We recently had Archuleta Home services replace and regrout our pool tiles. They were great to work with and did a fine job.

I’ve found my forever contractor! Never going to work with anyone else. Joel and his crew were exceptional. They did a truly amazing job and clearly take pride in their work. We had them paint, remove a wall, redo the floors in several rooms and much more. Everything turned out beautifully and was easy to work with the team. Highly recommend!!

I hired these guys to do a new roof for me a couple years ago. The contract given to me mentioned a 2 year roof inspection as part of the validity of the 5 year warranty. When I called about this after two years, I was told I had to pay $450 for maintenance which Joel claimed would be checking for leaks and loose screws. Why would I be expected to pay for maintenance after 2 years on a FIVE year warranty? It was clear he was trying to rip me off! Also at the time that I hired Joel to do my roof, he agreed to fix the exterior chimney on my wood stove that was installed improperly by someone else, which he clearly stated would be included in the overall price. He never fixed it. He and his crew happened to finish my roof a day or two before Christmas. I told him to enjoy the holidays and just come back to finish that chimney but he never did, and unfortunately I had paid him in full at that point which also included a very generous tip that he was to share with his crew but I doubt they saw penny of it. The few times I contacted him regarding his promise to fix my chimney, he was rude and defensive.
Ultimately my experience with Joel left me feeling that this guy puts on a trustworthy front until he gets your money, and you no longer matter to him afterwards. Honestly I don't know how anyone stays in business when they care so little of their clients and apparently have no interest in repeat business from them either. I would not recommend Archuleta Home Service and Repair.
