had leaks prior to getting the new roof they won’t fix the interior damage I have gotten since the new roof was put on my home

Worked with this company to assess my roofing needs. Then I worked with three other companies to have them do the same process. In order to have a choice of contractor's. I explained to each one of them what my process was and I was making no commitment until after I’ve reviewed everybody’s proposal and got to meet some of their team. I chose a different company based on how I feel about the representative, their reviews and friends recommendations and the being a local company. All the pricing and what they offered was the same as the others I met with. It was a Tough choice.
I received a very rude message back from Archway After I contacted them and told them I went with a different company. Very unprofessional response. They did no more than any other contractor I considered, they were just the first. I am glad I made the choice I did I would not work with unprofessional people like this. I can not say enough good things about the company.
They replaced our roof and our homeowners insurance was not easy to deal with. Theresa, Sam and Joe did everything they could to make the situation smooth and stress free for us. On top of that our roof looks amazing. We feel truly blessed to have met these people.

While both my neighbors proofs were being done my son's car, which was sitting on the street for two days got hit by one of their trucks and we've been waiting a month for them to take responsibility for what they did. In the past week they won't even answer our calls. Don't use these people.

I have delt with other roofing companies in the past, and I can honestly say Josh and his team at Archway provided me with not only professional service, but the work they did was top notch. I highly reccomend you deal with Josh Gray and his team at Archway when you need your roof to be fixed, or replaced. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all questions we had. They done a great job with positive results. Down time at the residence was minimal thanks to their speedy service. Will definitely call Josh Gray at ARCHWAY Contractors again for any job I need taken care of. I say go the “Archway”!!!!
